We had 2 cleaners come from this company. We asked for a deep clean, and after 3 hours they said they were done. It was a mediocre clean and one of the women was clearly sick - I didn't appreciate that. When they called to see how it went, I told them we weren't that happy and they offered 30 min of free cleaning - sounds nice, but that would clean one room at most, and then we'd have to pay for the rest of the house. After my original 1 star review, Got it Maid reached out to me. Unfortunately I had already booked with another company. I responded to their Yelp reply via text message and was promptly responded to with two voice mails and two text messages. It's a shame we were unable to get that sort of response from the beginning. Started using Got It Maid after our daughter was born- so glad I did! The house always looks and smells great when the girls are done. My schedule can be a bit difficult with a newborn, so I don't always have the same crew members come out to clean. I've been pleased, though, with each team that's come out to the house. Just had Got It Maid clean my townhome and clean the carpets for a move out to make sure I got all of my deposit. The staff was so friendly and talked to me about what was going to happen! The cleaners were super sweet and did a great job. Paid attention to detail. Unfortunately I can't continue using their services due to the 2 hour minimum and no discounts for multiple jobs. I'm a business owner with 18 locations, most my spots are small so 2 hours is not realistic. Kirin is professional and I respect her business but she needs to consider packages or an hour minimum to keep a customer. Even the cleaners stated the next time they came out it wouldn't need 2 hours so I don't know why I would pay an extra $65 for nothing. My only other feedback is I was quoted a 45 min timeframe as to when the cleaners were to arrive but got a call 12 min earlier saying they already went into my location and started. No one was there so then entering without permission I don't get, but it's no reflection on the cleaners, they were just doing as they were told. I was told by Kirin that when they showed the time would start however they should start at the time when I was quoted (45 min from the call given, not sooner). Veronica and Maricella did an excellent job of cleaning our rental house. They completed everything on my long list as listed in my previous review last September and and even hauled out the books and junk left by the previous tenant. When they were finished they asked me to check if everything was done to my satisfaction. When I pointed out a few places that needed more work they did that as well. They were very friendly and eager to do a good job. The customer service is also excellent. I had my house cleaned yesterday and it looks AMAZING!! My sinks and toilets are sparkling, my glass shower doors are clear again, the stubborn spot on my stove top I thought could never be removed is gone, and you can't tell I have a dog that sheds 24/7. I broke my ankle at the beginning of the summer, and I finally realized I just wasn't able to get my house clean enough. I called Karen and she got a 2 person team over to me asap. I've used them 3 times now, and each time they've been great! They work so hard, have great attitudes, take pride in their work, and never make me feel bad even if the house looks like a tornado of little kids just blew through. Another big plus is that there has been consistency in who comes to clean my house. Irene (who is fantastic, by the way) has been at my house all three times, and that just make the process that much smoother. Based on what I've seen, they seem to place a premium on good, hardworking people ( so far I've had Irene, Ashley and Julie), and that is something worth supporting. read more

This is the third time I've used Got It Maid and am so happy that I scheduled them for monthly cleanings. Lisa and Yolanda were so thorough. They cleaned places that I didn't know I had! Lisa even cleaned the fan over the stove top even though she wasn't asked. There were 17 years of guck - grease, etc. After it was cleaned, the fan now looks like new. So for that I give them a lot of credit. I had already had my house cleaned that week so I didn't take them up on their free cleaning offer. All the positive reviews on here are NOT FAKE NEWS! The 'Got it Maid' team left my condo in immaculate condition. They were very polite and friendly and asked me to walk them through the areas of focus. Not only were those areas cleaned amazingly but they also took initiative and cleaned other problem areas they noticed. They made sure to tell me when each room was done and asked that I take a look and make sure it meets my expectations. Lastly, they finished the whole condo in less than 2 hours (the minimum), but were sure to tell me I had time remaining and asked if there were any other areas they should work on. Dennell and Mabel have come to my house to help me with many things other than the traditional housecleaning. When I moved into my home a while back I was unable to give it the thorough cleaning I wanted so starting in the kitchen they scrubbed everything down from walls, cupboards, light fixtures, appliances and floors. Dennell even took off the cupboard knobs and scrubbed them with a tooth brush. I now have them every other weekend and they are turning my place around. I really hate to give this company a bad review because the maids do such a great job with cleaning our home. PLEASE make sure to check the credit card that you put on file with them. I check my bank account every other day and noticed that $133.90 was taken out of my account a few days ago. I paid the maids cash for their services and tip but yet money was still deducted from my checking account for a 2 hour cleaning session. I called the owner this morning and she explained that they have been busy and something is bound to happen with 4 jobs on a daily basis. I completely understand that accidents happen, but charging a customer's credit card is something that you just don't do without their consent. You need their authorization and it needs to happen in person, verbally, or written. There are too many things that are happening now with credit card information that it's not something that should be taken lightly. I feel that it should have been caught by the company first instead of me. Sad that I have to look for another cleaning company because the maids really did an excellent job and were easy to work with. read more
