We had great experience and our waiter was the best. He knew the menu well and recommended the best possible options. Cute little speakeasy vibes! Food was delicious

What a cute place with a speakeasy vibe. We enjoyed lunch here! The drinks were amazing, and Ricky took great care of us. The Frito pie was delicious!!!

I went for a movie. I enjoyed the experience overall with the movie and the food was good. In the theater, the seats were comfortable and I had a good view even from the first row. The one negative is that the tables were way too small to share with a friend. The tables are only suited for one person in my opinion. I ordered a side of fries and a cheesecake and it was difficult to have my two small items and my friend's meal on the same table. It made eating uncomfortable so it discourages me from ordering food in the theater area if I ever visit again.

Food was scrumptious! Their fried chicken is cooked to perfection! Burger was juicy and tasty. Wow, the fries were tasty too! Service by Rachel was amazing. Great atmosphere. We sat outside and it was lovely weather until the sun hit my back! :-) Peach sangria was refreshing and mai tai was a nice touch!

My friends and I did not have a great experience during our first visit to Gigglewaters. I wrote about it on Google, and the owner responded. I came back after that visit, and I want to give credit where it is due. Rachel reached out to me personally and the way she handled everything showed real care and commitment. It meant a lot and it made me willing to give the place another shot. This return visit was a completely different experience. The service was warm, attentive, and the staff felt much more in sync. The drinks were strong in the best way and came out fast. We ordered the Goldie mac and cheese and it was packed with truffle flavor. The sauteed mushrooms were cooked perfectly and the blend of cheeses gave it that warm gooey finish that hits all the comfort notes. We also went with the Commissioner burger and holy hell it was huge. We could not even finish it. The sweet salty savory mix in that burger was something else and the photos do not do it justice. The ambiance is really cute too. The movie theatre in the back is a cool concept, even though I have not had a chance to check it out yet. Outdoor seating in the evening is a great date spot with a nice relaxed vibe. I really appreciate the effort Rachel put in to make things right and re energize my trust in the place. It says a lot about how much she values her customers and her business. I am glad I came back and I am looking forward to returning again.

Food and drinks at Gigglewaters are expensive, but it has a great vibe and the food was delicious and plentiful. You can sit outside or inside, and there is a theater in the back with inexpensive $5 movie tickets for oldies but goody movies. Decore was def that early 20th century vibe. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking is available via the lot or street. I went on a Tuesday daytime and had no issues. Location is very convenient on the main street.

Gigglewaters.... We'd heard they served a pretty good burger here but one here's that a lot about places. This speakeasy themed place is a treat! The burgers are Wagyu Beef based and deeeeelicious! I ordered the Sonny Corleone which was the aforementioned Wagyu Beef topped with Swiss Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions....fantastic! Terri ordered the Speak Cheesy Burger which was the Wagyu Beef topped with homemade Mac and Cheese and then smothered with melted American Cheese....amazing. The fries were a notch above and their Onion Tanglers were thinly cut onions rings and one gets to choose from a large list of dipping sauces...we went with Bourbon BBQ and Disco Dip. The BBQ was a sweet sauce and the Disco Dip was a light brown gravy. Both were very tasty! The Prescription Lemonade adult beverages were veeeerrrry good as well, one Strawberry version and one Blood Orange. Service was excellent...and it was a quiet place. We talked briefly with the couple at the next table as they were also "dog" and "horse" people. Overall a great experience....I found out later that they also play classic movies in their back room for a definitely unique date night option for people.

First trip to Gigglewaters, but not my last! We sat outside but the inside is cute if the weather doesn't cooperate. I had the brunch burger and it was cooked perfectly. We tried the ricotta cheesecake and the blueberry cheesecake. Unfortunately the ricotta cheesecake was still frozen, but the flavors were good, so maybe we'll have to ask next time before we order it. Taking it home might have been a good option as well. Service was friendly. I'd want to come for a show next time because that sounds like such a fun experience.

First time customer and I really liked this place. The bar is very nice and there are tables inside and out. We were there for lunch, but apparently there is a theater in the back where you can enjoy a movie and order from the menu. The menu is really nice, with lots of choices. I settled on the Mac and cheese which had a bacon jelly on top. This would have easily been a 5 star review except that my food wasn't even warm. The flavor was fantastic, but at least warm would have been nice. Hot would even have been better. Service was excellent and I liked the atmosphere.

Everything about this place was great. We sat outside with our dogs and had a delicious lunch. The vibe and service are equally awesome. The Hibiscus Hooch was perfection. The Willie Dynamite mac and cheese was not only delicious, but enough for 2 full meals. Looking forward to next time!

Holy smokes, if you like grilled cheese, and if you like cheesy gooey burgers combined with grilled cheeses this is an absolute gold mine! I love how cheesy everything is here. Please note though that the grilled cheese in only available after 2pm! Inside they have an entire wall of all of the awards the restaurant has won. What a neighborhood gem. All of the awards are well earned. Apparently there's a movie theatre in the back too. I didn't go back there though. Up first, the $18.50 Gigglemelt! OMG an all-timer 10/10. It's literally combining a cheeseburger with a grilled cheese sandwich. And the cheese is hot, gooey, and melts down your sandwich. It's freaking perfect. I also tried some: Goldie Mac - truffle Mac N Cheese - Excellent The Bigelow - Mac N Cheese with bacon - Excellent You can't go wrong with any food item that has their famous cheeses. I will start ordering more doctor's offices this for lunch.

Atmosphere - Great - The restaurant has a comfortable feel. There are only six or so 4tops inside. There is a tiny movie theater in the back that is very cool. Service - Very Good. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food - Very Good. I had the smashburger, which is advertised to be the best in the world. It was very good, but "best in the world" is a lofty claim not achieved. The bread was toasted perfectly and the burger was definitely quality beef. The pimento cheese was a nice twist, but there was so much of it that it dominated the flavor. Overall - Very Good. The menu is fairly broad and there are a lot of items that I found interesting. If I lived closer, I would definitely have the restaurant on my list of regular visits

Gigglewaters was highly recommended by a bartender at another restaurant I had had a beer at. The walk from my hotel revealed many other places that looked interesting but I am so glad that I made the walk down to Gigglewaters. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the bartender and other patrons at the bar. I immediately got a vibe that this is going to be a fun place and boy was it. The bartender made me an amazing old-fashioned, their Whistlepig 1919. It was so good that my one drink turned into three. Good thing I was walking. Time to eat so I asked the bartender for a recommendation between a burger and a chicken sandwich. She recommended the coward Robert Ford because I liked pimento cheese. This sandwich was absolutely amazing. Chicken was crispy and the gooey melted Pimento cheese was a perfect compliment. It was absolutely one of my top three chicken sandwiches that I've ever had. The vegetable of the day that I got was actually some type of rice to cauliflower that tasted a lot like mashed potatoes. It was delicious as well.. I was so happy that I followed the recommendation and went to this place. I can't wait to go again the next time I'm in Safety Harbor.

Enjoying the classic commercials with delicious beverages.

The bartender negligently served us drinks loaded with vodka. Because of his carelessness, I tasted alcohol for the first time in over 36 years of hard-earned sobriety. The bartender apologized and promised the drinks were "on the house."Instead, they charged us $66.04. When we called management to fix it, we were only given a partial refund of $27.82, leaving an unauthorized $38.22 charge.Worse than the theft is the staggering cruelty of management. When Mike called to resolve this in January, the manager/owner on the phone literally laughed at us regarding the situation, alongside a room of his friends who joined in the mockery. To treat a severe, dangerous threat to a person's life and recovery as a joke is deeply unhinged. If you are sober, in recovery, or have a medical condition, stay far away from this venue. They do not care about your safety, and they will mock you for it.

We absolutely loved going to Ciro's when they were still opened and enjoying their fresh out of the oven chocolate chip cookies amongst many other things. We saw that Jekyll offered "Ciro's Chocolate Chip Cookies" and we were so excited to one, try Jekyll, and two, gobble up some made to order cookies. So, we arrived a few minutes before our 7pm reservation, but were left standing at the entrance as other parties were shuttled right in. In fact, 10 minutes later, we were still standing there. After almost 15 minutes, we were finally escorted into the speakeasy. This was the first sign of how the evening was going to go and, honestly, we should've left after five minutes of waiting. Once seated, we were warmly greeted by Otis, who took our order for the cookies and spiked milk. When the runner brought the cookies they were neither fresh from the oven, nor warm (or gooey) like real Ciro's cookies were. Instead, they were cold, hard and broke like peanut brittle. I spoke to Otis, who immediately addressed the matter and put in another order of cookies. The second order was delivered by the manager, who claimed that he stood and watched the entire process. This was difficult for us to believe because the second batch cookies were even worse than the first batch. So, we called Otis back over, told him we were leaving and thanked him for his superior service. At this same time, a bar tender, who overheard all of this, stopped by with two complementary beverages. The drinks were the highlight of the visit along with the severs graciousness and professionalism. Jekyll appears to be a very nice place. Unfortunately, they don't make, nor serve authentic Ciro's chocolate chip cookies. Two stars for Otis and bar tender. Do better Jekyll!!

A full coffee bar, they already have my name on it, but they also feature sandwiches, snacks, salads, and other bar food. While I came here for a Death Cafe event, I decided to make myself comfortable by getting myself some food and lattes. Thankfully, the place serves up food that makes a visit here worth more than just a quick look around. I got myself a hot marshmallow flavored latte, and a breakfast sandwich. The latte was delicious, and I loved the marshmallow flavor I got with it to give it a more unique taste perfect for winter. It gave me just the right kick while I waited for my event to start. The breakfast sandwich seems simple enough, bacon, eggs, cheese on toast, but each ingredient was thoughtfully prepared to make one filling meal. I can tell the egg is fresh cracked and the bacon was perfectly crispy, all held together by two slices of thick toast. I also loved the fries that came with it, well seasoned with cheese sauce AND melted cheese, so I was pretty occupied and well fed during my meeting. As we wandered about looking for someplace for dinner (the place we had intended for the evening was maxed out with one large party, so needed to look elsewhere) realized we just happened upon a place we had driven by a couple of times called "The Doctors Office". They had a beautiful garden area outside where people were dining, but it was a pretty warm night, so decided to check out the inside - where we found a really cool space and were greeted by the host asking: "Do you have an appointment?" (Get it? Doctors office...reservations...appointment!? Too cute a play on the doctor's office thing! : ) Well, we did NOT have said appointment (and the main dining area was quite full!) but thankfully there was one table remaining in the back lounge area, which was through a hidden door made to look like a bookshelf! This area also had its own cool vibe. Waiter (Matt) immediately placed two little medicine cups in front of us - to sample their cherry rum punch. Delish. I ordered a cocktail (cannot recall the name but along the lines of a manhattan) while my DH stayed with red wine (boooooo-ring! ; ) We shared the smoked salmon appetizer (super yummo!) Then on to dinner. OK, we're talking seafood country here! But, over the course of the several days we've been here, I ordered seafood every single time. I adore seafood but was ready for something else. So, was being realistic when I ordered something on the beef realm. Got the short rib dish and it did not disappoint. It was excellent. Maybe not the "easily shredded with a fork" ones I have had elsewhere, but certainly super tasty and not at all tough or fatty. DH got the shrimp-lobster tacos and said they were incredible! No leftovers coming home with this guy! Our waiter, Matt, was new to this establishment (but not waitering) and was attentive and personable - above and beyond. Would highly recommend. I feel like the drinks used to be a lot more creative from what I saw on their socials and from what my friend said who went back in the day it used to be more of a speakeasy elevated cocktail vibe versus a tiki/dive bar vibe. The tomato soup was very good once it finally came out, the rolls were good but nothing as great as the hype in my opinion for the menu. The drinks were good but honestly the starter shot given at the bar was my favorite which was a hibiscus Pom margarita which I ended up getting fully as my second drink. Service started out hot but then went downhill but that is unfortunately the standard of when gratuity is already included in a check. Then when it came time to pay it got weird when there was a simple mix up when my friend intentionally overpaid even with gratuity involved in her check and the bartender asked her if she wanted change and she said yes but never brought it back. My friend gave 3 - 20s on a $38 check (gratuity) already in but she wanted to tip a few more dollars because she is a very generous person and then when she asked about her change that's when it got weird and the bartender made it seem like she didn't understand why she wanted change instead of just apologizing for the mistake and they went back and forth for a few minutes with the bartender ending up just giving her the extra $20 back. Just left a weird taste in our mouths for the experience when I feel like any bartender would understand what she wanted to do with giving extra larger bills to split especially when she said she wanted change and it was a massive overpayment or if the thought there was a very generous tip like 30% would make sure with guest that's what they want and show appreciation if that were the case. It was just weird how it all was handled. The decor was on point for Christmas and the vibe was very casual but oldie vibes which makes sense for it being in Anna Maria island.
