They roast Heartwood Coffee beans and have a good amount of syrups, as well as seasonal drinks. I got a cardamom and honey cafe au lait and the spinach and feta pastry. I moved out of the way for a takeaway order, but still hovered by the cash. One server placed drinks two feet from me on the counter and still wouldn't acknowledge me beyond a side eye. Two customers smiled and shrugged their shoulders commiserating so at least I knew to the rest of the world I wasn't invisible. No signs that I saw to seat yourself or wait to be seated. Three waitresses and not a pleasant face among them. The food did smell good but after three minutes and at least six purposely missed opportunities to be acknowledged I left. Maybe this is a place where surly attitudes are their shtick? Maybe a single person isn't worth seating? A "hi, hang on a minute" was all that was needed. I hope the kitchen is so good it boosts these career waitresses tips because their personalities are running at a solid 0%.

Favorites include their savory baked goods and cookies When it comes to lattes, so far I've liked their cinnamon brown sugar, and seasonal matchas (the coconut matcha a couple months back was good). It's good as dine-in (plenty of seating inside and outside, though still quite full on the weekends) and as take-out. Plenty of free parking available in a lot. Staff are friendly. Also last month I tried their restaurant week special (includes latte, panini, and choice of cookie or macaron). Ended up choosing the brown sugar latte (opted for oat milk), corned beef panini and gingerbread molasses cookie. All were good, the favorite and definitely would get again would be the latte. Also if you use the too good to go app, I love their bags (such a good variety with amazing value) which sell out in minutes. Definitely in my list of regular places to stop by.
