Stopped by Grand Junction Grilled Subs and tried the chipotle chicken sandwich with the hand cut fries. Both were pretty decent overall. The sandwich had good flavor and the chicken was cooked well without being dry. The chipotle sauce gave it a nice little kick without being overpowering. Fries were fresh and crispy, definitely better than standard fast food fries. Service was quick and the place was clean. Not the best sandwich I've ever had, but solid if you're looking for a quick lunch in Fargo. read more

This place is awesome! Hearty subs fresh off the grill. I think management is changing so I hope the food still stays the same. My go to item is the chicken cordon bleu sub. So good! Fluffy bread, melty cheese and just the right amount of seasoning. Their fresh cut home fries are delicious and it comes with the meal. The place is clean, but service is more on the order and go kinda vibe. I don't mind. They're never rude and they do the job. I'm here for the food. The bread is more of the Vietnamese bahn mi kind of baguette so I think that's what makes it for special. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area. read more

First time trying Grand Junction with a friend and we didn't regret it with the crispy fresh cut fries, fast service and also a "Grand" sandwich. The sandwich had plenty of meat and the bread was an experience all of its own, crunchy on the outside but still soft and chewy on the inside but not soggy from the meat so like stale bread but better! Definitely a place I'll recommend for people to try for the first time if they haven't before. Also the chicken nuggets are worth a try, they look generic on the outside however, they are anything but generic on the inside, full of meat and a light crispy breading on the outside gives birth to a delicious snack to go with a outstanding sandwich. The next time you're at a "Junction" for where to stop for lunch remember to consider this superb sandwich shop. read more

Clean place. Fast service, however if you don't like swearing or have kids it's probably not the best place to come. The cooks were together today very loudly. Throughout my whole meal all I could hear was,"bulls**t, sh*t, f**k this, bastard. The cooks also seem to care more about the social life conversations then their customers. We will probably not come back to this place. We also ask for no honey mustard on all three subs, but we received the mustard on all the subs. Ok, my family and I freakin' love this place! They are a "New York" style grilled sandwich place- they make your sandwich right in front of you on a big grill. A nice bonus is that they will take your sandwich bread and toast it on the grill, talk about tasty. My favorite is the Philly cheese steak with lots of peppers. The fries are great- cut and grilled right there and nicely seasoned. The attitude is very relaxed, the kids running the grill will banter back and forth and joke with you as they cook your food, the atmosphere is light and fun. I've never been disappointed. read more

Food is great but if you want something taken off of the sandwich like no onions or no mayo, they will mess it up almost every time. They dont write your order down. They just try to remember it. I had a business meeting in the area and so we all went to Grand Junction for lunch. Others in our group were raving about their subs so I was looking forward to trying them out. After trying them I was not thrilled with my sub. I got the Grand Junction sub and it was too salty tasting. So I decided to go there again and give them another try. Again, it was the same. This time I ordered a sub with ham and cheese. Both subs I had there were overly salty-tasting. They also come with these large fries which were okay if you like large fried potato-y things. Personally what I like about fries is the crunchy hot crispness not large potato things with a fat mushy luke-warm middle section. I might as well eat a damn potato. read more

What's not to love about Grand Junction? Great hot subs, fast service, and the best fries in Fargo. Each sandwich comes with set toppings, but you can switch things out at no charge. They don't have 10 types of bread, only 1, but it's fresh and tasty. You get the feeling you are eating REAL food, unlike the more fast food type sandwich shops. I only get the Veggie, but it's nice to see that they cook all of their meat from raw, per order, instead of just taking out some precooked meat that's been cooked for who knows how long. read more

I have only been to Grand Junction a handful of times, but every time I've been there the food has been good! I normally get the get the cajun chicken which is very good, but their cordon blue is outstanding if you like them! Probably one of my favorite sub places in fargo, but if you know the selection it doesn't take much :). read more

I got to say my first time at grand junction was a great experience. It was a nice little place and smelled great. I ordered the medium Barbecue chicken combo. I watched as they made my chicken. It wasn't precooked like fast foods and it looked great. When I get my combo there was two subs filled with barbecue sauce and chicken. They give you a ton of fries and there fresh as they can get with great flavor on them. I asked for some honey mustard for my fries and it was just perfect with the fries. My first bite was one of the best experiences in my life and I quickly finished the rest of my subs and fries. I loved every second of it and it filled me up to where I can't eat anymore. Grand Junction is a great place to eat for anyone. If I could give it more stars I would. read more

I came in and grab a nice Philly sub. They have huge sandwiches which is nice. Also a big basket of home made fries are the best. The reason why of 2 stars is their dining room area is always dirty and gross. They do a poor job keeping the place clean. When it is not busy the employees goof off in the back. Overall excellent food but very poor cleaning on their tables. I had to sit in a table that was not cleaned off. read more

After visiting the Moorhead location a number of years ago & being grossed out by how dirty it was, I waited a long time before trying this place out again. This location is MUCH better as far as cleanliness goes. The fries were delicious! They are fresh cut & made as you order. The sandwiches are also great. Hot sandwiches are not my favorite thing, but my husband likes them, so we went to grand junction today knowing that I could also just get a regular cold sandwich and fries, which are my favorite. When I got my sandwich, it was put together in the weirdest way possible and had I not rearranged it, everything would have fallen out. Maybe I'm underestimating the difficulty of the task, but how difficult can it be to put a cold sandwich together? Then when I bit into the sandwich, the bread was toasted, which is 98% of the reason I don't like hot sandwiches. I ate two bites and put it down because it scratched up the top of my mouth. I thought to myself, no big deal, I'll just eat these fries for lunch instead. I ate two fries and stopped because they were horrendously salty.
