GAPCo has been my local go to-fast, hot, good pizza staple since elementary school sleepover days. Service is always quick and professional. I haven't had a bad experience pick up or delivery. Their ingredients are average and toppings are pretty normal. I do like their crust a lot and marinara sauce. Not too a shabby for a pizza night in! Also recommend the pizza rolls and breadsticks. I wish I could give zero stars. My girlfriend and I ordered for delivery because we wanted to stay at home. Thier Debarr location is ligit 3 mins away from us. They told us it would be 45mins till delivery at our location. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with breadsticks. A simple small order. Two hours later we called back wondering where our food was. They told us the delivery driver had not left with our food. And it would be at least another 45mins to a hour. It was still sitting on the shelf. We canceled the delivery and went to pick it up ourselves... only to find out that our pizza was thrown out or something and they were making another one. They made one while we were sitting there waiting and then sent it out for delivery. They "apologized" and made us sit for another 10 mins while they made us another. We have been nothing but peaceful waiting for them. No angry remarks or anything. The food is delicious. Bread is cold. But thier customer service is HORRENDOUS! I can't stress that enough. Least to say we are never ordering from them agian! read more

I made a complaint the last time we ordered from G. A. P. C. due to Skyler's less then professional attitude when he took my orde. He refused to make the pizza we ordered and said we had to take a credit for our next pizza. He did not seem to understand that we wanted the pizza we order. I called the manager the next night and complained about Skyler's lack of professionalism and he agreed he was wrong and they would send us a pizza that night. My wife and I called to order a pizza tonight and I was put on hold for approximately twenty five minutes. I made eight (8) more calls to find out what the problem was and I requested to talk with the manager. The man refused to let me speak to the manager and informed me that they (?) had a problem with me and they were refusing to take my order. My previous complaint was the lack of extra sausage that we ordered and the lack of stuffed crust. I have ordered the same pizza from them since they first opened their business. If I could, I would not even give this place a rate but as I was writing this they finally delivered it and gave it to us for half off. Normally I order from Pizza Hut but I wanted to try something different (should've stuck with what I knew). I was told 30-45 mins for delivery. Exactly one hour after I placed my order I called back to see where my order was. A man answered the phone asked my name and said I will ask the driver right now. Come to find out my order was placed on the wrong rack and they said it will just now be on the way. It happened to be National Pizza Day and my son and I decided to stop and order a pizza. The girl who took our order was short with us when I asked if the sauce came with the breadsticks. After I paid she went and proceeded to make the pizza without washing her hands! This included touching the cheese! I said something about no gloves or hand washing to Wyatt and then she went over to wash her hands! Ugh! At least they bake at 425 degrees! The WORST customer service and the WORST place to order from. First they told me it would be 45min to an hour for delivery of one large pizza. After 1 hr 15 min goes by, I call to see where the order is. They told me it was out for delivery. Another 15 minutes goes by. I call again. A man who sounded as if he was high said he would refund $10. Another 15 minutes goes by and I call again. A woman gets on the phone and tells me the order never went out. I will NEVER order from this awful place again. How do you keep a business open with this kind of horrible service??? Avoid this place like the plague. read more
