I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership and Todd Bernstein. I had a bad experience a week prior with a car from another dealership I had planned to buy only to have them deliver me a car that was not advertised or described properly. Thank goodness that didn't work out because it led me here. Todd was exceptionally professional and straightforward. I flew in from out of town, but beforehand, Todd sent me detailed photos of every blemish and part of this car along with a receipt of the maintenance history. The used car was in impeccable condition and it was priced the lowest I have seen anywhere around the southeast in the 3 months I've been looking for this specific make and model. He also picked me up from the airport! The buying process was seamless. I am aware that people are distrusting of car dealerships and their salespeople, but you have no reason to be weary of Harper Fiat Maserati! Thank you!

SOLD! To us. . . Thank you Emmanuel :)

After calling AAA and having the car towed to Twin City Nissan in Alcoa Tennessee where a nice man named Brown said we could leave it after hours and that they would look at it first thing the next morning. That was so nice, given that we were stuck out of state and were trying to get back home. The next morning we called and spoke with a man named Jodie, who said their diagnostic work showed that we had a blown head gasket. Ouch. That's a huge repair. We decided that we would rent a car to get back home to Atlanta and have the car towed back home a few days later. Twin City allowed us to leave our broken car there for on the lot for three days until AAA came and picked it up. Not only did Twin City Nissan NOT charge us a three day storage fee, but they also didn't even charge us for the diagnostic. (Our dealer in Roswell GA would have charged us $139 for that). They were so friendly and helpful and we can't thank them enough. The kindness and caring nature of the folks here helped make a crappy situation a little better. :o)

They politely offered the same price as online and then when drafting the paperwork, added a $3200 "adjustment" and $1500 for fees in the quote, making the "discounted" vehicle more than sticker. When asking about the mark up, they were honest and said that is their additional profit and that they do not actually sell cars at the advertised price. I went to another dealership and purchased the exact same vehicle without the markup and with reasonable fees. Buyer beware. They will use deceptive practices to mark the vehicle up. Be sure to check your contract.

Well I have to say the new Hybrid CR-V is worlds away better than the previous two generations of the same car. Having owned a 3rd, 4th and 5th generation CR-V this new 6th generation is so much better. It is larger, quieter, and if you opt for the hybrid you get away from the tiny 1.5l turbo and step up to a 2l that is much more responsive. Our salesman Gene Charsha was very patient and worked to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we were fully satisfied and setup in the new vehicle before we left the dealership. My only knock on this dealership is financing. They didn't honor one of the Honda programs for loyalty, which should have reduced the bill by $500. And the interest rate was way too high. We will be refinancing with our bank within a month or two. Yeah $11k in finance charges is just too much. And they wanted to sell us a protection package that would have added almost $5000 to the total cost of the deal. Why when you can go online and buy the Honda Care for $4k less? All in all it was a good experience and I do hope that Gene does well in his future sales. Go see him!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Sales Management and No Follow-Up…read more We visited this Honda dealership as we begin shopping for a new Honda Pilot. Our goal was simple -- to understand current pricing and trade-in value so we could compare across multiple dealerships before purchasing by the end of the year. Our salesperson was polite, but the sales manager, Joe Jemley, was shockingly rude and dismissive simply because we mentioned that we planned to compare pricing from multiple dealerships. He actually questioned whether they "wanted to give us pricing" on a car and refused to provide a trade-in value for our vehicle. His attitude throughout the interaction was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After the visit, I reached out to our sales rep and asked for someone above Joe to contact me to discuss the situation. I was told the GSM, Trustin Hampton, would call me the next business day -- that call never happened. I then called the dealership myself and asked to speak with Joe Jemley's manager, Chris Denny, and was transferred to his voicemail. That call was never returned either. This experience reflects a complete failure of leadership at multiple levels. Joe Jemley's conduct showed a total lack of professionalism, and the fact that no one from senior leadership followed up only reinforces the poor culture and accountability at this dealership. We will not be returning, and we strongly recommend visiting AutoNation Honda or Rusty Wallace Honda instead -- their professionalism and customer service were exceptional and a night-and-day difference from what we experienced at Airport Honda.

The warranty company denied his claim stating Doug Justus should have never sold him the warranty and voided the warranty. We called Doug Justus and at first they seemed like they would make it right, even going as far as having our mechanic quote them a price for a used engine. After 2 weeks they basically told us they would do nothing. It has been over 2 months with a car he cannot even drive. Very shady company. They do not care about their customers or stand behind their vehicles. Do not buy from here. The bad reviews are telling the truth. He paid Doug Justus 22,000 for the car and extended warranty and now will have to pay 7,500 more to have a car he can actually drive.

My mom (Linda Barker) has been widowed for quite some time now and going into a dealership to…read morepurchase a car has always been something her husband took care of. Trying to get my mom to go into a dealership to get a car was like asking her to jump into a U boat to invade Normandy (not going to happen). She has been riding around in an old 2005 Ford Focus and with each passing moment saying a small prayer that it will start and get her to where she needed to go whether it was a doctor's appointment, picking up the grandkids, or to the grocery store. Because I live in Florida and she lives in Tennessee I always waited on pins and needles to find out where she was stranded now. Recently her cars air condition went out and there was no way my 66 y/o mother could survive a Tennessee summer without it. My mom is on a fixed income with her retirement and pension like most retired Americans and was looking for something good on gas, low mileage, and that had some features she was looking for. She did not know where to begin so she came to me (her son that is over 500 miles away). I started to look for dealerships in her vicinity and found a car at your dealership that fit her needs. Trying to talk my mom into going to the dealership to test drive a car was like pulling teeth. She finally made it to the dealership and test drove the car I found and she immediately fell in love. The 2012 Hyundai Accent was head over heels what she was driving now. She spoke to the salesman and after much deliberation he said he would not be able to get her into the car for the price she could afford. When she called me to let me know the news it was as if someone had shot her prized horse. I sent an e-mail to Twin City Hyundai outlining all of her demands to include the features and price point she was looking for and immediately got a response from you (Frank Scialdone). After multiple exchanges of e-mails you indicated you were on vacation but would do everything in your power to make sure my mom walked away with a car. You were able to get me in touch with Curtis Gallagher who told me he would be waiting at the door if my mom decided to come back to the dealership. After speaking to my mom and letting her know that the team at Twin City Hyundai was going to do everything they can to assist her she threw her clothes back on and hopped in her car to head that way (again, praying it would start). When she got to the dealership she was greeted by Drew Schultz and they immediately went to look at the two cars she was in love with. After working with Martin Himes in finance my mom was told "Christmas came early" and she was the new owner of a 2012 Hyundai Accent. Every passing minute she was at the dealership she was extremely nervous but Drew Schultz helped calm her nerves as they spoke about the good old days with the Nintendo, Commodore 64 computer, and life in general. He treated my mom as if it was his own grandmother and that made me feel great. My mom drove off into the sunset in her brand new car (It was used and had 20K miles but brand new in her eyes) with a smile the size of the Mississippi River. I want to thank you for taking care of my mom and treating her like family. Sometimes selling a car isn't about making money it is about the pleasant experience the buyer has on the other side of the desk. I am very thankful my mom now has a reliable car that she can pick the grandkids up to take them to get ice cream on the weekends. Your team and your dealership is a blessing and I want to thank you for the bottom of my heart.

I was hired as a vendor for this dealership to do transportation for them back in September 2025…read more We moved the vehicle quickly for them with no damage and did a great job. We we're told explicitly to email the invoice to Dalton, the General Manager, to get paid. Unfortunately, they ghosted us after the vehicle was delivered. Over the past 8 months I have left several messages, sent emails, and tried to do everything possible to get paid for the work we did but I can't even get a call back. I hate that I have to write this review - I was even hoping we could do more business together. Life is hard enough right now without getting ripped off for doing honest work. I would not recommend buying from a dealership who handles business this way. If they did this to us, imagine what they will do when you buy from them.
