The roast pork is a bit blend and roast duck's skin was not crispy. The rice was bunched together and obviously too much water was used to cook the rice. This is a Cantonese restaurant who cannot cook rice. That is like a sushi restaurant who cannot slice fish. Compared to the takeout from a super market like 99 Ranch, this is abysmal. I also ordered a roast pork lo mein. This is no different from any dozens of cheap Chinese take outs can produce. I will most probably never return here. I am Cantonese and to me the quality is not worth it.

We also ordered the half Peking duck and spicy black fish. The Peking duck was served with pancakes to wrap the duck as well as cucumber, pineapple and hoisin sauce. Duck tasted delicious not greasy at all. It was my favorite part of the meal. Spicy black fish was good as well and not too spicy. This is a high end Chinese fusion restaurant.
