I live several blocks from the Laguna Beach location. If I didn't live as close as I do, I would never order from this place. The customer service is deplorable. There is not a single person who knows anything about the service industry. I don't give reviews... usually not worth my time but be warned. My family loves coming here for pizza, the location right by the beach is stellar and there is easy parking at the lot in the back. Service is great, the pizzas always good. An XL pizza is plenty of a group of 4, we usually still have leftovers. Toppings are generous, great sauce, cheese and crust, a great value for your money. 9:20 we call to place a order for pick up (5 min away mind you). I was put on hold for 10 minutes to then have a young kid say "we are closed now" and get hung up on. We were already down the street (there hours say 10pm close online). We show up the owner was so beyond rude and told us to get out. His words were "if I ask the staff to make you a pizza I will get yelled at by the cook so you should get out we aren't going to help you" Proceeds to walk past us and says your out of luck bye. Come here a lot for happy hour since pizza slices are only $3 and it's right next to Banzai so it's perfect to come here right after! The happy hour menu has a good amount of small items that are really filling. While it seems like it would be a more fast paced type of restaurant the service is typically really slow and the food takes a while to come out. All the food is really good, the pizza is really fluffy and unique. They also have beer and wine to enjoy while eating. We found this place as we were walking through the town and stopped because they had vegan options and was voted best pizza. Wow! It was outstanding. The vegan cheese tastes so good in the way that they prepare it and they have great salads with garbanzo beans. Non vegan options were outstanding as well. The person who helped us, Andrew, ,took the time to say my boyfriend's name correctly which is greatly appreciated and gave us fast and friendly service. Usually a decent place to get a slice, but I was slightly disappointed by my last visit here. The location is great, right off PCH. The outside patio is a great place to people watch and to have cold beer with your pizza I could be wrong but I feel like they might have changed their dough. On my previous visit here, i had 2 slices of pepperoni and I remember the crust being thinner and crispy. This visit, I ordered a slice of pepperoni and mushroom as well as pepperoni and basil. The crust was heavier this time. It seemed like the crust was made ahead of time and the toppings were added after and then reheated again. The toppings were added UNDER the cheese. This made the pepperoni soggy and not crispy like it should be. Disappointing experience this time but I'll likely give it another go at some point. read more

As a visitor, we really loved Gina's Pizza. This place seems more like a locals hangout. The pizza slices are huge. The salads are huge. I got a chicken pesto sub to go and it was delicious. I haven't had Gina's in a very long time. And stopping by this location in Laguna Beach was the perfect thing to do after a hike. I had ordered the Rasta salad which is half greens and half pasta salad. It was recommended by the very friendly and helpful cashier. And for the pizza I had ordered the Pineapple, Bacon and Pepperoni. The service here is very friendly as you can tell the care about everyone's experience and have good team work. Salad was good, it came with some creamy Italian dressing on the side. The pizza was amazing on the other hand. Nice crust, not burnt, and nice gooey cheese. They had great reviews, so, we went walking to check it out. We tried a few of their entrees and appetizers, and picked up a pizza. Everything that we ate was incredible. My husband is from New York, so, he can be picky with pizza. We' were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. This pizza place has great customer service and the pizza was delicious. My boyfriend and I got a medium size pizza, half margarita, and half meat lovers. The margarita pizza was so refreshing and delicious- the tomatoes were so creamy and the basil was a great touch. However, we wouldn't suggest the meat lovers as it was a bit salty. This place is great as it's open late, especially with most stores closing early in the area due to covid. Overall though, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back as the pizza was amazing. My boyfriend wanted to add: there was little to no pizza sauce on the meat lovers pizza which could be a pro or con depending on how you look at it. He also really wanted to emphasize how good the crust was, a lot of times I would see him eat the pizza crust-first. I've gone to this restaurant multiple times and usually it's amazing. This was the first time I went in the year 2019 and I am very disappointed. I ordered a regular slice of Bianca and It was obviously that it had been reheated. My friends ordered personal pizzas and they were really good. Mine was dry, hard, and looked like the cheese has been frozen for a while. We were eating at 9:30 and they close at 10:00 pm. While we were still eating they started cleaning up and picking up chairs right next to us and shutting some of the lights off 30 minutes before they closed, it was very rude.
