A big thanks to the store manager, Scott! The Service Manager from the store I purchased my bike from said I could not alter the modes in my Bosch Purion controller. Scott made the change for mine twice in order to get the settings that best suits my riding needs. I highly recommend this branch of Global Bikes.

This location is smaller than the one on Ray Rd so just be aware if you want a larger inventory of everything (bikes and accessories) you might look to a different shop. I had initially began my search for a bike with Global and specifically this location, and was greeted by a sales guy who seemed nice enough. He offered me a Specialized Sirrus and said it was the perfect bike for what I needed to do. There really wasn't much engagement on the quality of the bike or if it would really match my style and needs. After doing a bit more research the Medium sized frame that I was told was the fit for me what a size too small. I would say that if you know what you want and go in prepared to ask for that then its a fine shop.

My bikes were tuned up and all was done as I wanted but staff is not friendly at all. I'll look for another shop for future needs.

Took it into another bike shop and they tightened the screws. I called Landis and they told me they usually check every job a few times, which for sure makes sense. Woman on the phone said that my screws came loose. I am not entirely convinced that my screws came loose as they are screws that are laid in and require a special too to tighten them. The lesson here is to make sure you check your bike before leaving the shop. Yes, it could have been that the screws came loose on the neck, but not likely as the guy at the other shop basically had to tighten them a lot. They just were barely screwed in. It was actually kind of dangerous as I was riding up and down hills and it was a bit terrifying.

They are worth the drive.

Screws on the neck that were not tightened up at all - I doubt it just loosened, I think it was never screwed in tightly.

Ended up calling them on 11/9 to check on status and the person answered yelled he was backed up and to check on Tuesday. Called on 11/12, said again was still backed up and he was next in queue and would be done next day. Since I do not live close by, I called an hour before they closed to see if ready, the person who answered yelled we're backed up and all these phone calls from every customer is not helping, told me the bike was next in queue. Yesterday I called again an hour before they closed and got yelled at again, said he didn't want to throw shade but they are busy and he hung up on me. If they had contacted me by text or email giving an update, I would not have called but they literally had the bike for 13 days when it should have been ready in 6. The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not take your bike here. I am not one of your buddies that you can talk to with disrespect. I am a customer and you are a business. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. P.S. when my husband picked up the bike he heard someone in the back say "yes get this bike out of here" not even sure if they did the work they said they were doing. They didn't go over anything with him when they picked it up. However was nice and polite to everyone else. Might I also add a little shady the bike was ready at 6:10 an hour after I called yesterday.

They actually have sale prices which is rare in this day when all other shops just sell everything at full price. The staff was super nice and walked me through all the different bikes and features. They set up the new bike and thoroughly went through everything on it with me watching which was awesome to see. The other shops just rang them up and pushed us out. They had the best prices for quality bikes. I highly recommend and will be a continuous/future customer. Thank you for being a great company and putting the customer first! From a past in retail, it was definitely noticed and appreciated!!!

I said anything up to $60 is approved without a confirmation. A set of two well-reviewed tubeless tires is $50 online, see image. I was charged $60 for a single solid tire, which is far worse, as explained by YOUR check-in rep. You took advantage of my pre-approval to order the most expensive tire approved. I ordered a tubeless tire FROM THE OEM for $35 including delivery, see image. So now I need to spend $50 for Archer to install a crappy $60 tire plus $35 for the correct tire and another $50 to have someone other than Archer replace the brand-fing-new tire that I didn't want. While many may have standard experiences here, my recent dealings with Jessica, have involved gross negligence, unethical business practices, and a blatant disregard for their own contractual obligations. After three failed attempts to change a scooter tire--for which I was charged multiple labor fees (Over $110 with ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS)--the shop's mismanagement resulted in: Structural Damage: An employee (Sloan) used a crowbar on the folding mechanism, causing a stress fracture (immediate) and over time it spread, completely severing the folding neck lock and also breaking the neck tension locking wrench making the scooter inoperable and no possibility of repair. **WATER DAMAGE AND FIRE***: The scooter was stored outdoors on municipal property during heavy rain (not even on theor property) This caused a short circuit, resulting in smoke, fire damage, and total electronic failure to where the scooter was not at all operable or salvagable. Ultimately a new one was purchased. Contractual Breach: When I requested the contractually mandated mediation to resolve these damages ($5,048 in total), Jessica Archer stated on record via a recorded statement, unbeknownst to her, but allowable under Arizona Law, she can be heard saying to me on recording that she would not honor the mediation clause because " she is going to do whatever she wants because it's her contract , and she's not going to mediation with me or going to honor her contract" Furthermore, my attempt to resolve this in person resulted in being intimidated and threatened with physical removal by staff (Jessica ordered Nicholas when i informed her she has a legal obligation to abide by it). I have served a formal demand letter as of January 22, 2026. Be aware that their service contracts contain "binding arbitration" clauses that they themselves may refuse to honor as such is the case with me, which then allows you to petition Superior Court to forcefully make them abide by mediation or have trial by judge or jury. Proceed with extreme caution! Upon dropping off , the demand letter and employ told me that jessica no longer works there. I informed him that reality and the Corporation Commission of Arizona says otherwise as Jessica and Randi are owners and principal agents....and of course this lie to avoid was recorded as well. If my demand to be compensated $5048.75 is not met by 01/29/2026, the certified letter goes out in the mail from Superior court that im moving forward with A Compel to stay or arbitrate which forces them to mediate or have trial by jury or judge. UPDATE: After receiving the demand letter pictured, they offered me a $90 refund to correct their actions listed in the letter. I didn't accept their offer. I'm In the process of filing a civil suit in North Mesa Justice court under the presiding judge Honorable Kyle Jones.
