Grá A solid Neapolitan-style pizza spot with a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod--and it shows. The sourdough crust is the standout here. Beautifully blistered, airy, and full of flavor with that subtle tang you want from a well-developed dough. The texture hits that classic Neapolitan balance--light, chewy, and just the right amount of char. That said, it does lean slightly on the salty side. The pizzas themselves are thoughtfully done and feel a bit more refined than your average casual spot. Ingredients taste quality-driven, and everything comes together cleanly. Ambiance is another strong point--dim, cozy, and a little elevated without being too formal. Great for a relaxed date night or a slow dinner. Only downside is the pricing--it's a bit on the higher side for pizza, even considering the quality and Bib Gourmand status. Overall, a great option if you're in the mood for well-executed, sourdough Neapolitan pizza in a nice setting.

I wasn't planning to visit A Woodfire Pizza that day, but I'm really glad I did. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and I'd definitely recommend making a reservation since it can get busy. We started with the Market Lettuce salad, which came with crème fraîche, lemon, herbs, fried capers, and parmesan. It was absolutely perfect--fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavor. For pizza, we tried the pepperoni, and it did not disappoint. The crust had a great texture with a subtle smoky flavor from the wood fire, and the pepperoni was both spicy and delicious. Everything worked really well together. The service was also excellent--friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. A perfect place for a date. I'd love to come back again and try more from the menu. Can't wait!

I had been wanting to try Grá for some time now and I was glad I finally got to try it out! The ambiance here is really lovely, and the service is pretty fast. The pizzas were really good, but I think I might have come in with too high expectations. I also really wish they still had the Kimchi Pizza, I've heard great things about it. I definitely prefer the flavor profile of the pizzas at Quarter Sheets, which I consider a top 3 to 5 pizza place in LA. However, Grá is fantastic as a sit down spot where you're having some nice wine and enjoying the wonderful music and ambiance. We enjoyed some of the orange wine with our pizzas and the cesar salad was pretty delicious as well. Since the pizzas are neapolitan style and not very large the are not that heavy after you eat it and one person can definitely finish a whole pizza by themselves. The quality of the ingredients definitely shined through, but you can easily spend a lot here even if you don't order much. Food: 4/5 Drinks: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Value: 3/5 Overall: 4/5

WOWAAA!! Pizza is amazing!! We got the marg adding calabrian chilies & aged goat gouda... absolute perfection. They are on the smaller size, for reference, I ate one on my own. The space and vibe are also very cool. There is a nice patio and warehousey indoor seating, a DJ, interestingly the bathrooms smell so good, and really nice service. I could not love this place more!!! Will be back.

Pizza in a romantic candlelight setting--expect upscale prices for the vibe. Classics like Margherita, mushroom, and meat lovers, plus creative ones. Tried the stracciatella-prosciutto with honey coffee: coffee flavor was subtle, but the sweet-salty combo shines. Sourdough thin crust--nice flop, light char, chewy tang. If you love that style, it's worth it. Market salad is shareable and generous; they start you with a tasty amuse-bouche. Elevated pizza in a moody atmosphere--great if you're cool with the premium price tag!

Finally got around to trying Gra. Parking a little tough at times but found a spot across the street. Very dark and initiate interior but with some community tables along with individual party tables. Check in was easy with our reservation and quickly sat. We started with some Aperol spritz and the amuse bouche- a great palate cleanser. We shared the pepperoni and mushroom pizzas, both delicious and loved the sourdough flavor which shines through. I enjoyed the mushroom pizza most!

Cute spot for a date night or hang out! There's a vinyl DJ booth + good drinks and pizza. It was freezing when we went - big fans venting the place. Pizza was on the thinner side

Super cute pizza spot in echo park. We came on a Saturday night and they were able to seat us right away. They specialize in sourdough pizza. Ambiance was super nice servers were great. We ordered the market salad, a pepperoni pizza and a banger pizza. Ingredients were fresh and I appreciated the sourdough crust but was definitely the type of pizza that's soggy on the bottom and all the toppings and cheese fall off as soon as you pick up a slice. Enjoyed our evening here but wish the pizza held up better.

Can't believe it took us this long to check out Gra! Walked in on a Sunday night. Very cute chill vibe, they dimmed the lights there so it could be a nice cute date spot if you get a table to yourself. We sat at a communal table which we didn't mind. Not only their pizzas are great, their appetizers are excellent as well! We loved the Caesar salad and tartare! Super fresh and tasty. Will be back soon!

How much do I love this place? When you walk into it, it feels like you're entering a spa more than a restaurant. And the fact that I get to stare at a DJ booth stacked with vinyl being the vinyl fiend that I am made me very happy. I want to DJ there!! I would do it for free just to get some more of that pizza. Also, they turned me onto these Japanese sodas that they serve instead of Coke. Man, I'm a huge fan now. Their pizzas are the perfect size, the perfect thickness. You could eat one by yourself and not feel full or you could split it with somebody and still order something else. I can't wait to go back to this place.

Came here on a Friday night with a friend, and Grá definitely did not disappoint! Being in their second year of being recognized by the Michelin guide, that expectation was definitely met. Their pizzas are great (I would've gotten another one but we didn't have much time for dinner), but the one thing I will say is that their pickled cucumber salad was a bit too acidic for my preference, but again-- just my preference. With the live music, great ambiance, and good service, I'll definitely be back!

I recently visited Gra and had a pretty mixed experience. When we were first seated, a server came by to pour still water. I asked if we could instead get bottled sparkling water, and the reaction felt oddly put off; like we were inconveniencing her by asking. Not the best first impression. Service continued to be slow after that. We were ready to order but waited quite a while before anyone came back to take it. When we finally did order, we started with the cucumber salad... which unfortunately arrived with a long blonde hair in it. To their credit, they took it back, but it definitely set the tone. We then ordered two pizzas, a pepperoni and a white pizza, and this is where things turned around. Both pizzas were genuinely delicious: great sourdough crust, well-balanced toppings, and definitely the highlight of the meal. That said, when I was ordering the white pizza, the server came across a bit condescending because I didn't know the exact name for it, which felt unnecessary. Later, we ordered another cucumber salad because it was delicious and a third pizza that we wanted to try. When placing that order, the server noticeably looked at the amount of food already on our table and seemed judgmental. I even felt the need to explain that we just wanted to try a variety, which was awkward and uncomfortable. To top it off, we were seated in a far corner of the outdoor patio where there are these pointy plants at about eye level. They were literally in the way throughout the meal and felt like a hazard; honestly something the restaurant should reconsider. Overall, the food, especially the pizzas, was excellent. But the service felt unwelcoming and a bit unprofessional, which really took away from the experience. Maybe it was just an off day, but based on this visit, I'm not sure I'd rush back.

We didn't have reservations, but we were able to grab a table inside at around 5:30pm on a Saturday. This place was busy. I really liked the Hamachi Crudo. That was so good, but there's only 4 slices for about $21. It's dressed in a ponzu yuzu sauce. It was so good that we ended up pouring the left over sauce on to our Tuna Tostada. Both items were fresh and I could not taste any fishiness. We also ordered the Mushroom Risotto and Cacio e Pepe. I thought the risotto was good, but the rice was definitely undercooked. I would have said something, but we didn't have much time left. The pasta reminded me of Mac n Cheese. I thought it was way too salty and didn't really do it for me. Kind of disappointed in the mains, but the 2 apps were really good.

Our waiter was kind enough to let us sample the three whites they had rotating that night so we could pick what we wanted. I ended up going with a nice Georgian white. And now for the food! Cucumber and pomegranate salad (5/5) - it was fresh, crisp, and very well flavored with the fresh herbs. Ghormeh sabzi with rice (3.5/5) - flavor wise it was delicious, it reminded me of my grandma's ghormeh sabzi. Kidney beans were a bit undercooked. Rice was fluffy and well cooked. Tahchin with chicken (3.5/5) - flavor was good, I think it could have used a bit more seasoning and the rice was more "custardy" than I am used to. Blood orange tart (3/5) - the tart itself was yummy but the blood oranges were quite bitter. Our meal was quite expensive which I completely understand given the quality of the ingredients they use and the fact that they are small business. With that being said, I'd probably only come back here for wine and small bites, not a full meal. But I think Voodoo Vin is worth trying at least once.
