Our coil snapped in half and our cars were stuck in the garage for the foreseeable future. I called GDB right when they opened and got a reply by text right away. They requested a photo of the coil and confirmed the issue and made space in their day to fix it that afternoon. A few hours later (after prompt ETA updates by text), our coil was replaced within fifteen minutes for a very reasonable rate for parts and labor. John couldn't have been sweeter and more professional. He even showed me how to check the balance of the door every year to make sure the coil is in good repair. While I was painting my garage I nicked a few wires, which disabled my garage door. I called Garage Door Basics around noon, and Dave was able to come over to fix the problem that same day. John's 2-person team came out to my house to replace my garage motor, which was severely outdated. They also showed me that the spring coils that I had were completely worn out. This is something that I would have never noticed or known. They fixed and replaced everything.
