    Nails same day

I really try not to leave bad reviews but couldn't let someone else have the same bad experience. I came here for a gel pedicure and powder manicure. The pedicure was fine but the girl who did the manicure was so rough with my hands. She would grab my fingers with her pointy nails and force them to move into the powder instead of just moving the container to fit my fingers. Also I could tolerate bad service if the nails were fine but two days after one nail popped off then a few of them started peeling?? I know weird how does dip peel. I'm still trying to figure out

Lovely salon, pretty inside and the receptionist was very polite. Be mindful of the language barriers if you don't speak Mandarin Chinese. My nail tech did a great job but she didn't speak much to me, so I had to interpret her signals. I would come here again. Also I got a gel manicure and it was 32$

Stopped in on the way home and needed an acrylic fill-in. Was able to walk in and was helped immediately. Also dragged my kid along and they were so lovely to him. He had a mini manicure while I had my nails done and they made sure we could sit next to each other. Winnie did my nails and she was so wonderful. She was really attentive and worked her magic on my nails but also talked to my son and loaded him up with candy which totally made his day. Really amazing service that goes above and beyond. Will come back again!

Got a gel mani with a design for $50. Not bad! The nail art wasn't perfect but it was a pleasant process and my manicurist was very nice (Wendy?). I've also had a pedi done here before and it was nice! Only thing is I wish that they had a punch card or membership!

She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.

The place is very clean and comfortable, the staff is kind and attentive. When you get there they give you a warm eucalyptus scented towel to wipe off your hands, offer you a tea and the restroom, and then lead you to your room. The massage therapist was thorough and professional. At the end, they gave me a firm head massage that felt amazing - I just recommend bringing a comb if you need to be somewhere afterwards! I noticed on my way home that the back soreness I had coming in was gone. Your price is discounted if you pay cash! Thank you Banyan Tree!

We enjoyed our first 2 visits to Banyan Tree Thai Spa, which makes our 2/19 visit even more…read moredisappointing. Fifteen minutes into our 90-minute couples deep tissue massage, I saw my husband's therapist, Lydia, typing on a lit smartphone while leaning over him. When she realized I saw her, she hid the phone under the sheets. There is no version of this that is acceptable. Texting during a paid massage is blatant misconduct. It didn't stop there. My husband repeatedly asked her to focus on his neck and shoulders and avoid his feet. His requests were ignored. The technique was lazy and mechanical - repetitive forearm circling with little to no pressure, despite requesting deep tissue. He left feeling like he didn't receive a massage at all. When we raised the issue, the owner acknowledged the behavior was "unacceptable" yet offered only a 25% discount - as if actively texting during a massage, ignoring repeated client requests, and delivering a substandard service were minor inconveniences. This wasn't just a bad massage. It was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We will not be returning.

We called the spa on the way there, and they told us that we will be responsible for paying a no show fee of over $500. (A price double the amount of our selected treatments). The people manning the front desk were unapologetic about our emergency situation. Not only did we have to deal with the FDNY, a traffic situation which our car presented, angry commuters, and a hefty tow price, we were charged for a service that was not provided due to an emergency situation. The manager on duty, was much more professional than the initial associate who responded. While, we understand we were no shows, we were dealing with an unforseen situation. I am so disappointed at Oasis-we used to take our Mother there for many years. The lack of human understanding towards people who are literally dealing with an emergency is so disappointing after having been customers of Oasis for so many years.

I booked the couples retreat the morning of and I couldn't get an appointment until 1 pm. Guess it wasn't too bad but was super excited to get pampered. We arrived a little before 1 and right away we were escorted downstairs into the spa section. For a Wednesday it was pretty dead and the only people that were there was just me and the bf. The couples package came with * 1 hour massage * 30 minutes private soaks with milk & honey scrub * 30 minutes in couples suite which includes jacuzzi tub & sauna Since it was my boyfriends birthday I requested rose petals like I had seen in the Yelp picture. I was a bit disappointed to see that it looked nothing like the picture and it was fake rose petals which I thought was weird. I'll give them an A for effort though although it looked nothing like the picture. The massage was amazing. She did a really great job. Most of my massages are pretty rough but she did a great job with light to medium pressure. I really liked the glass of champagne and the chocolate truffles. The private soak was nice but I really enjoyed the sauna. It was definitely a great experience. Came out feeling revitalized. My boyfriend really enjoyed the massage and the amenities.
