If you've always wanted a Which Wich that serves burgers and beer, this is the place for you. To be fair, I realize they're new. This would account for having no procedures for taking orders, keeping beers topped up, or bussing. I watched quite a few people waiting in line to place their food orders for 15+ minutes, and their food came out 30 minutes later if they were lucky. What the newness doesn't account for is the sheer blandness of the food and the ridiculous prices for the bland food and standard tap house beers. I have no problem paying $15 for a bacon cheeseburger that tastes amazing. Instead, I got a burger that tastes like it was put together by a kid running a lemonade stand. The cheese curds were so greasy, they could be wrung out. I think the concept is workable, and I love the big windows. If the restaurant can figure out its procedures and service issues, plus fix their food, this could be a fun beer hangout. read more

There is absolutely no communication between staff, I came in here with a group of friends and was very disappointed. The portion of fries is less then you would get from McDonald's and they charge $2 extra on top of the price of the burger! Food was good but the staff was not so good. Messed up both me and my friends burger and when we asked what happened they talked down about us behind our backs as we could clearly hear them. Really great space, atmosphere, location, and potential. However, They need help. It is simply too much space and traffic for just three people behind a bar. I suggest giving out numbers when you give an order and have food runners/beer getters (it was a pain to wait behind the bar to get a beer every time we wanted one). Lastly, the price. The burger was not impressive and expensive. If you want to go simple, make it affordable. The veggie burger was actually amazing. They make it in house, but again, I paid almost $15 just for the veggie burger and the only extra add ons I had were sautéed mushrooms (which I don't recommend). The beer selection is large and pretty good (the same things you find at Ale House) and they served local brews and liquor. I was excited for this place and still have hope that they will grow and figure things out so that it can be a regular spot for bikers, hikers, and locals! First! (Ok, that's annoying. Sorry.) Happy, but not happy. We should have known better than to go within a week of opening, but I really wanted to see what this new place was like. The location is pretty good. It's nice that the place has doors that open to the fresh air. It's very loud (by design). I really dislike the new "Millennial"/"Hipster" idea that you have to share big, long tables. I hate that! Luckily, there were some 6-tops that we could sit at. They have a bar that got busy pretty fast. There is an indoor/outdoor seating option as well. You have to walk through the entire restaurant to get to where you order. THAT is confusing. I felt so uncomfortable trying to figure out where the menu was (on a board right by the door and on the tables). I was confused on how to order. I didn't like having to stand like an idiot looking around to see how the place worked. Why didn't they put the bar in the farther part with the ordering station inside the door, with the menu right above it? It just doesn't make sense. You have to use paper menus and golf pencils, and it's confusing because not all of the food is on the paper menu. I don't even have any idea how to order the wings, salads, etc. You have to order beer by number, and apparently you can't ask for beer by name, even if it's on the board. The order-taker just kept asking for the number. I kind of get that with the rotating kegs - it would be confusing. It took an hour to get our food. That was not pleasant and made my family very mad. I thought the lady did a good job trying to help us understand and to make the situation better. There was a new system in place between ordering and kitchen that they didn't tell her about (within one week of opening - strange). However, the lady came to each table to explain the situation and try to make it right. We finally got our order! It was nearly a surprise because with all the people noise and the music, they announce names over a loudspeaker (think a bad McDonald's speaker). We hardly heard the name. Then, when we tried to pick up the food "John P." had tried to pick up "John C's" food. Use a unique name! My husband's idea of "Spartacus" turned out to be a good idea - should have used it. The mark for a bun on the black and white menu with the teeny, tiny fill in the dots with pencils menu was too hard to see, so my mom didn't get a bun for her hamburger. Dad was mad! He made sure to get a bun! My husband got a bison burger with tomato, lettuce, bleu cheese, cheese curds, fried egg, bacon. You pay for each topping except the basics. The tomato was unripe and see-through. He didn't get the $2 cheese curds he paid for. His burger was supposed to have a little pink but was well-done and crunchy. My parents each got a regular hamburger and fries. Dad said the fry sauce was bad. They both said the burger was crunchy. Dad mentioned that it seemed like it had sawdust in it. They were both very unhappy. I, on the other hand, loved my burger! I had a bison burger with bleu cheese. It was cooked the way I like it. The bleu cheese was $1 extra and really good. The bun was soft and good. However, their "greens" are a salad of mixed greens, cucumbers, and strong red onions in a sweet balsamic (?) dressing. My husband thought the dressing tasted like water with sugar in it. I didn't like it. That 'salad' cost $3, while the fries were $2 and fairly good. For $3 I expect a little more than what I got, and I would expect to be able to choose a dressing. All in all, I think this place will be a hit with the younger crowd. I don't see older people going here. It's too loud. The seating is, at times, uncomfortable. I will probably try it again (I'm middle aged). But the noise was 80+ decibels the entire time we were there. 80 dB is the range that hurts your hearing for life. Young people don't understand the consequences of being in such a loud environment often. I understand that noise makes a restaurant seem more popular, but my family couldn't hear each other at the same table!! This trend needs to stop in order to protect the hearing of our youth and the people who work in that environment. As a customer, I don't appreciate not being able to hear the important people I'm with. I don't appreciate having to yell everything. In summary, I would like to try the food again. I don't like the noise or sitting with people I don't know. The communication between the ordering and kitchen needs to be improved. Get rid of the confusing color-in menus. Make it quieter to save people's hearing. Figure out a new way to get food to customers. Give people what they pay for. Rotating kegs is a unique and cool idea. The open air is nice. And the different types of meat are intriguing. read more

I was unimpressed. The food was tasty, but the service was very poor. No smiling faces, order was incorrect. Everyone in our party of 5 was served, except 1. There really aren't waiters but the server was pretty snotty when her order didn't come out, when questioned where her meal was, she got even snottier. After the meal was replaced and served and the food was cold.. the server got even snottier when the person in our party asked for a refund instead of redoing the order. Worst service that I have had in the Valley! Over an hour and a half and never did receive my wings. Went and checked and they said next up, but a buddy of the owner which came in after us received his wings when I went and requested a refund. My Wife and I stopped in around 645 on a Thursday. The place was at about 25% capacity. Where did 3 to 5 minutes before anybody said anything to us. We were sitting at the bar. I had a 2 ounce pour of whiskey in a short glass my wife had a 2 ounce pour of a vanilla vodka and Coke and a tall glass. We paid $18 and the drinks were very good for the record. I asked twice for a sample of a beer and was ignored both times. I don't expect any special treatment because of my retired veteran status but I also do expect be treated as every other customer is. There was somebody who came in after us and was served before us twice. We won't be coming back even though we live less than a mile from the establishment. read more

This was our first visit in and I understand it's a new establishment, but they really need help. I ordered a burger with some pink, grilled onions, cheddar cheese and avocado. I got a burger with no pink, cheddar cheese, maybe two slivers of grilled onions (paid $1 extra) and got a cup of guacamole-looking stuff (paid $2 extra). Also ordered fries ($2) and coleslaw ($2). Coleslaw was bland and super wet yet serviced on paper so as I tried to eat it, the paper underneath was tearing and getting on my fork. Fries were decent to good. Husband and teenage son also ordered burgers with pink and got no pink. You order at the bar, pay at the bar, then wait for them to yell your name and go get your food at the bar. Total came to $60 for three burgers, sides and sodas. No alcohol, no appetizers, no dessert and no table service. Portions were not big enough to even have leftovers to dictate a higher price. We won't be going back and knowing this town, it won't be long until we have another choice at that location read more

I think the best part, is they ask for a tip up front. After you find your own table, fill out your order, get up from the table to go place your order ( witch will take an hour and be wrong ) you get to wait in line to place your order! You pay for it , and of course they ask for a tip! An hour or so later they call your name and you get to go get your order. Witch is not really what you ordered but that's ok cause then they tell you what you really ordered and it's really your fault it's wrong. While you wait for them to fix the mistake you made you get to hear the manager explain to someone else who also made a mistake that " this is a new age kinda place, and people will love it once they get used to it. The hockey puck that came out as my burger wasn't terrible, outside of being way, way overdone and missing a few things that I mistakenly thought I ordered and paid a premium for. I honestly just didn't feel like waiting in line, again, to let them tell me I didn't really order what I ordered. Overall, this is a great " new age " place, and you get the opportunity to tip someone else for serving yourself, the burger is cooked to a crisp and the service is all but non existent, but the manager is happy to explain how it's your fault if you don't like waiting an hour for what you didn't order. I'd understand if I was just loitering, but I bought many things from this business this day so I caught this as petty. Also, the owner sits at the bar all day long which is pathetic; Probably drinking away the sorrows of a dying business. Also, had to tell the bartender how to pour/charge me correctly.
