Every single ingredient is fresh and high quality. All of the ingredients add something to the bagel and make it a perfect bagel imo. I think this place must fly their tomatoes in straight from Eden, as in the garden. I have never had a fresher, great tasting and beautiful tomato as I did here. I know that's wild to say about something like a tomato but it's the truth. I don't even eat tomatoes in that form, it was the first bite of a sliced tomato I ate in over 20 years. It looked so great I had to try it, especially because I wanted to eat the bagel in its most genuine form. My Wife loves bagels, it is one of her favorite foods. It was her favorite bagel as well.
