You would not think the inside of this place is so cool. The outside looks like a little quaint spot but it's almost speakeasy vibes. The waitress was fantastic and gave great recommendations. The food was incredible it was so hard to choose what to pick. I had the great goatsby, if you're a goat cheese fan this is for you it wasn't too heavy either. My husband got the giggle melt and it was huge and amazing. That can put you in a coma after though it was heavy. We had such a great experience

Such a cool vibe at Gigglewaters! It's actually a movie theater as well, but they also have a lovely bar and restaurant. The outdoor patio is beautiful, set under a big tree that gives the whole place a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Inside, the bar has a fun Prohibition-era theme that's really well done. They have an expansive cocktail list with tons of classic drinks as well as unique house creations. The drinks were excellent, and you can really tell they care about quality since everything is made in-house, including the juices and syrups. They also have a solid food menu, although we didn't eat during our visit. Service was friendly and timely, and overall this was a great stop during our day in Safety Harbor!

We stopped in for lunch for the first time. It's a small but nice restaurant. They have a really nice bar and drink selection. Service was good. They have movies for $5 daily. They have special guest movie nights all with food. We slit a delicious burger. The fries were hand cut and hot. They even split out plates for us. Can't wait to stop in again for a movie and lunch.

We came back to visit Safety Harbor and stopped at Gigglewaters. This time we were served by Richard and he was absolutely wonderful - timely, complimentary and positive! We got a couple different things to try and say in almost the same spot as last time outside. Would highly recommend sitting outside with the lights and cool breeze. It's great here and had an even better experience with a great server like Richard!

Recommendations came from 2 or 3 stores throughout town. Food was absolutely GREAT! Cheeseburger was fantastic along with mac and cheese. Sandwich really good. The service was super! Our waitress was extremely nice. She answered all of our questions, took her time and offered recommendations. It was almost like we were her only customers. HOWEVER...we were outside in front. Fairly crowded and very nice. UNTIL I had a dog come by and lick my hand that was near my lap. Totally unacceptable. WE DO NOT NEED DOGS out of control on a patio. Management should have a constant watch on them and perhaps put them in another section. Yes, I understand that the owners are ultimately responsible but Gigglewaters management can certainly enforce any dog rules. (if in fact they have any). This ruined a nice afternoon meal prior to a concert at the SHAMC. Would have been a 5 star but dogs licking your hand as you are eating brings it down to a 2.

I went for a movie. I enjoyed the experience overall with the movie and the food was good. In the theater, the seats were comfortable and I had a good view even from the first row. The one negative is that the tables were way too small to share with a friend. The tables are only suited for one person in my opinion. I ordered a side of fries and a cheesecake and it was difficult to have my two small items and my friend's meal on the same table. It made eating uncomfortable so it discourages me from ordering food in the theater area if I ever visit again.

Food was scrumptious! Their fried chicken is cooked to perfection! Burger was juicy and tasty. Wow, the fries were tasty too! Service by Rachel was amazing. Great atmosphere. We sat outside and it was lovely weather until the sun hit my back! :-) Peach sangria was refreshing and mai tai was a nice touch!

My friends and I did not have a great experience during our first visit to Gigglewaters. I wrote about it on Google, and the owner responded. I came back after that visit, and I want to give credit where it is due. Rachel reached out to me personally and the way she handled everything showed real care and commitment. It meant a lot and it made me willing to give the place another shot. This return visit was a completely different experience. The service was warm, attentive, and the staff felt much more in sync. The drinks were strong in the best way and came out fast. We ordered the Goldie mac and cheese and it was packed with truffle flavor. The sauteed mushrooms were cooked perfectly and the blend of cheeses gave it that warm gooey finish that hits all the comfort notes. We also went with the Commissioner burger and holy hell it was huge. We could not even finish it. The sweet salty savory mix in that burger was something else and the photos do not do it justice. The ambiance is really cute too. The movie theatre in the back is a cool concept, even though I have not had a chance to check it out yet. Outdoor seating in the evening is a great date spot with a nice relaxed vibe. I really appreciate the effort Rachel put in to make things right and re energize my trust in the place. It says a lot about how much she values her customers and her business. I am glad I came back and I am looking forward to returning again.

Food and drinks at Gigglewaters are expensive, but it has a great vibe and the food was delicious and plentiful. You can sit outside or inside, and there is a theater in the back with inexpensive $5 movie tickets for oldies but goody movies. Decore was def that early 20th century vibe. Staff was friendly and efficient. Parking is available via the lot or street. I went on a Tuesday daytime and had no issues. Location is very convenient on the main street.

Gigglewaters.... We'd heard they served a pretty good burger here but one here's that a lot about places. This speakeasy themed place is a treat! The burgers are Wagyu Beef based and deeeeelicious! I ordered the Sonny Corleone which was the aforementioned Wagyu Beef topped with Swiss Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions....fantastic! Terri ordered the Speak Cheesy Burger which was the Wagyu Beef topped with homemade Mac and Cheese and then smothered with melted American Cheese....amazing. The fries were a notch above and their Onion Tanglers were thinly cut onions rings and one gets to choose from a large list of dipping sauces...we went with Bourbon BBQ and Disco Dip. The BBQ was a sweet sauce and the Disco Dip was a light brown gravy. Both were very tasty! The Prescription Lemonade adult beverages were veeeerrrry good as well, one Strawberry version and one Blood Orange. Service was excellent...and it was a quiet place. We talked briefly with the couple at the next table as they were also "dog" and "horse" people. Overall a great experience....I found out later that they also play classic movies in their back room for a definitely unique date night option for people.

Service was friendly and accommodating, and they start you off with "wellness shots" which is super fun! The cocktails were creative, beautiful, and seriously good. I had the PInk Paloma Club with was equally as refreshing as it was garnished beautifullyrics. The food absolutely held its own! The lobstercargot were rich and delicious, the warm brioche rolls with maple butter were dangerously good. We tried both versions of the grouper, our entrées were beautifully presented and packed with flavor, fish cooked perfectly. Everything felt thoughtful and elevated without being stuffy. We had to finish with two dessert cocktails off the "clinical trials" menu, one was a tequila espresso martini, and one was a take on a Dubai chocolate martini. Perfect ending! The atmosphere is cozy, unique, and a little unexpected--exactly the kind of place I love finding while traveling. Definitely worth an "appointment" if you're on Anna Maria Island.

We grabbed reservations for the outdoor area to enjoy the weather and were thankful for the shady tree cover. This time we opted for some bites and though the menus change seasonally, I would recommend anything featuring tomatoes. They use truly fantastic heirloom tomatoes that remind you what you're missing with the watery ones we get at the grocery store. Also recommend the Mediterranean Platter. It's full of veggies and the dips are YUM. As usual, the cocktails didn't disappoint. It's never a weekend in AMI without a visit here! Previous Review: 5 Stars for the best cocktails on AMI, and a craft cocktail bar vibe you wouldn't necessarily expect here. (Plus, the service is AMAZING) We walked in (no reservation) after dinner one weekend evening and we were greeted by Matt, who found us a spot at the bar. He gave us menus and a "wellness shot" -- delicious little concoction to wet your palate! Right away I was blown away by the interior and the menu. This looked like it belonged somewhere in Denver or Chicago, but I was thrilled to find it on the island! Matt helped guide us to drinks we'd like on the menu. I ordered the Purgatory, made up of Bourbon, chocolate bitters, agave and premium mezcal. It was divine!! We also ordered some warmed olives, and they were hot and so fragrant. Definitely something I'd order again at the bar. I was stoked to see they have a veggie-specific section on the food menu and can't wait to go back for dinner. I'll definitely make a reservation though, as it was pretty full. Next time, in terms of drinks, I have my eyes on the espresso martini (off menu, but saw a pic on Yelp), and the kiss kiss bang bang. Thanks to Matt and Emily who helped us with our drinks along the way. Sometimes these fabulous craft bars can be pretentious, but the service here was a huge standout. Can't wait to return!
