She had a bacon cheeseburger also with fries. We scanned over the menu after saying hello, ordered our food, and had our entire order within 10 minutes. Speedys isn't just a name, our food came out freshly cooked, quickly. My coney dog had to be eaten with a fork and knife because it was COVERED in chili. They did not go light on any condiment, and for the price there are zero complaints on that. My chili cheese burger was also very tasty. She said her burger tasted like somethinf we wouldve made in the backyard, which is a compliment, as well. Overall it was solid food, that came out very quickly, tasted fresh, and for not a crazy price.

It's as if I went back in time to see how people ate during the 50s/60s. They have a very simple menu composed of burgers, fries, hot dogs and other comfort foods you would expect. They call their burgers "squeeze" on the menu, but I never thought to ask the nice waitress why that was the case. I definitely enjoyed my burger and curly fries, and so did my son, but I wouldn't say either we're outstanding. If you wanna come here just for the experience alone, I recommend it. But food is just okay unless you grew up on it and have a strong relationship with the people who come here as regulars.

When we called that told us they would be open until 12am, we ordered at 6pm, when we tried to call back to fix our order at 7pm the place was closed. I just told them to load it up. My Burger came with a nice toasted bun-it had a freshly made burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. It was very tasty. Krazy Jim doesn't do any advertising, but there were an abundance of college students waiting in line to order their burger. It feels to me like he is a legend of sorts as is the Blimpie Burger. I'm glad we arrived when we did as there was only a short line. Next time you're in Ann Arbor, Michigan, check it out. You won't regret it.
