My friend was back in town from a 9 year stint in Europe and after dinner on a Thursday night he asked, "What's the most Rancho thing we can do right now?" Answer: go to Goodfellas. My other friend sings karaoke for fun and was sure they had karaoke that night and they did! Goodfellas is located on the north west corner of Foothill and Haven. If you see a movie theater that's a church, park in that lot. There's plenty of parking, no cover and lots of outdoor seating. The night we went there was a taco guy selling tacos outside. My other friend is an avid karaoke singer and knew the KJ and put in a few requests and was able to knock them all out in a span of one and a half hours (3 songs total). We did have a good time here and it was really chill, the crowd was a good mix of everything (aka not just white people) and the people that participated in karaoke sang a wide range of songs so it's very welcoming. Who goes here? Definitely locals, but everyone I encountered was really nice and the age group was anywhere from 21 - 60 years old. read more

I went on September 1st with a group of friends and we were all having a good time with everyone and the bartender. The DJ was RUDE AF when we went up to request a song. I was being respectful covering my mouth when talking to prevent accidentally spitting it's part of my culture. He proceed to spend a WHOLE MINUTE MOCKING ME and disrespecting me like bro wtf??? When he call us up to sing he just threw the mic on the table and mad dogging us. The bartenders were nice, but overall the atmosphere is weird. The bathrooms, countertops and floors were filthy. There's like 6 tables to sit at with very little seating. The only other place to sit is behind the pool tables, but you have to move around when people play. Oh! No sitting or standing at the bar too, so you have to wait in a long line that blocks the front entrance to get a drink. The staff hogged the karaoke and not once did they come to collect our empty bottles or cups. Overall I think it's cool if you're a regular, but if you're trying something out new you're going to hate it. read more

Went to this bar late night after work. Understandable it was busy because everything else was closed, but from start to finish I was blatantly told where to be and what to do by "security". I was just out having a few drinks and was practically forced to chug my second drink a good 40 minutes before closing, on top of me arriving just an hour before.
