Our garage door stopped working due to a broken spring. We called Dave and he came out the same day to diagnose the problem. I think he typically can fix a door on the spot, but our door is very large and heavy and required a larger spring than he had on hand. Dave ordered the new parts, and returned as soon as they came in to install them. He was good about communicating when he would be there and arrived on time. Once at the house, Dave worked quickly, told me a lot about little tricks to keep the garage door working well, and lubricated the entire thing so it runs much quieter than it did before. He came back and changed the springs, I appreciate he tried the first time the cheap method. Didn't work and I gladly got the springs changed because he was 100% right.
