Went here with hubs on a recent trip to Vegas and wanted to try a Gordon Ramsay place so we stopped here after a show. I have today I was so disappointed. We got seated quickly and the waitstaff was nice. Loved the vibe of the place and it wasn't too noisy but the food was so sad! I expected so much more from a Gordon Ramsay place. Two of our onion rings were battery and raw. Hubs ordered the Hell's Kitchen Burger and the burger was medium rare instead of medium and my Idiot burger ($34) made me feel like an idiot for ordering. Sure, the short rib was tasty (reminded me of a short rib stew I make) and the mushrooms and guyere was great but I could have made the burger myself then and the buttered sourdough would not have been so hard to cut up the roof of my mouth. I expected the bread to be buttery and toasted with some chew. Not hard! If Ramsay was in the restaurant he would have been yelling and screaming at the quality of the food. The only thing I liked was the parmesan truffle fries (I'm a sucker for anything truffle). Good fries but really the aioli mayo dip is where all the truffle taste is! i'll give him another chance with fish and chips next time I'm in Vegas and hope it's better! read more

Made a reservation on Open Table easily half an hour before we planned to arrive and check-in was super easy. I had high hopes coming into this restaurant and trying the Truffle Burger. The service was attentive and the staff were awesome and hardworking. However, the food quality fell short. My medium rare burger came to me medium well and I thought it wasn't a big deal but my patty was dry and crumbly. I told my bf that it wasn't that good and he was surprised. We compared burgers and his burger was medium rare as he ordered it and it was clear that my burger was flatter and had less ingredients overall compared to his. He tried mine and agreed that it was not good, at that point I was already halfway with the burger and didn't want to make a hassle to send the burger back. Terribly disappointed. read more

I went in to get some food to take to our hotel room. I looked at the menu and thought for "hamburgers these are expensive." most everything $26-$36 range. But one caught my eye. A bacon cheeseburger topped with roasted short rib, taken off the bone and barbecue sauce. This was an amazing sandwich. The cheese, barbecue sauce, and especially the rib meat melted into that burger. And they let me order it medium rare. I came with fries which I upgraded to onion rings and they were excellent too. Sure a $42 burger seems high. This is actually worth it. I can see why Gordon Ramsay is getting Michelin stars. If he can make a burger taste this good imagine what the beef Wellington tastes like.! Their milkshakes sound great although I thought for $12-$16 they were a little higher than I wanted to spend. But next time I wanna try the sticky toffee milkshake. If you are in Vegas and wanting to try a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, save your money and skip this one. Food was ok, service was incredibly slow, and it's loud next to the casino. They require you to make it on time to your reservation or risk a fee but then the service is SO slow that you are there for hours. The food was edible but I wouldn't say it was good. With all the restaurant options in Vegas, I would recommend you pick a different one. read more

25 bucks for a cheeseburger... but it was good cheeseburger, so you decide if that price tag is worth it. We also got the idiot sandwich. It was greasy and messy, but it was yummy. I like the sourdough on it. The hubby prefers this over the burger, I prefer the burger. We ordered chicken skewer for my toddler. He ate that with fries. The staff was kind enough to provide some and ranch for my kid even though I didn't request them. Great experience overall. We didn't have a reservation so we waited in line. The sandwich was stuffed with braised short rib, melted cheddar, confit mushrooms and spiced tomato chutney. It was juicy and full of flavor, my god I want another one to go! I brought a small cake inside to celebrate my birthday which wasn't a problem. Our server Devin was great and very attentive, loved the ambiance of the restaurant. It was actually 10 minutes before my birthday and she over heard this and brought me a sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. That was so sweet. We actually ate it before ordering our meal, oops! But OMG it was one of the best things I've eaten in my entire life! It was so good I really wanted to order another for to go after our meal but knew it was best to be eaten right away. I will have to return for it someday again. We ordered the chambordarita fish bowl to share. A bit sweet so we asked Lidia to water it down a bit. It still had a good amount of alcohol in it. I had heard good things about this restaurant and location so we decided to try it last night. First the line to get in was long and like you were waiting for the club to let you in. However I went on OpenTable and was able to get an immediate reservation. Once we were sat our lovely waitress Hilary came and was very attentive and helpful all night, even warning us that there was going to be a delay due to large parties ordering, which we appreciated. There was one hiccup with our order but the staff did a great job at handling it. Food: Everything was good. We loved the hummus appetizer and my daughter had a refreshing cocktail. The chicken wings were flavorful and had a good crisp to them. The backyard burger was good and the Hellfire Chicken salad was good. The Blue Burger was very overwhelming between the Arugula and the Blue Cheese and the side salad should have a disclaimer that it is a Hellfire Side Salad. The restaurant was a good size, just seems like the kitchen is a little small for the demand. Hilary was great though. Simply one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, and I'm not just saying that because it's Gordon Ramsay... he's a renowned chef for a reason! His creativity when it comes to food is amazing. Simple. We had an amazing lunch, and it was truly a treat to be able to go here. We came here on a Friday evening and there was a line already. The line didn't seem too bad, we waited maybe at most 20-30 mins despite it being just a party of 2. When we got seated, the server was friendly and gave us all his favorite recommendations. We ended up getting the onion rings and I ordered the 24 Hr burger. I'm usually not a fan of onions rings, but these were so good here! Perfectly crispy and paired well with their sauces. The 24 Hr burger was good too! There was a lot going on in the burger and the braised short rib was so tender. I couldn't finish it all! I'd def recommend if you enjoy a burger with lots of meat. First of all the service was great! They were very on top of our table and very nice! i am giving a one star review because we came here in hopes of the best burger we have ever tasted. We waited for 45 minutes expecting the best, instead we were disappointed. First the jalapeño poppers were extremely bland and the jalapeños were soggy and there was barely any chicken. This being 20 dollars for 4 poppers we had very high expectations. We each got burgers and they were overall very bland, one of us got the hell's kitchen burger which was 50 dollars. Open kitchen to see into and even eat at the counter top directly in front. Finally got to try this place and I was very happy with it. We were lucky to beat the rush and were sat rather quickly. They sat us right by the kitchen so it was cool to see them all preparing the orders. They have quite a few TVs as well so I was able to watch the playoff game. Started with cocktails. I got the Behind the Woodshed and my fiancée got the Raspberry Rebel I believe. Mine was ok and she said hers was ok too. The drinks were pricey. For the food I got the Blue Cheeseburger and she got the Fish & Crisps Sandwich. My burger was really good. The cheese and figgy jam went well together and my burger was cooked perfectly. There was way too much arugula on it though. Her sandwich was good too. It's pretty big and messy so beware. They put a lot of crisps on it. The fries were great too. Crispy outside and soft inside. Server was pretty good but didn't come back to check on us after food was delivered for at least 15 min. Too late to ask for hot fries. Seriously, take the price out of the equation...you'd be better off at iIn-n-Out Burger. Our $24.99 margaritas were very small and slightly better than average. My surprising personal fave was actually the jalapeño poppers. They were really really good and a good sharing size as well. I can't say I had super high expectations for this place but I was still pretty disappointed. We were able to get reservations the night before and got seated pretty quickly. Our table for two was in a very awkward spot though. Once we were sat, it took about 10 minutes for anyone to notice us and brought waters and flagged down a waiter and after that we still had to wait a while to order. Overall the service was pretty slow and frustrating. The burgers themselves were okay but okay at best. They were overpriced for what they were and we honestly regretted it with so many food spots around. The side salad was a bit of a joke to me, if you order the side salad they bring you the chicken one from the menu but with no avocado and protein but it was still a huge disappointment. Overall I just wouldn't recommend this spot, the food is mid and overpriced for what you get. read more

Me and my son are burger lovers so ask us just about any day of the week what we want to eat and we'll probably just say a burger. So driving down the strip we see Gordon and burger. So checking the site we see reservations open for the next day at 6:45pm so perfect for dinner time. We get there and are seated right away. Right next to us a waitress is arguing with a customer about something so there's even a show now lol. We didn't have to wait long for our food. We got the standard burgers and did not opt for the wagyu ones. The burger itself was nice and juicy everything tasted fresh and had a good taste to it. The fries and the in house ketchup all came together nicely. Service was friendly and efficient to us anyway. Don't know how the customer on the other side of us would review this place lol Honestly I've loved burgers for years and this place is one of those you need to try at least once, just make sure you place a reservation. I came here recently because we were leaving Las Vegas pretty early and only had time for breakfast or early lunch. This is the only one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants that opens at 10 am. I was craving his sticky toffee dessert which he has a variation at all of his establishments. So this was our only option. My wife had the pop it like it's hot burger and it was supposed to be spicy and it was not at all. I had the 24 hrs burger and it was also just ok. Both burgers were dry, which made no sense, but it wasn't juicy. However the sides were very redeeming. I had the truffle fries and these were by far the best thing we ate. Wife had the onion rings and they were crispy and the dipping sauce was good. But the whole reason we came here was burger's version of the sticky toffee was an ice cream sandwich. It was delicious! Honestly, I could have just bought this to go and grabbed lunch elsewhere but at least now I've at least tried his burger restaurant. read more
