From the very first message, Lauren at Darlwas responsive, empathetic, and incredibly kind. She truly listened to what happened and what I was hoping to achieve. She performed a full color correction and completely transformed my hair. It was convenient but I never felt I was appreciated as a long time customer. The manager male is never friendly. Maybe he is shy but can't hurt being more friendly.
