The food was delicious as always. My husband had a brisket nachos (more brisket could have been added) . I had the hamburger. It was delicious and cooked to a perfection. We had a few cold beers to go with our meal. We had a young lady ( first day) who waited on us . She did just fine. We sat outside the weather was perfect that day with a slight breeze.

    Messy table, plates never cleared

Food is mediocre, service is not great. We arrived and had a party of 10, we had to constantly ask for our waiter in order to order drinks, order food, and get refills on waters. We also never had any plates cleared the entire time. We bought multiple appetizers and had to ask twice for plates (the bus boy ended up having to bring us some because our waitress forgot or got too busy). They also messed up one of our orders, everyone had their food but my grandmother had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes before getting her meal, but they charged us for the meal they had brought that was wrong. They did take it off when we asked, as they had made it clear they weren't going to charge us for the meal they brought that was not what she had ordered, but I'm so glad we checked as it was their most expensive meal that they charged us for). All in all, not a great experience. Such stunning views and the potential to be an amazing place, but just really mediocre at best.

The food was good, the view was beautiful, and the server was very friendly. This was our first time here and we came during Sunday brunch. We throughly enjoyed ourselves!

What a great place for brunch! My husband and I are always on the lookout for great spots for Sunday brunch. We found one at Garland Mountain Grill. First, you CANNOT beat the view!! There is an outdoor firepit overlooking the mountain, a fantastic outdoor patio with ample seating, and both with that spectacular view! it is simply stunning. They have their own parking lot, and they are on the mountain, so parking isn't an issue. That is a fabulous feature alone. Upon walking in, the restaurant looks like a large rustic cabin. It's beautiful with woodwork, wine barrels and rustic decor. Our favorite table is the one in front of the wood-burning fireplace. There are two dining rooms, and a full service bar. The bathrooms are really nice and clean. We enjoyed brunch with an appetizer of fried shrimp with aioli and two "loaded" Bloody Marys. they use Zing Zang mix, which is a favorite and we LOVE all of the "Stuff" in our Marys. :) That made us very happy! We continued with Chicken & Wafffles, and their Southwestern burger with onion rings. My husband is a huge Onion ring guy, me not so much, but these were AMAZING. Not greasy at all and the portion was large! The burger was perfectly cooked at medium as we requested and the chicken and waffles were loaded with pecans. Delicious. GREAT job Chef Michael! We will be back for the view, the food and those awesome Bloody Mary's!

First my mom is in love with this place! Second the food, drinks and experience is amazing. Michael, the chef, is outstanding. He is professional, friendly and is a extraordinarily chef. Haley, our server, is fast and very efficient. A great place to take your friends, family and perfect for a day date! Highly recommend!

The restaurant is cozy with multiple tables and a couple of bar stools (although I've never seen anyone sit at them). The servers are pleasant and refill coffee regularly. The French toast comes with a side. One that's not listed in the "sides" is 2 eggs cooked to order. I ordered them overmedium and they were PERFECTLY cooked. That's an art, my friends! $12 for 3 pancakes and potatoes is ridiculous though- especially with fake maple syrup. The muffins are huge for $4 and they are freshly baked. You can't go wrong with those! We'll definitely be back.

I wanted to try their pancakes but didn't want a full stack, and our server Robin was wonderful in recommending the Sweet Start. One thing we really appreciated is that all breakfast entrees include coffee or tea, and the prices are already very reasonable. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that even though we ordered specialty coffees, we could still enjoy complimentary refills of regular coffee. The restaurant has a charming and unique atmosphere, with every table looking a little different from the next. For my meal, I ordered the Sweet Start, which included one pancake, eggs, and bacon. I also appreciated the transparency from the staff. When I asked for an extra serving of their homemade pecan butter, I was informed upfront that there would be an additional charge....a level of honesty that's surprisingly rare these days. My husband ordered the Banana Nut French Toast comes with homemade whipped cream and homemade pecan butter, which also came with bacon. He added a side of eggs as well. Everything was delicious. I'm especially particular about pancakes, and I can honestly say they serve some of the best pancakes I've had. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and what stood out most was how genuinely happy all the staff seemed to be. It created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely return the next time we're in the area.

Crafted custom iced coffee was ordered and delivered directly from the barista. We ordered the Hot Honey & Pimento Cheese Fried Chicken Biscuit and the Brisket Hash. Absolutely delicious! I think you turned me into someone that will eat them again. The brisket hash was so good and the Certified Angus Beef was absolutely flavorful. Very nice atmosphere, very well maintained and recently vacated tables attended to quickly. The staff was super friendly and definitely a must go to place when in the area.

We came for their Easter brunch and had a delightful time! Our server, Joshua, was wonderful and all the staff seemed to be enjoying their day as well. The chef was closely monitoring every station to be sure each dish was replenished quickly, and the omelette and carving stations were staffed by very cheerful employees, which made the day all the more festive because of it! And the food . . . So good! None of the usual tasteless buffet food found in many other restaurants, this was truly delicious . We began with a field green salad with croutons and a nice charcuterie board with yummy prosciutto, black olives, cornichon, goat cheese, and fresh buffalo mozzarella. Steamed shrimp with tasty cocktail sauce and incredibly delicious smoked salmon, complete with tangy capers. There were two soup choices and we had the corn and crab bisque. . . delicious as well! Lunch offerings included mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and fresh steamed green beans and carrots. Next were the protein choices, which included lemon salmon, a gorgeous prime rib with horseradish sauce, and baked ham. To round out breakfast, there was an omelette station ( delicious) and eggs Benedict. Finally, a groaning dessert table with carrot cake, delightfully tangy key lime pie, coconut cake, chocolate torte, and red velvet cake. This was one of the nicest holiday buffets we've ever attended. It was busy but not crowded (so nice they took reservations) like so many Atlanta restaurants tend to be. The view is unmatched and the service and general atmosphere are top notch. We plan to be back for Mother's Day!

Staff was friendly and despite being a sunny summer Saturday the place wasn't busy. The staff was few in number, which slowed service a little, but we weren't in a hurry and didn't find the waits a problem. I had the Country Fried Steak with a side of sausage patties. Those patties are nearly the size of hamburger patties and are house made with plenty of flavor and a hint of heat. The steak was served with sausage gravy that had a strong twang (not the sourness of vinegar, but possibly buttermilk?). The flavor was interesting at first, but by the end of the meal that sour note became unpleasant. The biscuits were of excellent quality and I stole some of my wife's strawberry compote to finish them off. The generous egg serving was cooked over-medium which was perfect for my tastes. The breakfast potatoes weren't crisp and large chunks of potato and green peppers. I ate a few, but they were a bit stodgy for my liking and I didn't finish them. My wife's pancakes had a hint of sweetness to them and she didn't even have to use the maple syrup with them. We really enjoyed our visit and want to come back and experience the lunch and dinner menu and the wonderful decor has put it on our list of places to bring and impress out-of-town guests.
