WILL NEVER GO BACK Even though there was horrible traffic at this intersection, there was noone in line! I thought we got lucky. Little did I know, there is a reason that noone wants to eat there. First of all, they made us pull up and park even though there was noone behind us. Then, the whole time we were waiting, not another car came through the line. This Hardee's is owned by Paradigm Investment Group, LLC. I full-time RV so I see a lot of fast food restaurants. This restaurant is one of the worst. Which is a shame because it's so convenient. Right off of Lillian Hwy. In 2020 I went for breakfast, asked for egg and cheese biscuit. I'm vegetarian so I asked the person taking the orders to leave the sausage patty off. The person at the window said he could not do that. I replied, can you just leave the sausage off since I'm paying full price? Again the window attendant said no. I was befuddled. So I left in discuss. Today (Dec 1, 2022), two years later, a come upon the same Hardee's. I walk in at 9 o'clock in the morning, ask for a cup of coffee. After a 10 minute wait, and I was the only one in the lobby. The cashier kindly informed me she had no coffee. (no coffee? At 9:00 in the morning?) I thanked her and left. I left in discuss. I think i agree with a couple of comments that talk about afternoon having more service issues .... lots of delays.

The morning shift is great, but the night shift...not so much. Yesterday I went through drive thru and ordered a medium drink, large onion rings, and 2 apple turnovers. They read back the order, which was correct. Once I finally made it to the window I paid and was given my drink and what I thought was my onion rings [they charged and gave me fries]. I was asked to move forward while they made my apple turnovers. 15 minutes later I had to go inside and inquire, they didn't even make my turnovers yet. This is the only Hardees I've ever been to, which is totally run by children, on the weekends....this last episode was the icing on the cake for me... I arrived at the drive thru at 10:53am and requested a hash brown breakfast bowl. The person on the intercom told me they had quit serving breakfast. I told her that their breakfast menu didnt end until 1100am. Then she said they were out of breakfast items. I asked her if they were out of every single breakfast item on the menu. She said they were out of biscuits. I said I didnt order a biscuit I wanted a hash brown breakfast bowl...she then said they didnt have any breakfast items. I said I'd call the manager and talk to them about it. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The person whom answered said that she was the manager. I explained what happened, and she said that they were out of every single breakfast item. I said i didnt believe her and that i didnt believe that i was talking to the manager. She did not rebut my accusation. I said i wanted the store owners name and number and she said she couldn't give that out. I told her I would find out who it is and call them to make sure they new how unprofessional their Satuday morning staff was. The Lillian Hwy Hardees is terrible...the one on a Navy Blvd is far superior and totally friendly and professional to their customers. read more

My bank card was charged twice for the same amount this morning, and this is the second time it's happened. I spoke with a "manager" who told me I had to speak with a " district manager." I called that number and got a voicemail. I then called Hardee's corporate office and still didn't get it settled. I'm not sure if this is a scam, but if I go back, I will pay with cash. I ordered burgers, fries, and a drink from this recently opened establishment. The burgers were juicy and freshly made; I thought the burger was extremely tasty and would order it again (mushroom cheeseburger). the service from Manager Cory was excellent. I watched the staff prepare food in the kitchen area, which appeared to be very clean, they were meticulous and behaved professionally. While I typically do not eat fast food, I would visit this establishment again. Excellent customer service, environment is extremely clean, and the staff is professional and courteous. read more

I always order the steak biscuits in the morning that you get 2 per orders for 3 bucks, that was not the problems encountered. One day I wanted to try the lunch menu here so I ordered one 5 dollar all star meal which was number 4, double cheese burger and chicken sandwich which came with a drink, fries, and a cookie. When I opened the box there were no casing for the fries it's like the women who was there just didn't care at all being there. I was disappointed to why she didn't place it with the carton like every company does for fries. The burger was just plain gross and tasteless, the chicken sandwich was okayish but i think there wasn't enough meat In it. i was shooked that I had a bad 5 dollar meal, I'll never come back to eat here for the lunch menu I'm not sure what this employee was thinking. Representation on going in the drive thru for the food has to be best. Don't just throw fries on top of the burgers like it's a piece of shit.
