I have loved this place for nearly 40 years but today I had the worst experince I've ever had in a fast food drive thru. First they gave me a sack of food that looked as if it hand been rifled thru several times, burger obviously wrapped and unwrapped several times, no cheese on the burger[ double giant combo w/cheese] all the fries dumped out in the bottom and only 1 meat patty, not to mention totally cold food. then charged me 10.81 for a total they corrected to 10.06 . Did not take the 10.81 off and I'm presently being charged essentially double. I live 22 miles away so I have to go back to get it straightened out, pitiful read more

Worst Griff's I ever been to. Quality sucked and so did their customer service. They also charge extra for bacon, but only give you 2 skimpy pieces. Stick to the one in Haltom read more

Poorest customer service around. Food is fresh but not worth the$$ be prepared to wait always very slow. This has been since remodel. Yesterday went through drive through. Ordered cheesburger small fry small tea.noone else inline few cars for dining room. 10 minutes for food. After several more honked because still no drink. Ignored! Honked again told them didnt get drink waited couple more brought to attention yet again. Still more till got tea. Normally i would have left but i wanted too see just how long. Ah! Just as I remembered! Old school burger and fries and yum! Fountain drink...a rootbeer...sooo syrupy and sweet! Burger was fresh and delicious and really really big! Fries were good even when they cooled down.(long drive from back home) My only disappointment was the onion rings...oil seemed like it might not have been that fresh. They tasted a lil fishy. Y'all this place has the best inexpensive hamburgers. As a devoted fan of Whataburger this is the best find in Fort Worth. Apparently it's not a hidden gem based on the reviews and amount of people that were there on Sunday evening so I am not sure where I have been. I ordered the basic hamburger with French fries. The shakes were tempting but I knew I need to be good at least a little bit. The set up looks exactly like a McDonald's or Burger King but a bit dingier with not a lot of updates. Perfect for me. The burger came out fast and piping hot. It was the perfect medium size that I needed with mustard, tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Simple but also melt in your mouth. The French fries were just salt enough but I grabbed more from the counter to get to my ultimate saltiness. Like I said I was being healthy. It is the perfect Sunday night meal to prepare me for the work week. read more

5 stars for a fast food burger place probably seems odd. But, to me, this wasn't the typical burger place. No, it wasn't trying to be upscale or a "California Burger" or any of that. It was just a good, basic burger, fries, and a drink. I think I had the "lotta meat, lotta cheese" burger and I really liked it. My dad had a double meat, double cheese and he really like that. I think his might've been a little bigger than mine, but oh well! We both left full. One of the things that struck me as odd was that they kept coming around, asking if we wanted refills. Most fast food joints make you get up, go to the counter, and ask for a refill (or they put a fountain drink machine on out on the floor and make you fill it up to begin with). Would I go back? Yeah. But, if you go, don't expect Rodeo Goat or anything like that. That's not this place and that's not what it's trying to be. Just good, basic burgers. My curiousity has been satisfied and I'm definitely pleased with the choice. I ordered the Giant Cheeseburger and added mushrooms and had the fries. It was so good. This place is legit. My go to is the triple patty no cheese giant hamburger, the meal is a great deal. Comes with good standard fries and a large drink. Very affordable for great quality burgers. I'd say they're somewhere between In-n-Out and Five-Guys in terms of taste and about equal to In-n-Out in terms of pricing. Try it out yourself, highly recommended. read more

This used to be a great place for Burgers and steak finger baskets, but mine was overcooked, no meat and tasted stale, there was sinew in the meat, and later on I started getting stomach cramps, my wife's burger hat clotted meat and grissel in her burger, I called and spoke with someone about the order and was told there was nothing wrong with the meat and hung up on me, so this place is marked off to never go back to. read more

If you want good service drive to haltom city! our burgers were wrong, so we took them back to the counter and they never remade them! we sat there for 40 minutes snacking on our fries and drink till we went back up and asked and because the girl never took the receipt back, she pushed it back for us to keep. then when we asked for our money back she tried to still charge us for the fries and drink... seriously!?!?!? you screw up our food and we have to pay $7 for fries and a drink? we did get all of our money back but will never come back!!!
