However, the pricing structure on tasters feels steep--$6 for a 5oz pour of their Double IPA is tough to swallow, especially when calculated to cost more per ounce than iconic Pliny the Younger, which most places charge a dollar per ounce (when distributed). To cap off the 3-star rating, the 4-pack of IPA I purchased to-go was canned two months prior. Any craft beer enthusiast knows hoppy profiles fall off noticeably over time, and a brewery should really be prioritizing fresh inventory for retail sales.
