I've heard about this restaurant and drove over an 1hr to get here. The drinks had bubbles in them as if the soap had not been rinsed out of the cup. Je replaced the dribk and then did not come back until 845pk when she delivered out food 2 hours and 15 minutes after we've been there We ordered food at 635 and did not recieve the meal (chicken parm sandwich and mach and cheese) until 845. When the food came to our table it was COLD we asked for the waitress 3 times and did she did not come until 9pm. She was talking about us at another table. OK they've had plenty of time to work the kinks out. The kinks are not out... The service is awful. I never post reviews but I feel very inclined to do so tonight. We sat for 20 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us and brought us water and I had to flag down someone for that... we had to ask the hostess three times to get our waitress and she finally came on the third time. There were two other waitresses running around in the same section and none of them even acknowledged us. I finally had to ask one of the other waitresses if we could just have some water. The steak cooked to perfection and I have tried most of the dishes on menu since reopening after closing for covid.They make you feel safe, the service is great!! First time at the new place since Brian's closed. I was very disappointed. As you enter the area was dirty and had a smell to it. The restaurant is dark and I thought maybe was freshened up, but looks the same as old. The food was just ok, overpriced for what you get. My seafood platter came and the food was cold. MENU states vegan dishes with cheese, I asked what vegan cheese they used I was told they don't its regular cheese!!! how is that vegan. The French onion soup is listed as vegetarian and vegan I ordered it but the bartender told me it was made with beef broth !!!!!!!!!! he checked with the kitchen was told it was a menu misprint, it has been on the menu since opening, I have questioned the vegan cheese issue since opening. Decided to try out the new Grille 122 which use to be Brian's Restaurant. I found it to be just OK. The interior hasn't change much. Same look and I think even the same booths. My girlfriend and I both ordered the tortellini Alfredo. The portion was a pretty good size and the Alfredo sauce was good, It came with broccoli, roasted red pepper, spinach, Kalamata olives and sun dried tomato. There were plenty sun dried tomatoes which I found to be very chewy and salty. I ended up picking them out and not eating them. There was also plenty of broccoli but it was not fresh and many of the pieces had sprouts that were turning color. Not bad but not fresh. The tortellini was very good and I did finish my plate. Salad and bread were very good as well. I think the price were a bit on the high side for the quality of food. The waitress was fantastic very pleasant and on the ball. Since the feel of Brian's is still there it would be nice to bring back some of the good aspects of Brian's like the salad and soup bar and the all you can eat prime rib Mondays. I will most likely be going back mainly because there isn't much choice for restaurants in the area but also because it was an OK experience. read more

I went to the Grille 122 tonight. Wow! Northbridge has a great restaurant ! I got the NY Strip Marsala which was the best Marsala flavor I've ever tasted and the steak was amazing -perfectly prepared, A tender generous portion with mushrooms, spinach and mashed potatoes. I ordered the Brussels sprouts; a unique dish prepared by the owner with cranberries and onions - delicious! The meal also comes with a salad ! A gourmet meal with an affordable price ! I love the inside of the restaurant. The decor is warm with a pub flair but also a dining comfort. I especially like the lights in the windows. We met the owner and he was very personable and cares about the diners experience and the meals he prepares! The waitress also was so helpful and she had the best things to say about the 122 Thanks for a great meal! The burger was a hit too! We will be back -most certainly! read more

First time visiting this restaurant. My initial thought was it's dark and smells funny. We were seated in the very back near the restroom even though we were about the only customers. It took forever to get drinks and the waiver couldn't even tell us what kind of beer or wine was available. A pleasant surprise was the food was actually really good. So, I'm not sure if it was just a bad night for the staff or what happened. If I was in the area again, I would give it another try. I won't go out of my way to dine there again. read more

I tried Grille 122, shortly after it initially opened and was very unimpressed. To everyone who has had that experience, please try it, again! Both the drinks and food have improved enormously. The congenial bartender made me an absolutely perfect vodka martini. My dinner of pork chop with creamy mashed potatoes and the freshest green and yellow beans, with savory, perfectly seasoned gravy, was beyond delicious. Generous portions and no significant issues on this day. The decor hadn't changed much from Brian's but the bar side had hi boys replacing the booths an no tables squeezing the bar and hi boys. Tried it for the first time the other day with my daughter. It still looks like the old Brian's resturant. The seafood mushrooms where very good but pricey for 4 small ones. I got a burger that was good cooked perfectly and my daghter got a wrap she said it was okay. Wait stuff needs work my daughter ordered a bowl of clam chowder and i order a cup after she took our order and come back with to cups. The waitress said she wrote down 2 cups. I just wanted to make sure i did not get charged for the bowl that we never got. Wait staff should check up on things are at their tables a little more often. Terrible! My wife and I were served chicken wings that were cold once we had bitten into them. Not only is that gross, but also dangerous in that it could have gotten us both sick. When we told the waitress, she had then gone to the manager on duty, 'Penny'. Penny then offered 50% off. 50% off for wings that were uncooked an uneaten!!!!!! We then insisted on talking to the owner, Paul (I believe), who did end up taking the wings off the bill. An interesting thing that the owner told us was that the chef who had 'cooked' these wings had actually almost lost her job that very day. We will NEVER go there again!!! It is absolutely horrible. I do want to note that the waitstaff (Taylor in particular) was very nice and did such a great job so I do want this review to be any negative indication of her performance. We recently moved to Uxbridge and have found our new place to have a delightful meal! My husband had the prime rib last week and was in heaven! He's a meat and potato guy and could not stop exclaiming how delicious it was. It was THE BEST prime rib he's ever had! My personal favorite meal is the Texmex Grilled Salmon Salad. The salmon is cooked to perfection and the salad is so fresh! I've been blessed with finding THE BEST espresso martini on the planet!! Yummy!! I was partly disappointed. The Lobster Roll was excellent. The waitress said the roll didn't come with coleslaw, but everyone at the table told her it did. She insisted she was correct, but on the way out I checked the menu. It comes with coleslaw. The martini was so watered down with fruit juice it was awful. There was no alcohol in it. If you buy a martini for $14, you expect it to have alcohol. A 750ml bottle of Grey Goose is $27. The restaurant lacks quality alcoholic beverages. The bill was $42.50 for a lobster roll and martini. I went here for the first time being as it's within walking distance and I'm recently new to town. I enjoyed the nachos I had for an appetizer. Crisp n crunchy and fresh with a nice sized helping. The fish n chips left me disappointed as the fish portion was small and looked like it belonged on a kid menu. Pirates Cove right across the street probably gives you more fish than this. Nice to see they offer local beers. One was out but still good to be able to enjoy the local beer. Service was friendly and cheerful if you were a regular and they knew you, of which I was neither so I was treated more like I was not there and never once was asked how my food was. I mentioned when I walked in that it was my first time here but it didn't make any difference. Based on service I wouldn't return. I will consider returning at some point to try something else as I like do like to support local businesses but I'm in no rush to do so either. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in for lunch with my sister this afternoon. Ordered a Mixed Green Salad with Grilled Chicken. They put so many olives (mind you they were not listed in the description on the menu) that's all I could smell and taste AFTER taking them all off. I had about 3 bites and finished eating. They didn't even take it off the bill after I told the waitress why I didn't eat it. The waitress was barely attentive with very little people in the restaurant. Do not waste your time going here, it is terrible!! Me my wife and 3 kids went for dinner last night, we ordered our kids food and an appetizer and drinks. The waitress came back 15 minutes later with our drinks and took me and my wife's order. I got "NY Strip" which came with a salad. She brought my salad right out and minutes later all 5 of our meals an appetizer came out at the same time. The "NY Strip" was horrible, very tough and full of gristle- not a $24 steak. The waitress noticed my displeasure and sent the owner over...he immediately became defensive and rude. I told him my steak was tough and gristly and he swept it up off the table and brought it back to the kitchen where he began swearing and threw the plate on the counter. We ordered calamari for our appetizer which contained maybe 6 calamari rings and a pile of fried peppers. My sons cheeseburger was burnt on the outside and pretty much raw in the middle, which we ordered medium well. Needless to say do to the owners severe attitude problem and lack of respect for customers we will never go back. I also left comments on their Facebook page but he deleted them so here is my yelp review of the worst dining experience we have ever had. Thanks.
