The ambiance was eclectic, with music themed memorabilia lining the walls. We received our order in good time. The chicken fingers were crispy, hot and fresh. The fries were crinkle cut-shoestring and fresh. The coleslaw was also fresh and the bread was toasted, crispy, and good. The "Cane" sauce seemed to be made of ketchup and mayo, I was not impressed. My co worker also recommended the corn fritters which were ok, not bad at all.. my wife thought they were decent as well. But she said her big chicken sandwich was thin and it seemed like they cut the chicken breast in half and put it between the bread. I would hope they didn't but in any event she was not too pleased with it.. she also stated the chicken was bland and unflavored... My big chicken sandwich was not thin but was blend and unflavored as well. I will say my fries came out hot so no complaints there other than it was a kid size amount of fries for the amount you pay for in the combo price!!I would like to add my beverage that came with my big chicken combo was full of ice and very little beverage which after a few sips I was still thirsty because I had minimal beverage and a cup full of ice. I was not happy about that!. The overall cost was kind of pricey for what you get. Overall I gave 3 stars for my first visit. I would consider trying them out again but getting something different on the menu!.

Had I known it was going to be this, I would've ordered something else. #1 - It was a basket that didn't include anything except the shrimp. #2 - They were frozen shrimp which were tasteless and not deveined. They were disgusting. For the cost, I truly thought it was going to be REAL shrimp which were hand breaded. Not!! 2 piece chicken snack = 2. He ordered 2 wings and fries with this snack. The wings were super tiny as if it came from a preemie chick. Lol. Definitely not worth the cost. The chicken was hot, but it could have used more seasoning. Chicken nuggets = 3. They were nothing more than fried Tyson dinosaur nuggets. My son enjoyed them For the most part but said that they were hard. I spent over $20 for this & ended up not eating those nasty shrimp. I wouldn't give it to a dog at this point. I guess I should have ordered something else because I don't see what everyone else is raving about. The parking is a mess as well!!! I ordered a footlong Spicy Italian sub with veggies, Pepperjack cheese and mustard. Good as always. I did notice that the bread did taste a little hard, but then again it was toasted. I actually couldn't eat it all so I saved the other half for lunch at work the following day and it was good as well. I say it was a good trip here to order some chow. I've lived in this area for over 10 years and I haven't been to Subway in the last 7. I was shocked…read moreand appalled to arrive at this location and see a person loitering in the front. I waited a bit before I exited my vehicle to see his intentions. I mean, although it was 37° he could've been outside to get air after he ordered his food.NOT! Nevertheless, I proceeded to the counter to order my food & I see one of the workers has her 2 children behind the counter! They were making themselves sandwiches! Although they were wearing gloves, these children had on their outside coats! The fact that this worker felt it was OK for her children to be behind the counter is ridiculous. I almost expected them to take my order! I'm all for moms that have to bring their kids to work for whatever reason, but she could've easily had them sit in the dining room at one of the tables, or have them sit in the back. Out of sight out of mind. She could've made them something to eat herself and brought it to them. After seeing that, I just left the store frustrated. After a hard days' work I just wanted to grab a sandwich and head home, but that wasn't gonna be the case. Pretty disgusting after that.

Since my previous review, it's also important to note that the prices are SUPER way more expensive now. So I took it down one star for those aspects.
