    Cuban, and bacon cheeseburger

We absolutely love the green dot stables. Everyone in my family got something completely different. Everyone loved what they got. It's fast friendly and it's cute on the inside.

We will be regulars here! All of the sandwiches are sliders so you can get two or three depending on how hungry you are. I had the grilled cheese and the cheeseburger sliders which were absolutely delicious. My husband had the Cuban and the coney, which he raved about. The sides are all small, so we got fries and Mac and cheese. Since everything is small portions, we had room for two desserts. The fried bread pudding was made of chunks of that you could eat with a fork. The s'mores dessert was slider style, with melted marshmallow and chocolate inside a slider bun. Our entire meal was $28 before tip! Also, service was great.

I had a great time here! The weight is often really long. The last time I went in the weight was over two hours and I wasn't able to stay. I am so glad I came back and tried again! We came in the afternoon so the wait was only about 15 minutes. The drinks are pretty cheap and there are so many different types of burgers you can try. I personally loved the Reuben! Our server was great and even gave us a few suggestions like adding bacon to the PB&J. I highly recommend the truffle fries they didn't even need a dipping sauce. It's pretty cozy inside, but it didn't seem awkward at all. There is a great area out in the back where you can grab a drink and wait for a seat. I will definitely be back!

Not for me, but I get the appeal - having a host of different sliders to try for ~$4 each is a fun novelty plus where else can you wash it down with a $4 beer these days? I just felt the food didn't taste very good. It was ~45 minutes to be seated during non peak hours but luckily they have a covered waiting area in the back with picnic tables and a separate bar. Once seated, service was quick and ambiance was lively. I enjoyed the Christmas Ale they had on tap but others in my group who ordered cocktails were disappointed. For food, I decided to try the pork belly slider and cuban slider but wouldn't order them again. The best thing I ate was probably the fries and the kale salad, although it was pretty basic. You get what you pay for I guess.

I think the fries are actually the best draw to this place. They are crispy and thin! Not pictured is the venison chili fries and the poutine fries that I tried which were delicious! I wish I had ordered the venison one for myself! The sliders were good. I liked the spicy pork slide, but it wasn't really that spicy for me. The chicken Caesar slider was good, but I do wish it had had some parmigiana cheese added. The waiters were nice and checked in on us a lot and helpful when there was an order mix up.

The go to place for sliders in metro Detroit. They have a large variety of unique sliders and all of them are made with quality ingredients and taste awesome! Quality, quick service, and definitely a place you'll want to visit time and time again!

Came here on a Wednesday around 6pm and they were busy but not crazy...the host was very nice and willing to seat me without the rest of my party present (they have a sign that you cannot be seated without your full party). He said they will accommodate when they can so I appreciated it! The place was a bit loud and fast-paced. Menu was pretty straight forward with sliders, fries, and sides. Our waiter was not the friendliest. He was short and to the point which seemed like the vibe for the restaurant but no chit chat, eye contact, and I felt like he just wanted to rush us out the door. Our party ordered a side of fries and two sliders each. Fries came out first which was a bit of a bummer as we were able to finish them before we even saw our sliders. The Cajun fries and the truffle/herb fries were very delicious! I ordered the chicken ceasar slider which was quite tasteless, chicken way overcooked, and overall a dud. The Philly cheesesteak slider was pretty good. Oh also, the caramel apple drink - disgusting lol don't do it! Now the fried bread pudding? To die for :) Overall not the best but I would return and try out more sliders and those Cajun fries!

Super fun lunch place. It was PACKED today but only had to wait for maybe 10 minutes. They make it so easy to order drinks at bar and go sit on patio and text you when table is ready. Service was fast. Server was helpful, thorough and great at refills. Menu is easy to follow. Most people ordered 2-3 burger sandwiches and 1 or 2 sides. Perfect sizes to try many things. Great dive atmosphere. Easily would go back.

    Nice drink

I love coming to Green Dot Stables. What heightens my visits is the small servings. The sliders are excellent and I LOVE the lettuce wedge. You can order a variety of things off the menu and actually get full. The drinks are also a plus..

This spot has been on my list for about 3 years. My expectations were higher than normal. It was good, not great. Prices were fair, many flavorful options, even dessert sliders. The thing is.. I ordered just about everything. My bill before tip was nearly 50 dollars and I did not order anything but the main event which was food! The double cheeseburger was disappointing, I thought the lamb special lacked flavor, the Cajun fries were crispy and they look seasoned but they were just okay. The fish fry and the chicken cesar were definitely the highlights of the meal. Just based off dinner, 3.5 stars. But the dessert slider I had which was a smore they served unsurprisingly on a roll instead of a graham cracker. It was honestly really good in a simple way. I'd do that at home. Overall, not a terrible spot and not mad that I got the chance to go but after 3 years of buildup, I feel it simply could have been better. I wouldn't go again.

This place was great for a big group and it had enough vegetarian options. I had the Cajun fries, plant based sliders and the kale salad. Portions and prices were good and the service was pretty quick too. We did have to wait for a table but they had a bar with games to wait in which helped time go by.

I found myself having some free time at 3pm on a Tuesday and decided I'd hit a happy hour, but when I thought about the area I was in I had to come here. The most affordable place ever with some of the best sliders you could ever get. The service was amazing, I had my kindle to keep my company and I was checked on just enough. The best place to get food and drinks near downtown that's doesn't make you regret spending your money.

If you need one more review, this is your sign! Delicious sliders, good size for the price, and full of flavor! Vibes are awesome, service is great! We went on a weeknight and had to wait about 20 mins to be seated but it was well worth it, a must go!

This place is awful. I haven't been in years but I know it's bad. So overrated. Their food tastes like cafeteria food.

If you want to sit outside, all you have to do is order at the bar and they'll serve your drinks in plastic cups for you to take outside. The rhubarb pie punch was so delicious I had to order it twice! Probably one of my favorite cocktails I've ever had. I also ordered the maurixio cattelan, which tasted like ginger ale. For a snack before dinner, we chose to get the burrata and it was so refreshing. The service was great and our bartender was super friendly! The logo with the little lamb is adorable. Nate and I stopped in on our most recent visit to Detroit and had a lovely experience. The space is tucked away but had a surprising amount of outdoor space--we were there in January but I'd love to come back in the summer. We were greeted right away and given a spot near the bar. The menu includes cocktails, lots of wine, and several tasty food options. It was quite busy inside, so it took a bit of time for our server to come over to us, but we weren't in a rush. They had ten cocktails on their list and I tried the bullet proof soul and Nate got the negroni alla perra. The ingredients list for some of the cocktails include things I've never heard of, but at a place like this, I just know it's going to be good. Our drinks were perfectly balanced and very tasty. We also ordered the mortadella sandwich to split--this was delicious. It was pretty messy, but worth it. It was perfectly toasted and full of mortadella. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and I would love to try more of the food options. Can't wait to visit again!

I was very pleasantly surprised! The space is beautiful, classy, and airy. We sat at the bar and had a nice chat -- the music was at a good volume. I only ordered wine -- their wine list is alright. Not bad for a bar that's clearly not wine-focused. My wife and a friend had cocktails and they both were good, particularly their espresso martini. For food, we shared patatas bravas, tortilla española, and croquetas de jamon, and they were all delicious. I'd legit come back for a full dinner. My only reason to not give this 5 stars is the drink service was very slow, even though the place wasn't busy. They could have been upfront about this, but our waiter didn't tell us until after bringing us drinks, letting us see the menus, and after he started to take our orders. We essentially had to ask---what *do* you have? One pet peeve of mine is that they give everyone low ball glasses for water with no ice and a single, narrow carafe of water for the entire table. We had to continuously ask for more water. I tried the espresso no-tini ($11), a mocktail. It was good, but came in cordial glass and was essentially just a shot of chilled espresso. The setas ($14) were listed as a local wild mushroom blend with garlic and lemon. It was probably about a half cup of mushrooms, grilled, and served in a saucer. Finally, the charcuterie y queso ($21) was meat, cheese, sourdough, mustard, pickles, and honey. Everything was very salty and with no variation. It needed balance with a soft cheese, spice, or more sweetness. My charcuterie plate didn't come out until about an hour plus after we ordered, after multiple asks. It's hard to justify the delay when it's just hard cheese and meat, they didn't have to cook, and there were few other customers. (Essentially, we forgot). I still had a wonderful time with my friends in a beautiful space, but I wouldn't come here to eat again. The menu is elaboratey described dishes that come in very small portions and with ingredients that don't live up to the names.
