Manny was a great person to work with and fixed our toilet leak quickly and effectively. I had two other plumbers come out since there was some water damage and other issues, but Manny was by far the best quality and the best value. He fixed the issue (wax seal) immediately after identifying the problem even though he had to go to the store to get the part. His fee was very reasonable and saved us more than $100 compared to what the other guys were offering. After a few weeks, he sent the receipt for the service so insurance could cover part of it. I didn't cause it. Manny explained to me that it was normal wear and tear and that the part had actually lasted longer than it's expected to. But I still didn't want to get blamed for it. Unsurprisingly, there were unforeseen problems that arose, which were verifiably not his doing or his fault, as I had done my research prior. He sounded very forthright and honest over the phone when answering my questions concerning his experience and history of his business.
