I cannot recommend this company enough. Yesterday I suddenly had a problem with my garage door. It wouldn't close. I managed to manually shut the door most of the way, but I was concerned about safety for both my car and me should someone come into the garage and then gain access to my backyard. I had to have the door fixed that day. I immediately went on the Internet and called several companies all of which advertised same day service. However, either no one answered and I left a message or when I did get someone, they couldn't come that day. Finally, at about 1 pm, I got Dave and explained the problem with my door and expressed my concerns regarding security. He said he had a lot of appointments but promised he would get to my house by the end of the day. He kept in touch a couple of times to let me know he was still coming but he had to finish with all his appointments and it would be later. Our coil snapped in half and our cars were stuck in the garage for the foreseeable future. I called GDB right when they opened and got a reply by text right away. They requested a photo of the coil and confirmed the issue and made space in their day to fix it that afternoon. A few hours later (after prompt ETA updates by text), our coil was replaced within fifteen minutes for a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. John couldn't have been sweeter and more professional. He even showed me how to check the balance of the door every year to make sure the coil is in good repair.
