Huge portions great prices, beautiful ambiance. Has a little store for some Greek items.

Four and a half stars for Greek takeout. Clean, bright space with a Mediterranean vibe. Plenty of tables are available. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table of choice. I had the pork souvlaki sandwich. It was better than average for sure. The meat was tender and flavorful. Could have used a bit more tzatziki and tomatoes. But it was fine. My wife ordered the beef and lamb gyro platter which includes a generous portion of meat. A small Greek salad. Fries and a pita. It was very good. My only small knock is they don't offer any all lamb items. But that's OK. I will definitely dine at Gyro World again.

Food is horrible. I ordered twice and I'm not gonna order again chicken super dry no taste.

Everything from the food to service to ambience was amazing! The restaurant was extremely clean which in my opinion elevated the experience, could immediately taste how fresh the food was. The tzatziki is arguably one of the best I've ever had. Came here for a quick 45 minute lunch date and did not disappoint! The cake was a little too sweet for me but very fresh. Overall 9.5/10

Wow! Just wow! I stopped into Gyro World tonight for their soft opening. I was greeted by so many wonderful employees. I was offered a sample of spinach or cheese pie. The spinach pie was delicious. It was hot and full of flavor. I ordered my food to go and it was exactly as I ordered. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Beef and Lamb Gyro sandwiches. The meat was incredibly soft and tender. There was the perfect amount of tzatziki in the sandwiches too. Now that our gyros have been consumed, it's time to tackle dessert. Thanks to the crew at Gyro World!! The restaurant has a great vibe to it. We definitely plan to be back really soon.

    $14 hot wings

we have ordered takeout here a few times but today was disappointing. an order of hot wings for $14 should be better than the 6 tiny ones we received. that's $2.30 per wing. while we understand that the majority of the menu is greek but if you are going to offer wings as an option they need to meet their price point. we also ordered a gyro and a salad with bifteki which were good. based upon our experience it may be advisable to remove the hot wings from the menu.

First time we stopped in this weekend and this place by far is the best Greek food I had. Amazing. I was excited! The pictures featured here are lunchbox meals. The chicken is so fresh, delicious and juicy and love my lemon potatoes and salad. Oh my! The beef and lamb along with rice and salad are delicious as well. Love the ambiance and great with music playing in the restaurant. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Service was great. Yanni is very welcoming, professional and a nice owner. Definitely will be coming back and definitely recommend.

Service was excellent and ambiance is casual. Great place for lunch. Really like the food especially the gyro, lemon potatoes, and lemon potatoes.

I got combo platter chicken and beef with rice. Yummy!! The tzaziki was on the side and I added to my liking. Lots of meat, get an extra pita.

    gyro trio

Cute spot, modern decor and casual atmosphere. Tried a few items. Gyro trio, falafel, and a few other gyros. Gyro trio is a nice sampler to try the different meats. Chicken soup was nice and hot, texture was nice thick but not overwhelming, wished it has a bit more lemon and maybe pepper but comforting on a cold day. You can also order just the meat which is nice sometimes you're not in the mood for fillers or just going simple and light.

Delicious food amazing service friendly clientele. Will definitely come back for dinner .

Soggy food as I had to get tzatziki sauce delivered to me because they forgot it in my entire order.

The new owners have completely reimagined the space into a moderately upscale, but still family-friendly, Mediterranean oasis with a contemporary aesthetic that's also a huge culinary step up from its predecessor. The staff was friendly and super attentive without ever being overbearing and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great meal and a great experience. My dining companion and I started with the special Trio Dip ($20), a fantastic, delicious starter with shareable portions of traditional hummus, a unique avocado hummus, and perfectly smoky baba ghanoush with crunchy walnuts alongside with a basket of warmly toasted pita bread. For our entree, we decided to share the Mandaloun Mix Grill ($40) and split the three kebabs -- filet mignon shish, ground beef kofta, and grilled chicken. This platter is a masterclass in grilling with three juicy and flavorful kebabs. Mandaloun also pays attention to small details that make the dining experience so memorable. We were both huge fans of the dipping dish with a concoction of olive oil, za'atar seasoning, and sesame seeds served with the pita and the toum -- an emulsion of garlic, oil, lemon juice, and salt which creates a thick, mayonnaise-like condiment that is 100% vegan and dairy-free -- served alongside our entree that's a perfect zesty pairing for the grilled chicken. One of the staff noticed how much I enjoyed both and brought over a small 'to go' container of each for us to take home. There was also a brief "if you know, you know" moment during dinner that I am sure was entirely unintentional. Our Mandaloun Mix Grill entree came with a tasty green salad topped with crispy pita strips, which felt like a very sophisticated homage to the Friendly's Crispy Chicken Salad entree that was topped with tortilla strips. PRO TIP #1: Bring a bottle of wine or beer from home to enjoy with your meal. Mandaloun is a BYOB establishment and does not serve alcohol. PRO TIP #2: Bring cash. Mandaloun has added a small surcharge for using credit cards to pay for your meal.

I tasted piece of the chicken in the chicken salad & it was really good & well flavored so it was kind of puzzling to me that The chicken thigh lacked flavor even though the chicken itself was fresh & delicately grilled, vegetables was great especially the baby potatoes, rice was meh! But it came with no kind of sauce. There were at least 3 tables celebrating their birthday which I took for a good sign & place appears child friendly without being annoying so it seems like a great neighborhood spot. With good atmosphere & great service, & fresh ingredients, I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of flavors in several dishes but I would still cautiously recommend this place if you live in the neighborhood but I would not go out of my way to get to this restaurant.

The ambiance fit the name perfectly -- subtle hints of blue throughout that tied right back to "d'Azur." We started with a glass of bubbly and focaccia served with three spreads -- the olive tapenade stood out over the butter. For the first course, I had the duck confit salad -- the duck portion itself ran a little light, but the flavor balance was excellent: sweetness from the strawberries, bitterness from the arugula, saltiness from the goat cheese, and umami depth from the duck confit. It's BYOB, we brought both red and white wine to pair across the meal. The table shared the Branzino with French chard, which was outstanding, and the steak frites, which was exceptional and perfect medium rare. I had the duck breast with mushroom, paired with a Pinot Noir -- a great match, and that same Pinot Noir worked beautifully with the steak too. To finish, we shared three desserts: crème brûlée, chocolate truffles with strawberry and pistachio, and a cognac cake topped with a chocolate whipped mousse, walnuts, and strawberry. Tough call on a favorite, but the cognac cake stole the show. Throughout dessert, the staff kept checking in without ever feeling intrusive -- a small thing, but it stood out. A great night out with drink, food, and cousins from start to finish. The service alone is worth going back for. Highly recommend.

I really thought this won't be a big deal like other establishments that are even more high end. I later learned that the individual's name was Tom. Describing his behavior as merely rude would be an understatement; his conduct was obnoxious, unprofessional, and unnecessarily aggressive. First, being charged the full $80 price for a guest who did not attend was extremely shocking and disappointing. More concerning, however, was the manner in which Tom approached and addressed us. In all my years of dining out, I have never experienced such poor service or such an inappropriate attitude from restaurant staff. Although I was eventually provided with containers to pack some food to take home, the entire experience left me feeling deeply insulted and completely ruined what was meant to be a special Mother's Day dinner.
