Simply one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, and I'm not just saying that because it's Gordon Ramsay... he's a renowned chef for a reason! His creativity when it comes to food is amazing. Simple. We had an amazing lunch, and it was truly a treat to be able to go here. The restaurant inside is beautifully decorated, nothing too glitzy and glamorous, just straight forward contemporary style but very tasteful. Staff was very welcoming, we did not have reservations, but they were kind enough to place us on a list and shortly thereafter, about 10min of waiting we were all seated. Our server was great! We came here on a Friday evening and there was a line already. The line didn't seem too bad, we waited maybe at most 20-30 mins despite it being just a party of 2. When we got seated, the server was friendly and gave us all his favorite recommendations. We ended up getting the onion rings and I ordered the 24 Hr burger. I'm usually not a fan of onions rings, but these were so good here! Perfectly crispy and paired well with their sauces. The 24 Hr burger was good too! I can't say I had super high expectations for this place but I was still pretty disappointed. We were able to get reservations the night before and got seated pretty quickly. Our table for two was in a very awkward spot though. Once we were sat, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to notice us and brought waters and flagged down a waiter and after that we still had to wait a while to order. Overall the service was pretty slow and frustrating. The burgers themselves were okay but okay at best. They were overpriced for what they were and we honestly regretted it with so many food spots around. The side salad was a bit of a joke to me, if you order the side salad they bring you the chicken one from the menu but with no avocado and protein but it was still a huge disappointment. I came here recently because we were leaving Las Vegas pretty early and only had time for breakfast or early lunch. This is the only one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants that opens at 10 am. I was craving his sticky toffee dessert which he has a variation at all of his establishments. So this was our only option. My wife had the pop it like it's hot burger and it was supposed to be spicy and it was not at all. I had the 24 hrs burger and it was also just ok. Both burgers were dry, which made no sense, but it wasn't juicy. However the sides were very redeeming. I had the truffle fries and these were by far the best thing we ate. Wife had the onion rings and they were crispy and the dipping sauce was good. But the whole reason we came here was burger's version of the sticky toffee was an ice cream sandwich. It was delicious! The restaurant is located inside Planet Hollywood and was absolutely packed when I arrived but the service was still great. The onion rings are a must. These are not your average onion rings. They were incredibly crispy, flavorful, and unique. Easily a 10 out of 10. One of the best I've ever had. I tried the Luxe Royale burger, which is their high-end wagyu option. It was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked just right. While I enjoyed it, I'm not sure I'd order it again given the price. The truffle burger had less flavor than expected, but the bacon on it was excellent. The only real letdown was the fries. They tasted a bit stale, like they had been sitting out too long, and didn't hold up compared to everything else. Overall, I'd definitely return to try more items on the menu. The jalapenos in the Hell's Kitchen Burger were as bad as the Snow White remake movie. It was pretty much CGI. Tasteless with no SPICE! Just because you can't survive Hot Ones, doesn't mean your customers are the same. My review is harsh because I expected more from a "famous" chef. There was nothing special about this place at all. Located right on the strip inside of Planet Hollywood lies Gordon Ramsey Burger, a very accurately named and somewhat braggadocious titled burger spot. The location is pretty ideal as it's directly on the strip and not far from Caesars, Flamingo, etc. It does get quite busy at times, much like the rest of Vegas, so it would probably be wise to set a reservation. We went twice on this trip without one and the wait was around 10-15 minutes each time. The interior is clean, well decorated, and gives off a very polished feel. That feeling certainly extends to the wait staff who are all very professional, well mannered, and attentive. The whole experience from greeter to wait to being sat and ordering felt very fluid and intentional. The menu is straightforward and full of great options and spins on burger place classics. We went twice so we got a good grip on their menu so here's everything we ate... Backyard Burger - a classic cheeseburger. We got it without the vegetables and it was fantastic, what a good burger should taste like. Blue Cheeseburger - another good burger, the blue cheese gives it a nice funk and the hot mayo really rounds it out Hell's Kitchen Burger - easily the best burger of the bunch, very tasty and the avocado was a surprising touch. The sweet pickles really stood out on this one Black Garlic Chicken Caesar - never thought we'd say it but this salad was so good it may be up there with the burgers themselves, tastes incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor Just Fries & Truffle Parmesan Fries - the fries are thick cut with a good crisp outside and a soft, salty inside. The truffle version tastes great with a nice truffle flavor and bits of cheese sprinkled in, very good As burger places go, this is one of the best. Multiple people in our party said it was the best they've ever had and we can't think of one in recent memory that's better. Though the cost of the burger is a bit high (it's Vegas, not really their fault), we think it is incredibly worth it due to the sheer quality of the burgers alongside the great service and setting. One thing to note is that the kitchen can take a long time to get the food out, as was the case on our first visit (20+ min.. However, on our second visit it came out far quicker so it may just depend on the amount of cooks back there, but still important to know. Altogether, Gordon Ramsay Burger is an upscale burger joint that puts its money where its mouth is and backs it up.
