Ricardo and Maria A cleaned our house. I couldn't stay as I had to work, but when I got home I have to say I almost cried. NEVER before has our house looked so good. I have come to set the bar pretty low when it comes to cleaning people and agencies, so I asked them to prioritize areas as I was having a party the next day. I came home, worried about how much extra I was going to have to clean, to my complete and utter amazement, they cleaned everything I asked them to and even the areas that I didn't. I was blown away, just amazed. They were friendly and responsive. They used the marble product that I asked them to use and even did the marble baseboards in the bathroom. To my knowledge, no cleaner has ever done this, nor compared to the excellent job they did. I will definitely use in the future and recommend to all my friends. I let my housecleaning get out of hand, and with company coming, I called Got It Maid for help. They sent two angels disguised as house cleaners, Michelle and Maricela. I gave them a quick tour, saying don't worry about emptying the trash, don't bother making the bed, etc. They paid no attention. They were there to make the house look spectacular! They not only made the house sparkle, they put away a lot of the junk lying around that I've gotten so used to looking at that I don't even see it anymore. They were pleasant, worked their rear ends off, and did a terrific job. Including emptying the trash and making the bed. ;o) I wish I could afford to have them come more often. Jessica and Julie came out last week and overall I have to say that I am happy with their work. They brought their own supplies, paid attention to my requests without giving me bs, did not give me any unwanted advise (you'd be surprised but once you start to be remotely friendly I've had more than a few try to give me unwanted advice especially regarding my kids) and most of all spoke English. They're a bit on the pricier side ($65/hr) and there were a few spots missed but overall they did a great job for the two hours that they were here. I have had a good working relationship with Got it Maid! they have been very responsive when I've needed to change my schedule and always pleasant to deal with. I have a couple of pet peeves in cleaning, and they always are more than ready to make sure to do a great jobs in those areas. I love the team of Grace & Daisy, they are a joy and supper quick and diligent! Only downside, and why I don't give them 5 stars, is that you don't always get the same team. And although they are all good, I haven't had a complaint about the cleaning, I do really like a team to get to know me and what I like and remember the quirks about my home and I. I asked to have a few special requests written down for the service call; when the cleaning crew (2 ladies and 1 trainee) arrived they had all my information and special requests just as I had stated. The cleaning crew called to let us know they were on their way and arrived about 10 minutes later; they also arrived within the 2 hour window I was quoted. My previous cleaners had been doing less and less, so I was extremely pleased to come home to see my house cleaned PROPERLY; with surfaces shiny clean, wood floors glowing, bathrooms spotless and my kitchen, mirrors, sliding doors, sparkling clean. I was referred to Got it Maid from a friend and I had a very last-minute move that I needed help with so I took my friends advice and hired a team from Got it Maid to do a move out and cleaning for my apartment. I was more than impressed with their work...They we're very detail oriented. Did a very clean and thorough job, and I didn't have to ask for anything twice as they were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. Our experience with Got It Maid was exceptional from start to finish. We booked our appointment over the phone. The booker was very nice & they had a next day appointment available just like we needed. They said that the cleaning was $65 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours, that payment was cash only, they took our card info down incase we cancelled ($35 charge for cancellation) & they let us know that they clean everything except wash walls & windows & they gave us a 2 hour window of time of when to expect the cleaners. On the day of the cleaning a representative called me to let me know when the team was on their way. In about 15 min Sandra & Selena arrived. They were both very friendly & polite. They took a look around to make sure they'd be able to clean everything we needed within the 2 hours we scheduled & assured me it would be enough time. When it's your 1st time scheduling a cleaning with them, it's preferred that you stay there for most of the time while they're cleaning but they said it was no problem if I went out for a bit & came back to check things out before the 2 hours was up so that I could make sure I was happy with the cleaning. So I went out to run a couple errands & when I came back the girls were just about finishing up. Everything looked so much better & cleaner & I was very happy with the job they did! I'm really particular when cleaning my house but needed the help so I hired Got It Maid (with hesitation). I sent a request via Yelp and got an immediate response. I didn't really like being given a 2 hour window period for our appointment, but was pleased when we got a call 30 minutes before the time had started to say that they were on their way. The ladies got straight to work with the list we had provided them. They did take longer than expected but was definitely happy when we saw the end result. They were very thorough and gave my house the TLC it needed. My only other issue was that they do accept credit cards but we would have to pay a fee in order to do so (we went with a check). At first wasn't happy with the end result. The girls missed a few places. But once expressed to the company, they really went above and beyond to correct the issue. At first we were just over it and wasn't going to waste anymore time complaining and whatnot. They were very understanding of my issues and are going to make it right. She was very nice when I said they deserve to be paid, they worked, she commented they will always pay employees and that they're getting more training today. I'm not one to review but I had to share my amazing experience with Diana and Adriana today. They are great cleaners but more importantly wonderful fun people. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath (1200 sq ft) apartment that needed to sparkle in preparation for my New York mother-in-law's first visit to our place. At $65/hour and a 2 hour minimum the price was a bit steep but it was a worth it for a crack cleaning team. They cleaned the majority of the house in 2 hours and then had to run to the next job. I'm surprised they were able to finish all they could in 2 hours since our bathrooms needed a LOT of work (I mean like almost a year's worth of grime.) All I would suggest for the company to allow its cleaners to stay longer than two hours if the job requires it (paid of course). I would have liked an extra 30 min so they could finish all the blinds in the master bedroom and to vacuum the living room. Amazing service, amazing people - will definitely recommend to anyone! read more

They did a good job on the free cleaning and I am open minded to maybe using them again because they did end up doing the right thing.
