I decided to give this salon a second chance and went in with my daughter. My daughter got a new set, which she hates and had to get them redone in AZ. My toes and nails look terrible. I went in to discuss this with the owner. A "manager " tried to tell me they look fine. She refused to refund me anything and clearly didn't want to redo them either. Horrible customer service! I'm appalled at how I was treated. What a shame as this salon is in walking distance from my house. I don't recommend this salon. read more

I understand that it can be abrasive in order to remove the callous but when I got home I noticed my heel hurt and when I looked my heel was bloody and raw. When she removed the bag, I told her it was hurting and burning. I have burns on the top of my foot! She kept applying aloe and lotion telling me it was fine and she had some burns on her arms also. Worst experience getting gel manicure. I asked for a gel manicure with tips. They put on basically press on nails. They look fake and cheap. They scratched immediately. They look terrible. They switched staff members several times. Took forever. Scolded me for asking for "extensions" the wrong way. And there's is polish all around my nails. Extremely dissatisfied. read more

I'll start with the positive first. The pedicure was great and Wendy was very great in doing a full massage and scrub and was very engaging. She took her time and I quite appreciated that. Mid way of my pedicure I had decided to do a dip powder set when finding out they had dip. Well Hanna(who did my manicure) rushed extremely quickly and was not gentle at all with stretching my other hand to the other side. She does not know anything about being gentle and was throwing my fingers out of the way to hurry and dip multiple fingers at once. I was concerned but I've been at another happy nail locations and my usual guy is a fast dipper, but he does one finger at a time so clumpiness doesn't occur from too much base coat. I didn't say anything only because you have to wait really to see the results after the 3rd dip. When I tell you how hideous this manicure was ladies smh. Pics to prove the poor quality and lack of dip powder skills. I was not happy and just wanted to get out of there and go to my regular spot. I knew I shouldn't have ventured, but I've gotten pedicures before and I'd love them. The manager did see it and did offer to fix it by i had already been there quite a bit and I needed to get to work. Since I was unsatisfied I left only a 20% tip for my pedicure lady and nothing for my manicure. It doesn't matter if I don't speak the language I can hear the tiff and unsatisfied noises she was making when I didn't tip her. I'm sorry but if I'm paying over $130 for everything and that's the quality of work you are ok doing on someone then you don't deserve a tip. I also went back the following day to try to fix it and I was met with resistance and the excuse that since the manager wasn't in store I couldn't be helped. I said anyone can fix it. The woman there claimed that no one in the store can fix full sets they only do manicures. I said really? So if I were to walk in, as a new client, and wanted a full set you, none of the artists here could assist me and I'd have to go elsewhere? Don't even bother coming here. I asked for a refund and they just kept pushing me coming back another day to fix it. I said I'm not coming back a third day now to fix these horrendous nails. read more

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews - I had nothing but an amazing experience here. Look at my reviews and you'll see that I know a good experience vs a bad experience. I came here with my mother-in-law. I usually only get pedicures with her... Which is once a year. Nancy was extremely nice and helpful. Made sure I was comfortable in the chair, asked if the temperature of the water was too hot or cold, and made sure the callus removal was not too rough. The leg massage was amazing and it was definitely needed. As a Surgical Assistant, it's nice to relieve some leg tension. Don't let the negative reviews get to you. For the people that had a "bad" experience, I'd like to see them give themselves a mani/pedi. Some of the pictures don't even look that bad - it's just not what they wanted and is too much of a pussy to tell them in person so they would rather leave a bad review. Everyone here is friendly. Speaks very good English. Of course, they'll ask if you want any add-ons to your treatment. You can either say yes or decline. Only thing that can get to you is the pizza smell coming from next door. It'll make you hungry the first few minutes but after awhile it can be nauseating. Nothing but excellent reviews for this place. As someone that works in the medical field, they are compliant with all sanitary conditions. I have to update my review. I have only ever gotten gel nails in NY, where they last 5 weeks without chipping. However, a snippy millennial did my nails and three are chipped in one week. I would not complain except that every manicurist came up to her while doing my nails and they were all laughing. Since I don't speak Vietnamese, it seemed like they were all laughing at me. Sorry, I am not a 20 year old model who got her nails done yesterday and wants them redone today. Secondly, I was in a spa chair. She made me turn a 90 degree angle to do my nails for the 20 minutes she could spare (on the East Coast it is over an hour, sometimes 90 minutes) and it was so uncomfortable that I was visibly shaking. I finally had to tell her that I was shaking, could she maybe move an inch? I have Fibromyalgia and need my hip replaced. I thought manicures were supposed to be relaxing and not torture. She did a super thin coat one one hand and it was uneven such that half of each nail was lighter than the other half. I politely asked for a second coat to hide her bad technique. Then she had the gall to ask if I wanted a second coat on the other hand. No, I want them not to match!! Here I was being polite and not pointing out how bad she is! On the other hand, the gal who did my pedicure was a saint! My pedicures have always been great here. Thus the two stars. I am afraid to get any more gel manicures here, though. read more

Trying to do a spa day with some girlfriends and I ended up here instead of my usual spot (Images luxury nail salon). While the price point is about the same, the space was a little cramped. My nail tech was never rough with cutting my cuticles or removing my precious gel manicure. The arm massage and hand lotion at the end helps my skin from when it gets dry and helps my manicure last longer. She even helped me glue one of my broken nails so the polish would apply evenly. I can't believe the experience and customer service I received here. I have been looking for a nail place forever and it seems impossible. I have a wedding to attend this weekend so I decided to try this place. The pedicure I got was so awful and painful and when I tried to tell them they just denied and said it was needed for exfoliation. I tried to call after and tell them something was wrong and even sent photos and they said maybe I'm allergic. No. They are cuts and scrapes from the aggressive pedicure I was getting. My feet are completely scratched and cut all over. I don't even want to wear heels this weekend now to a wedding I am attending. Please avoid this place at all costs. *as far as the owners response I never said I wanted yellow spots removed. Yellow spots? I simply told Summer, my pedicurist, I had spray tan on and it was okay if some of it came off. Because of the language barrier, they are trying to blame this on me and I think it's crazy. They never asked about my comfort and I told her it burned more than once. Also, the receptionist never offered me a refund, just a gift card, until I told them I'd get an attorney involved because I am having to be on antibiotics now, etc, then told me to come in to refund my card for the pedicure only.
