I would suggest reservation. Service was excellent, our attendant made us feel comfortable. Food was excellent! Truffle fries : Generally we have never finished fries. These fries are so good that we didn't realized how quickly we devoured them :). Spicy seafood pasta : This dish is creamy heaven! Amazing quantity, lots of creamy sauce. There were plenty clams and few shrimps. If you're in mood to indulge, definitely go for this. Spice comes from red paper flakes which doesn't overpower original dish, perfect ! Wagyu sliders - $5 each. The pattie was a good size, and it was super juicy with some melted cheese on top. The buns were perfectly toasted and this was honestly my fav item we ordered 2. Fried calamari - if you enjoy bigger calamari rings with thin crispy breading, this place does it well! Comes with 1 red sauce and their green tangy aioli. The portions were pretty good on this dish as well 3. Mac and cheese truffle bites - these were huge! I was expecting them to be as small as top golf's balls are haha but it comes with 3 huge balls. I also tried the mushroom ravioli, and honestly it tasted just like the Costco mushroom ravioli. My favorite thing was the hamachi crudo! We chose lounge and was sat next to a bar in a two-person table. The chair and everything was comfortable, but the table was a bit small. I fear I don't like this place at all. Too dark, too loud, too many tvs, and the food is just straight up mid at best, and always messes up my stomach. Drinks are pretty good. Food is solid/ok. It's decent but nothing insane or very creative. We had a seafood tower, captains catch, and two for roasted ribeye. I will say this tho... Came in on a Friday night with some friends for dinner and this place is a vibe! We were greeted promptly and seated. We started with the wagyu sliders and calamari and the sliders were amazing. Juicy, flavorful, and perfect. The calamari was crispy and fresh and the sauce was perfect! I am disappointed I didn't get a picture but I did get a video of their table side tomahawk... and let me tell you it was a show and something you need to experience. Cooked to perfection and tender with so much flavor! If you want to see the video I have it... hit me up :) We also wanted to be somewhat healthy and ordered a side of broccolini which was al dente and had a nice coat of salt for taste. Extensive happy hour menu (see pic). We ordered several dishes and all were quite good. I ordered the Whiskey and Wagyu Elevated Duo ($16) which was one Wagyu slider with an Old Fashioned drink. The drink was nice and classy, and full strength! Nice. The slider, honestly, I couldn't tell whether it was Wagyu or not - once you grind beef and cook it, whatever quality the Wagyu brings as a cut of beef is lost in the process. But it was still a good slider. We also had Brussels sprouts, tasty and allowed us to feel we were eating some veggies. The crab cakes were on the smaller side, but delicious. The garlic noodles I wasn't expecting a lot from, but were just as good as all the other dishes. Finally, the lava cake was done just right. Perfect cook, nice sweetness, the only flaw being that there wasn't enough ice cream to go with the cake. Service was efficient and friendly, the place is decorated classily and it wasn't excessively noisy. It's great to have a Happy Hour that lasts so long, and the trade off between only having it limited days but for extended hours is a fair one. So all in all, a very nice meal and cocktails. We came here to celebrate my friend's birthday and there were definitely some things we really enjoyed. The ambiance and decor were beautiful and created a really pretty atmosphere for a night out. The drinks were also great and visually really nice, and we enjoyed the calamari as well. That said, I think there may have been some miscommunication that unfortunately impacted our overall experience. A few days before our reservation, I reached out because we were celebrating a birthday and asked if there were any recommendations to make the evening feel a little extra special. The staff kindly let me know they could provide a birthday sign and dessert, which was incredibly thoughtful and honestly helped sell us on choosing this spot. When we arrived though, I don't think the birthday note on the reservation was seen or communicated. I completely understand that things happen and mistakes happen naturally, but when something special is offered beforehand and then doesn't happen, it can leave you feeling a little disappointed. The food itself was a bit mixed as well. The garlic fries unfortunately were not our favorite. They were very hard without much crispness and tasted a bit like fries that had been reheated rather than freshly made. I still want to mention that the drinks, atmosphere, and some menu items were enjoyable, and I appreciate the kindness from the staff beforehand. I'm sharing this more as feedback because I think small details and follow-through can really make a celebration feel memorable. She even checked up on one of our appetizer which took a little long to come out. We ordered a few drinks from both the regular menu and the seasonal menu. The drinks were really good and had a lot of flavor. We enjoyed every one of them that we ordered. We already ate dinner at our event so we decided to get some appetizers. We started off with chilled jumbo shrimp. The shrimps were sweet and went well with our drink. Since the shrimps were pretty good, we decided to order a few more appetizers and opted to try the baked oysters and seared scallops. The seared scallops were cooked to perfection where it wasn't too rubbery and had a lot of flavor. The sauce that came with the scallops paired pretty well also. Our baked oysters took awhile to come out and our server had to go check to see what the delay was. When our oysters came out, I was surprise how small they were. They reminded me of Kumamoto oysters. My wife only eats baked oysters and doesn't like oysters much but she really enjoyed it. The oysters were good but for the size, I would rather have them raw than baked. Overall, our experience was a good one. We really appreciate our server for being attentive and checking up on us. The price is pretty steep for the portions so we would be back if we are in the area. We will try the entrees next time when we are around the area. You me know, I'm big on customer service. From the greeter to the servers the customer service is A1 even on a busy Sunday Funday event (BoozieBrunch). I came here for brunch and everything was amazing. The food was so good, hot upon arrival and seasoned (veggie beef bowl, steak & eggs, chick wings, calamari, etc). Wild Rose has happy hour Tue-Thu 5-10pm with a pretty extensive menu. We always like to try out new happy hour places, and we made a reservation for a table in the lounge for 6:30pm yesterday. They're pretty busy on a Thursday night for both happy hour and dinner. Service was friendly. Their "Elevated Duos" at $16 were pretty good deals. I ordered the steak taco with paloma and my husband had the old fashioned with wagyu slider. We both enjoyed our selections. The drinks were nice and quite strong, and my taco had two generous pieces of steak with a delicious sauce. We ordered 3 other curated bites off their happy hour menu as well. Their crab cakes were crispy and not oily. They tasted good with the non-spicy aioli. I still preferred non-deep-fried crab cakes, though. The brussel sprouts were yummy and a little on the sweeter side, no bitterness at all. The garlic noodle was perfectly cooked. It was warm, rich, creamy and very flavorful. We also ordered the decadent chocolate lava cake from the dessert menu; a perfect ending to our meal. However, I had to deduct one star because of the followings: 1. When they seated us at the high table in the lounge, they're missing 1 chair. So, they pulled a bar stool, which was too high, from the bar for me, saying that they would swap my chair with one at the proper height when it became available. We were seated oddly at different heights for a while, and none of the chairs near us were freed up even after our drinks arrived. Fortunately, another staff member checked in with us, and found a proper chair from the back. Not sure why they didn't find that chair before our reservation time, nor offered us seats at the bar instead. Maybe the front of the house was just inexperienced. 2. While we enjoyed the lively vibe at the restaurant, it was just too loud. In order to have a conversation, we had to either lean forward or repeat ourselves a lot. 3. It would be better if they had brought us the spoons for our dessert separately instead of leaving them on top of the dessert itself. We ended up having chocolate sauce all over our hands while picking up the spoons. :-( We would still like to come back and try other items on their menu. Shout-out to our favorite server, Will! I've been to Wild Rose a few times now, and every visit has been amazing. The vibe here is dark, classy, and totally Instagram-worthy. The service today was exceptional--Will was so kind and even surprised my kids with a complimentary ice cream sundae, which made their night! As for the food, everything we've tried has been delicious. Their bone marrow is an absolute must (my personal favorite), and we also loved the calamari, Brussels sprouts, hamachi crudo, ribeye, wagyu slider, garlic noodles, and waygu smash burger. Honestly, we haven't had a dish here we didn't enjoy. Get the mango deck drink cuz they light it on fire for you! On top of that, their happy hour is fantastic with great prices and quality dishes. My friends and I had a wonderful time here! I'd recommend calling in to put your name down because our estimated wait time was an hour and a half on a Friday night. I believe the total wait time took one hour. Once we were seated, I could understand why this place was poppin! For this dinner reservation for 5, we got sat at the same booth during our first time here. The intent of this visit was to sample the newish 40 oz Tomahawk Steak offering. Started with apps such as half a dozen Royal Miyagi Oysters from the raw bar, Fried Calamari, Wagyu Sliders and Truffle Fries. Props to the oyster presentation and sauces. It made these six half shelled mollusks taste better. For cocktails, we got the Summa' Time, Miami Vice, Fig'n Around and the fiery presented Mango Deck. These summer themed drinks were all refreshing and kick worthy. Now for tonight's pièce de résistance, the Tomahawk (a 1.1 Kg certified angus bone-in steak) paired with crispy brussels sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes topped with rosemary cuttings and roasted candied garlic for a sweet, aromatic finish. The presentation was special compared to our other tomahawk dinners before. The part owner (forgot his name) did the torch searing show and persuaded me to do a pathetic version of Salt Bae's elbow salt sprinkle, while the executive chef sliced the meat and Antonio (with the striped shirt) served us the succulent meats and savory sides. We ended our dinner with the Crème Brûlée (another torched dish) and White Chocolate Bread Pudding. Both delicious and unnecessary :). When we arrived it was around 4:50pm and they don't open until 5 so we waited outside until the doors open. Right when we walked in the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, our waitress was amazing! Customer service here is a 10. We immediately noticed the decor, it was very aesthetically pleasing. After reviewing the menu, I ordered a drink recommended by our waitress which was very good, then my husband ordered an old fashion that was presented on fire. Very fun, but he also ordered the 40 for 40 which is not worth the price, we thought it was going to come on fire or with something cool but it didn't, it came with chocolate and oranges. They've re-vamped their happy hour since we last went. It's now all night, Tuesday through Thursday from 5-10pm. Some of their menu items have changed on their happy hour menu. The elevated duos are a GREAT deal - cocktail drink plus a food item (taco, slider, or oyster depending on your drink) for $16. The taco and Paloma were great. Cynthia provided incredibly lovely service tonight! Highly recommend asking for her. The Hamachi Crudo was fresh and very buttery tasting. The sauce was well balanced and not overly salted. The Poke Tacos are wrapped in what seems to be a fried wonton wrapper. It was very crispy while also being thin and delicate. The tuna had a great texture and the spicy mayo added a pleasant creaminess. We also ordered a dozen oysters and between three of us, we were extremely satisfied. The oysters were chilled pleasantly.
