    Sunny side soufflé
    Jessie C.

The ube and black sesame latte have a strong flavor with a yogurt taste to it. The black sesame latte is sweet and nutty The palace patty Benedict is good, it's a homemade meatloaf that's juicy, the sauces pair with it well. The combo katsu is very crispy and not too much batter. I preferred the pork one over the patty. Sunny side soufflé is different, usually it's always sweet ones versus savory. I thought there was too much sauce and it was a bit more sour/tangy compared to the one on the Benedict. The soufflé does take very long, they said it would be about 30 mins but I think it took longer than that. Overall, food is good but I would recommend coming here if you have a lot of time and no arrangements. We got there an around 8:35 and we were the first 2 tables and based on the service and how fast food came out, we were done after 1.5 hours. If you want your food to come out faster I would ordering the skillet items or the pasta and Benedict as I saw those come out a lot faster. The table next to us ordered the skillet and pasta and got their food maybe about 5-10 mins after ordering.

GIWA is a Fusion restaurant for Korean American cuisine. It is nicely decorated with a lot of flower accents. It made you feel like a bridal shower thrown by your wealthy aunts - soft pink tones , floral arches , chandeliers dripping with crystals , etc There are even an attached flower shop that you can pick a mini bouquet with your meals . There are breakfast menu , lunch and dinner . Operating hours are 8:30 am to 10:30 pm everyday. It is popular with long lines . A reservation is hight recommended. They have drinks menu for beer , wine , soft drinks , coffee , cocktails and non alcoholic drinks like sweet and creamy ube matcha latte or the change colors rose mirage ade . We orders three of the creamy uni pasta . It had fresh sea uni on top of the pasta with white wine foldedinto creamy sauce , garnished with crisp nori . Great tasting dish and we finished every single bit of it . Other family members order the omnirice with scrambled eggs , grilled sausage in curry sauce. It was delicious and satisfying. And we ordered the US chopped steak ( Wagyu tenderloin) with house sauce and assorted vegetables. However, this dish was too salty . The beef was tender and flavorful. I was looking at the Korean pork cutlet with cabbage salad and rice at the next table . I would like to try that next time. I just love the vibe and the interior decoration! It made me feel Like I were Alice in the wonderland attending a tea party ! Took lots of pictures with beautiful flowers . #674 review

    Uji Matcha Violet Cream Latte

I thought all the stellar reviews were due to people loving the aesthetic of the place and I was sure to be disappointed with the food portion, but I wasn't! It was delicious, both my food and my drink. It really is beautiful inside, probably the prettiest place I've ever eaten. The flower shop in the corner of the restaurant. Everything is very nicely decorated...One of the few restaurants I've been to in my life where I was stunned by how pretty the bathroom looked too! Haha. I had the Korean Palace Patty (with mixed salad) and Uji Matcha Violet Cream Latte. I had to get that drink when I saw it had lavender cream, so good! The Korean Palace Patty was very flavorful and portion size was fine for me. Staff were helpful. If you order through the tablet, they'll come back to the table to verify they have the order correct. Loved my time here and would definitely come back!

Amazing space, very girly vibe. The server was very attended. We were talking to ourselves that one of the girl birthday is coming up and the server noticed. He offered free soju but we didn't drink so we refused it. However he brought us each a scoop of ice cream. We thought that we great already and then he brought out a tiara, sparkling candle and a cake slide for the birthday girl. While we were there there were 4-5 more parties that have birthday, I guess this is the birthday spot. They also sell flower bouquet onsite white can be convenient. The food tasted great. My favorite were the rose tobokki and the corn ribs. I would definitely come back.

We went on a Wednesday for brunch. Staff was friendly. We received water right away. We ordered on the computer on the table. Feels good atmosphere that was covered in flowers. There was a backdrop set up for pics too. The food was good. Coffees were bomb too. Lots of food on all orders - presentation was amazing on Croffle, salmon bene, and burger. Took 1/2 home. We would definitely go again. Great food, staff, service!Good spot to check out!

Had a delicious bday brunch here for my friend with a large group. Absolutely delicious food and drinks. A little limited as I'm GF, but I got a delicious omelette and potatoes. Gorgeous decorations and interior. Fantastic service with some lovely touches for the bday girls!

GIWA is such a super cute girly restaurant! When I first walked in, I was wowed at the interior design and the beautiful flowers by the entrance. I made a reservation for 2pm and was seated immediately. Parking was a bit of a challenge so be sure to come early! I ordered the Korean pork cutlet along with a matcha latte. The matcha latte was great but nothing special. The pork cutlet was delicious and super crispy! It came with a side of coleslaw salad and rice which paired well with the cutlet. Overall, GIWA is an aesthetically pleasing restaurant with great bites and you can't go wrong with going here for a nice brunch or dinner with friends.

Came here before for their brunch menu last year but now they have an updated menu. We got Buttermilk honey comb, Berry bliss pancake, Pork cutlet tonketsu comb, Mildang potato truffle honey, & the Giwa special salmon towers. I absolutely loved the cutlet tonketsu comb it was perfectly cooked and paired well with the gravy. I also liked the mildang potato truffle honey it was literally like a sweet and savory. The salmon towers also was refreshing with cucumbers and the tomatoes.

One of our new favorites in Santa Clara! Stopped by GIWA with our friends after work & we had the best time. Arrived ~5pm, there was a solid amount of parking in the lot and the interior was really spacious. We were immediately sat & brought water while we looked at the menu. We got some savory items while we our friends were in a bit more of a brunch mood - loved how much variety that had available to choose from. My favorites were the Biscoff latte, potato honey truffle sando (using bread from Milldang next door), & the salmon tower.

Tried the lobster garlic noodle, and it was really flavorful and creamy. I was worried that the lobster would be overcooked, but it was actually very tender. The black sesame French toast pleasantly surprised me with how tall the toast was (not flat like typical French toast), and there were layers inside similar to eating cake. French toast was not too sweet, which I prefer for my desserts. The service was amazing, I was holding the lobster shell and didn't know where to set it down and my waiter came over and told me to give it to him, with a napkin in his hands. The ambience was so beautiful, the restaurant is definitely one of those Instagram photo spots. There are chandeliers and flowers surrounding the restaurant. Even the bathroom was nice, which is important since you can judge a restaurant also by its bathroom.

If you're looking for a restaurant that feels elevated but still warm and inviting, Giwa needs to be on your list. The restaurant itself is stunning, with lush greenery, curated florals, and a cozy, upscale ambiance that makes it perfect for a special night out. Here's what we ordered: - Champagne Vinegar Beet Garden Salad - Corn Ribs - Prime Long Rib - Gochujang Glazed Bossam The standout dishes for me were the Prime Long Rib and Gochujang Glazed Bossam. Both are sous vide for 16 hours, making them incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Service was pretty quick. Everything was so pretty, yummy, and I had such a good time here! Perf for date night or even a girls night out :)

    Lulu T.

Love how cute and aesthetic this spot is! I've tried both their brunch and dinner and is a go to spot whenever I want to go somewhere nice. My favorites are their gochujang glazed bossam, omurice, and pasta dishes! Service has always been friendly and nice. Def recommend for a cute brunch or date night

    Amy T.

Food was just okay, low value for what you are paying for. Both the uni pasta and chopped steak rice was over $30. Both were a bit salty and we questioned why we ended up paying close to $100 for 2 entrees and one drink. The staff were nice but very absent, which is an issue when we were each given one small glass of water and we were rarely checked on. It took a while for us to get the food but the drink also took a long time until we had to wave someone down to check on it. It felt like a pay at the counter, get a number and sit down level of customer service.

With the current pricing at Cedar Room, I'm now walking out spending close to $100, compared to the $40-$50 I would normally spend before. Within easy walking distance of plenty of parking and a parking garage if you don't find anything on the street nearby . Reservations were easy to make and they had a cute light up Happy Birthday sign waiting on the table! The ambiance was dark but had great ambient lighting . I loved the green velvet booths and decor , which evoked old Hollywood glamour ! Tables were set up in way that you didn't have to maneuver around them to get to the bathroom which was roomy and clean! There was a bat and lounge area to one side and seated dining on the other , Our server Camille was amazing ! So attentive and her timing got delivering each Sri name course was on point . Birthday girl asked for suggestions a fruity house cocktail. Instead of just rattling off the fruity drinks, she asked questions to personalize a suggestion and described each drink! The food was fresh and presented nicely. One of my friends and I decided to each order the poke tacos . I loved them! Even though it was probably an appetizer is the right amount for a light meal. My friends ordered the Korean spice chicken and pan seared salmon and they both complimented their meal. I can't remember the all the names-of the drinks except for the Miami Vice the birthday girl ordered . We also got her one that was served lit on fire ! I w myself was happy that they served Ballast Point Sculpin on draft! The lava cake was served with strawberries and delicious! The birthday girl even got a bowl of ice cream, a candle and huge sparkler to hold while we sang happy birthday . I debated rating on my 4 stars for the noise level , but honestly , I can't fault the restaurant for parties having fun . It's a testament to venue excellence! One table though seamed to communicate in hysterical screams every time they had a new drink served. Great place for groups, drinks and easy reservations! My friend used OpenTable) . After our first visit last night, I think it's safe to say it is probably the best Happy Hour offering in the SF South Bay. Good quality, good value, great service and nice club/lounge ambiance. Here's what we shared food-wise... * HH Garlic Noodles -- This didn't quite meet my expectation. Described as a "perfectly cooked pasta tossed in rich garlic butter", what we got was more like a soft udon type noodle with a rather starchy garlic sauce. The taste was definitely very garlicky, but the dish could have been much better with an al dente pasta tossed in an actual garlic butter or olive oil. * HH Wagyu Smash Burger -- This was yum! Great flavor, nicely grilled served on a toasted soft brioche bun. ($15 on HH versus $32 witha side of fries on the Dinner Menu :o) * HH Hamachi Crudo -- This was superb! Fresh generous slices of yellowtail topped with sliced lemon, jalapeno, tobiko and microgreens, perfectly matched with Ponzu sauce. ($12 on HH for 4 pieces versus $23 for 5 pieces on the Dinner menu) * HH Crab Cakes -- 2 medium sized blue crab cakes with diced mango and spicy aioli. Pretty decent for $14. * HH Crispy Brussels Sprouts -- Good standard fare. For drinks, we enjoyed... * HH Weather Pinot Noir -- Our server, Mikayla, said it was her favorite wine on the HH menu. It was very nice. * HH Mango Deck -- Reposado, Jalapeno syrup, lime and mango puree with a 151 rum flambee. Great drink if you like sweet, sour and spicy... and it comes with a show as the 151 rum is lit. Will definitely return. Would love to try the HH Grand Seafood Tower with oysters, yellowtail and salmon sashimi, shrimp and lobster ($65 on HH) which we saw another table order. Looks like a great place for a larger party celebration too.

Nice and spacious with lots of different types of seating: tables and chairs, couches and coffee…read moretables, stools at the bar, high chairs at a shared long counter-like table. It had an upscale vibe, but it was in the lobby of a hotel! The menu was interesting -- Japanese whiskey cocktails mainly -- and some food items. If you ask, you can get a little dish of nuts as a complimentary snack with your cocktails. The cocktails were delicious, like the "East Meets West", with most cocktails ranging from $16-20. They have a separate menu for wine and champagne that they brought us awhile later. I think you may need to ask for that if they don't give that to you right away. The drinks were delicious and made pretty quickly, but if you expect table service at this lounge, you may be waiting a long time. We found that the best way to get drinks here is to go to the bar to order, and they can bring the drinks over (or you can wait for them, of course). For the price, I'd expect better service but you may need to go further than Sunnyvale. Overall I think Nokori is a decent bar lounge, and I love the niche is on Japanese whiskey.

Lots of whisky based drink options as well as several beers on draft and select wines. Lots of specialty drinks too to tickle your fancy as yours truly isn't a big whisky drinker. Give me vodka or gin please. Anyway, ambiance is cool with several lounge tables to communal tables and bar seating. Bar bites from chicken karaage to agadashi tofu to burger! Can also order from the full menu of Adrestia, official restaurant of hotel. Service is friendly and efficient. Prices for drinks range from $14-20- going rate nowadays. Cheers to 2026! Let's go and make it epic and elite, friends!

Holy cow. SO GOOD. Came here around midnight because I was hungry but I didn't want fast food…read more I wish I asked for our server's name because he was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The fried chicken was perfectly battered, cooked, and crispy. I am salivating just looking at the picture I took. The corn and cheese was the perfect side, not too cheesy and the corn was so juicy. The tteokboki was the best I've ever had, chewy and digestible unlike some places who undercook it. This meal was so delicious and satisfying, I will most definitely be returning. We also had a small bottle of soju to top it off. I an so glad we came!!

You can forgive them for that and I'd imagine if I really needed something I could've grabbed their attention. The bathrooms desperately need some attention. And apparently, they're trying to save money on soap by diluting it with what feels like 80% water. I've never seen such a bizarre money-saving tactic. Please just give us real soap. Come on. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. Dust everywhere but given that it's not a fancy restaurant and it's a spot for a late night drinks and eats you kind of expect that from a super crowded place but everyone seem to be having fun and I had a lively atmosphere so despite the watery soap, I guess I would go back, especially for the garlic soy chicken and it's a pretty good late night option.

I had high hopes for this upscale Mediterranean spot in downtown Campbell. Lots of hype, but the…read morefood was average and service was all over the place. I thought some dishes were great; the wagyu burger was decadent. Other dishes were not that special. The scallops didn't taste too fresh (likely frozen) and combining them with hummus didn't quite work. The side of bread was practically insulting. $5 for stale table bread was a surprise. Dishes arrived very late; we were nearly forgotten when we tried to order, and then after ordering, we waited 40 minutes between appetizers and the main course. Not because they were cooking it; they just forgot we were there and when they brought out the dishes, the scallops were no longer just-cooked, and the burger had been sitting for a bit. No apology, just an acknowledgment it was late, and no discount (not even on the stale bread). They offered us wine, we said we didn't drink, and they just moved on. I debated a lot about how to review this. It's my personal experience that was disappointing, and I'm glad some reviews are very upbeat. But there's a handful of reviews noting frustrating delays... and that needs to be worked on.
