I'm sorry, but this place rocks the house!!!! Their ambience was so fun and exciting. All the haters out there learn how to order for yourself because this place has so many options and choices that you can't go wrong The food was amazing I had tacos there papa and my wife had Birria hash. Both were bomb!!! The two bartenders , Triana and Patrick, were awesome!! Great connection, super friendly and very informative. The Birria Hash was outstanding! I would highly recommend it. The staff was helpful and not over bearing. Perfect amount of attention and space. The restaurant is trendy, hip, and loud. They have a huge Bloody Mary bar, it was impressive. It looked like a full bar as well. I met a friend, I had not seen in over a year, for breakfast, and appreciated our space, but it was a little too loud for a deep conversation. Server could not answer simple questions about the food menu or drink menu?! The food, pretty good overall, but not to the standard that a place like this is trying to be. It will blow your mind, and it is a meal unto itself. The Birria F&@&@:$( Hash was delicious and flavorful. However, the quesadillas lacked flavor, and as it cooled rapidly, quickly became rubbery. The robust consommé did not compensate enough for it. I loved the smokiness of the smoked brisket hash. I found the textures pleasing and would order again. This place is interesting, food was pretty good, service was decent but they are really banking on the atmosphere to carry the experience, it has a pretty clubby vibe, even at 7am on a weekday which was a bit strange. Or if you are SUPER into Bloody Mary's this is probably a good place to try. Coffee was ok, great presentation but not that amazing taste wise. We were getting our vehicle repaired and went over to Hash Kitchen for breakfast. Good choice. We were there very early (a few minutes after 0700). Not yet crowded with Saturday shoppers. We had our puppy with us (can't leave her in a car, yanno?), but she was welcomed by the staff. I had pancakes (wanted blueberry pancakes, but they put the blueberries on the side); my partner had biscuits and gravy. My pancakes were good... but nothing that I'd rave about. My partner's biscuits and gravy were some of the best she's ever had. The portions were generous, but I could only eat about half of what I was served. Same for my partner's biscuits and gravy. A few words: one, syrup for the huge pancakes is delivered in a tiny (1 1/2") metal bowl, and I had to ask for more; two, I paid with cash, but they claim not to have any $1 bills or coin change... forewarned is fore-armed. Last, perhaps the server believed that she was only getting the $1.82 change for a tip: I was going to give her a $10 bill for the tip, assuming the change would be returned. (It wasn't.) Why servers in the food industry assume it's okay to keep the change for a large bill is beyond me... Minus one star: everything else were minor inconveniences or an annoyance. We'll be back... though, next time, I'm carrying exact change for the bill. read more

The food here looks cool but has zero flavor. The best thing we had was our child's French fries. It is extremely overpriced. We spent $125 for 2 adults and 1 child and hardly ate anything. Not to mention we had to wait over an hour to sit outside in the hot sun. Even the lemonade was delivered warm. Even my iced latte was mediocre at best. I just ate at Hash Kitchen at Park West with 2 friends. This is a popular place! While we had a wait since it was so busy, our brunch experience was outstanding. Alondra S was our server and she is fabulous! She is attentive, had excellent attentive to detail and checked back with us the perfect amount. I would love to be served by her again. Our food was fabulous! We had three different dishes and all were large portions and delicious. I had to bring half my pot-workout Pancakes home's since they are so filling and yummy. There was a DJ so it was a bit loud, but not so loud that we couldn't enjoy our conversation. The restaurant was clean and cared for. We will be going back! Delicious food. My friend and I went in for lunch on a Thursday and there was no wait which was a surprise. The location is small and the wait becomes ridiculous during the weekend. We were visiting from Atlanta and stopped in for brunch on Father's Day. Whoever said that people don't go out to celebrate father's day were wrong. There was a long wait. We did speak to the hostess about waiting past our time and she did get us a table pretty quickly. It's definitely a vibe there. There was a bloody Mary bar, a DJ, and water misters for those seated at the outside bar. I felt like I had stepped into a day party. The music was great. Most of the food items were a la carte. I enjoyed the chicken and waffles served with the fried leeks. The chicken breast was sliced thinly and fried. I could have eaten a side order of the fried leeks. That meal was around $16. Our 2 wait staff members were adorably personable answering all my questions and returning several times to ensure we were well supported. Second, I loved the coffee latte in the mason jar. So good I got it both days. First morning was the Beast Eggs Benedict for me and the Chorizo omelet for Mr. Would definitely order both again. Mr. got biscuits with his omelet. OMG! These biscuits are the right biscuits--you know the difference if you've ever had good and not so good biscuits. These are the right kind of Southern style biscuits so good, make you wanna slap yo mama!! But that's not all. The homemade strawberry jam! It's everything. Just the right amount of sweet. One thing to note: the fried potatoes on my plate and the bell peppers on Mr's plate were both a tad al dente. Might be the style of the chef on the line. Both were enjoyable. Another thing to note: incredible portions. Go hungry. I had to ask for a box both mornings. Second day: I had the Monte Cristo which caught my eye the first day and the waitress assured me was a solid choice after the Beast. Y'all! So! Good! I have ordered many a Monte Cristo in my day. This was unique to the Biscuit cafe with one layer of beautifully cut ham and Swiss cheese nestled lovingly between two thick pieces of perfect french toast slices and dusted with powdered sugar. On the side was the famous homemade strawberry jam along with dijon mustard. The mix of all these flavors was perfection. Everything I dreamed it would be. Mr. got biscuits and gravy to try the sausage gravy and it was super! Really good seasonings and sausage flavor. Not too much pepper which is a frequent risk with white southern gravy. One more thing I absolutely must call out. If you're like me and love the idea of a flight so you can test out many flavors--mimosas, margaritas, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, french toast, are just a few of the flights I remembered from the menu. This place has a minimum of one flight per category. This calls out to my "try everything" spirit. Hope it calls out to yours too! They also have an impressive Bloody Mary bar with lots of toppings and garnishes. Sides offered are typical side that go with burgers: baked beans, French fries onions rings, salad etc. The first taco I attempted to pick up and eat. It fell apart immediately. The flavor seemed a little off. I narrowed it down to the coleslaw which tasted like a mix of vinegar and chipotle. It does have spice but IMO it is not good. The second taco I deconstructed and ate just the shrimp, avocado and jalapeños. My fries were good but they didn't go with tacos very well. My son had the fruity pebbles French toast. He said it tasted salty he made it a griddle for $6.50 more. Seems a bit steep for two eggs and a sausage but what do I know? The service was on point as it always is. The restaurant wasn't very busy but it was early evening. Long review coming... My wife and I wanted to try this place. Finally we had the chance to. We ran into an old friend who worked there now. Because if there the conversation lead, we had to mention to her that we had just lost pregnancy three days prior. She finished the conversation, was super kind and apologetic, and we sat down. The waitress was great! We had Terra. The menus looked amazing. The ambience was fun. We had the Bloody Mary bar which was great. We ordered the Bananas Foster French toast and chicken Benedict. We thought the food was really good and the prices were fine. The manager, Dominic stopped by to see how we were doing a couple of times. Overall we really enjoyed it. But the icing on the cake was how compassionate they were. When our waitress brought the bull, we noticed there was no meal listed. So we mentioned to her we didn't get charged and said, "you didn't charge us for the meals". She said, "I know. Just the drinks today". We literally got emotional. We were so impressed that first, we shared that with our friend only because we felt we needed to. But for her to go and let our waitress know and okay the free meals with the manager, who said yes, was really amazing. Visited on a Thursday no music, totally different experience. Still worthy of a 5 Stars. I ordered the 50/50 Burger. Ask for it well done. It came out perfect for me almost medium well. Daughter had the Grits and Shrimp, I couldn't resist stealing one of those masterful seasoned shrimp. My Cousin had Chicken and Waffles is was delicious as well. I didn't get my gluten free Waffle this time,, they ran out of mix. We also met Mr. Viscariello, Guest Relations Manager had a fantastic conversation. Unfortunately this place missed the mark big time. The server was so uneducated in gluten that he told me to just read the list and decide for myself if it has gluten in it ... I picked eggs with potatoes... after it got delivered the manger informed the potatoes are in fact not gluten free. He said the only gluten free choice is pancakes . At this point I've lost trust especially leaving my fate in the hands of people who clearly don't even know what gluten is. I opted for the pancakes but had to wait 25 more min for those. By that time my whole family was ready to leave. After this miscommunication of the menu the server not once came back , not a sorry , a drink refill , a check on how the other food was ... so we weee unable to inform him they also forgot my son's side dish. I just wanted out of there so we paid . This is the next issue , you pay on a hand held device. The tip options are only 20%, and a few other options which are higher , this server DID NOT deserve 20% and there was no lesser choice ? Seems forced . Over all will never be back. Breakfast is literally the easiest meal to make gluten free and yet they were unable to make anything that would be completely safe and the service was the worst I've actually ever experienced. read more

My wife and I made our first visit to the Kitchen at mid-morning on a Thursday since we were warned the wait time on weekends is 2-4 hours! Fortunately we only had to wait 20 minutes on this day, but there was still a steady wait line. The wait is my only complaint about this establishment (and it's probably just as bad at its four other Phoenix locations). One would think a reservation system would be a no-brainer, but the manager told us a previous attempt at reservations was a management nightmare. Hopefully things will change in the future. Anyway, everything else was excellent: the food, the service, the funky disco/clubby ambiance, and their drink specialties with a make your own bloody Mary bar. The menu is Southwest non-traditional, and portions are large. Despite the continuous table turnover, the entire staff has the system down for excellent customer service. A special mention goes to Manager, Domenic V., who checked on us before and during our meal. He's a very personable, caring individual who is passionate about good service and high customer satisfaction. Dining out with a three-year-old can be chaotic, but Marissa went above and beyond. She engaged with my son, cracked jokes, and, most importantly, took proactive steps to ensure his safety. When she brought out his favorite Canadian bacon, she switched his plate to a cooler one to prevent any burns. My husband and I met my Dad here for Saturday brunch. The wait was a little over an hour, but it was well worth the wait!! The ambience is upbeat (there's a live DJ on weekends) and the staff is all very helpful and friendly. We were seated on the patio which I prefer for the open air dining concept these days. Our server was very attentive and patient in answering all our questions. The menu is extensive and every drink and entree that passes by is creative and tempting. Most places- we order more than 1 drink per person but the sizes and amount of alcohol here are very generous.The problem is there's so much on the menu we want to try! We couldn't resist starting out with The billionaire bacon (dusted with edible 24k gold flakes). For our entrees, I ordered the breakfast cannelloni and the guys ordered the Carnitas Hash. Everything was perfectly flavored and we relished every bite. The food tastes even better than it looks! Me and two of my girl friends went there for Saturday brunch yesterday (1/9/2021), it was busy, there was an hour wait, but that was to be expected. We shopped until we got notified that our table was ready. Our waitress, Tara, was amazing! She always kept our water filled and got everything extra that we asked for before we even asked (ie syrup, chilula, etc). The menu had so many options! Great for pretty much everyone! And omg! The food itself was delicious!!! But what topped the whole experience off was the manager, Domenic, came up to our table to make sure we were taken care of. He actually related to us and made me feel truly valued as a customer. However, the topper on top of the top was that Domenic didn't just talk to us once, he took the time out of his busy busy day to show us around the restaurant next door, the Sicilian Butcher and show us around the bakery. I've never had a better experience in my life! My friends and I are already planning another trip there. read more

Those complaining about the loud music, this is the vibe of this restaurant. It's literally a club for brunch. If you go on a weekday earlier in the morning, it's more chill but don't go on a weekend expecting it to be quiet and slow. That being said this place is always packed and busy and for good reason. The experience is hella fun, great place to celebrate with friends. I've brought any out of state friends for their first experience and it is always amazing. The place is packed. There's tons of people, the wait is long. If you don't like it, pick another spot. You'll get great food, unique drinks and a fun experience. The manager stopped by our table a couple times chatted with us and got to know us, really made the experience special. Yeah sitting outside is a little hot, hello it's Arizona. It's hot everywhere. My daughter has been dying to go to Hash Kitchen and I'm not gonna lie I've been wanting to go too! So Sunday morning we took my daughter to brunch to celebrate her sweet 16 birthday and I have to say this place did not disappoint ,the energy was on point service was excellent and the food was fantastic!! We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers Domenic Visxariello, he must've seen the overwhelmed look on my face when I approached the bloody Mary bar he kindly walk up to me assisted me and then walked me back to my table, then he proceeded to have the most pleasant conversation with my family and I swear it felt like we have known him for years! Hash Kitchen is a breakfast place where I had a mixed experience. Some things were good, but others weren't that great. The good stuff first: the biscuits were really tasty and fluffy. The sausage was cooked well and had a lot of flavor. The toast was also good - it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now for the not-so-good parts: the French toast was just okay, nothing special. It didn't have the rich taste you usually expect. The pancakes were a bit of a letdown too. They weren't as light and fluffy as I hoped. The biggest disappointment was the potatoes. They were too dry and really needed more flavor. Overall, Hash Kitchen has some good dishes like the biscuits, sausage, and toast, but they need to improve others, like the French toast, pancakes, and potatoes. I'd give it three stars. There's potential, but they need to work on making everything as good as their best items. read more

Ok not sure where to begin. Loved the vibe of this restaurant the moment I walked in. The staff was professional and friendly. I ordered the short rib hash and it was amazing!! My breakfast guest ordered the carnitas hash and it was equally fantastic. Or server Alondra had such a wonderful demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. The manger Domenic came by our table and introduced himself. I'm happy he did so as he provided a personal touch to our dinning experience. He provided us with useful information pertaining to their other restaurants and locations. He stated they have live music on the weekends and can't wait to return! I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a new breakfast eatery with a diverse menus , great food and pleasant staff. We were able to final get in! After coming by Hash Kitchen the wait was always 1 to 2 hour wait! Some would say why keep going! I just figured if that wait was always that long this place must be great. Sure enough this place is the BOMB! Great customer service, great food, great environment and of course Dominic the manager was the best! This time we arrived about 7:15am, was able to be seated right away! Quick to get our order and just as fast to come out! I had the potato tacos and the wife had the chili Verde! Started of with the hash booze bag tropical punch and the wife with the chocolate brew! When I say worth the wait!!! Definitely worth the wait, this place is great. Next time in I will be trying the build your own Bloody Mary! Wife and I decided to try Hash Kitchen .... OMG, why were we not going here sooner! The Food - My wife had the Cristina's Tamale Cakes - I was lucky enough to get a taste ... totally awesome! I decided to try the Short Rib Breakfast Burrito. It was HUGE ... and the favors were HUGE also! I am what you might call a large eater and I barely made it through half of the burrito - breakfast for tomorrow!! The Service and employees - We met one of the managers - Domenic V. Let's first start by saying that our group went for the party brunch that is offered on the weekend from 9-2. If you are not in the mood for loud music then I suggest not going around those times. I'd like to give 2 thumbs up to the Manager Domenic for being a gracious host. The food was amazing! Billionaires bacon is the perfect start with the right amount of sweet with a touch of heat. We had drinks flowing and our group tried about half of the specialty cocktails. We totally recommend "the Becky " and the mimosa flight. The captain crunch French toast was incredible as was the short rib burrito. If you are looking for an upbeat experience and great food then you should totally give this place a shot. Yes, it's possible to make a meal out of the create your own Bloody Mary with the options provided. Menu has a lot of varied options sure to offer something to everyone. Domenic, the manager, is great at ensuring guests are having a great dining experience - he and the staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Food came out in roughly 10-minutes during a high service time (50 parties waiting to be seated; full house). Our server, Valeria, made sure our glasses were full and we had everything we needed - very personable and professional. The wait is worth it if there is one. Hash kitchen is the best brunch restaurant I've ever eaten at! I 100% recommend! Weekends are my favorite time to go! They have a live dj and the vibes are unbeatable! The service is impeccable! Dominic was such a great manager and was super friendly and made sure to check up on each customer! Such a wonderful experience and the food is ELITE!! The avocado French toast is literally amazing and they have huge portions!!! You definitely get what you pay for! My all time favorite is the billionaire bacon. Heard great things about this place and finally stopped in with my cousin when I was in the area! Tahlia was our server and exceeded our expectations, she gave great recommendations and was very knowledgeable! She recommended the mimosa flight and potato tacos! They were both outstanding! My cousin got a classic mimosa and biscuits and gravy and loved it! The food was great and absolutely worth the price! Gino stopped by our table and was amazing! It was great talking to him!
