I've been to Hash Kitchen a few times now and it is always a good time. They have a DJ playing music throughout your meal. I typically try to order different things every time I visit but their chilaquiles are probably my favorite so far. On my last visit I ordered the protein pancakes and while they were good, it was definitely A LOT of food, the serving is four huge pancakes. Our server was great, she consistently came over to ask if we needed anything and had our drink orders served fairly quickly. read more

This place us awesome, the high energy hits you in face as soon as you walk into the place. We were seated outside they have misters and at 115 degrees in the sun it was maybe 95 with mist, not bad. The quantity of service is on par. Seated, drinks, food in 20 mins or less. I even got a build your own bloody Mary 1st ever. They have 50 items u can put in or on top of your drink. Very disappointed. Came here once before and really liked it. I don't know what happened. My daughter and I both hated it. The Hollandaise is NOT house made. It is definitely a mix. The hash browns might as well be from McDonalds. Will never be back. And we were starving when we came in and barely finished a quarter of our dishes. Service was ok but nothing to write home about. I went to this Hash Kitchen location. Much bigger than the Arcadia location. It was super busy at 11 am Friday brunch. But got seated outside. Waiter was friendly, when it got too hot, he offered to put the misters on. Yes, please! Food was delicious. Started with literally a slab of bacon. The three of us thought it was a few bacon pieces. One piece of bacon but it goes a long way. The gold pieces on it threw me off, but it's called the BILLIONAIRE'S BACON. Lol. I had the CRISTINA'S TAMALE CAKES, pouched eggs was exactly how I like it. Not super runny. My friends said what they had was delicious. (See photos). We forgot to take pictures of their Bloody Mary's and my cold brew coffee. This is a great spot for a good brunch day where the food, drinks, ambience, and music is top tier. Didn't expect such a crowd! Put our name on the OpenTable reservation and we started at 50th in line, but it jumped up quite a bit. Once we got to being number 16 it said I left the line. Thankfully I was able to walk to the restaurant to fix it and the hostess said it kicks you off the list if you don't check in with the hostess? But it's that the whole point of doing it online so there's not 50+ people clogging up the already small foyer trying to all check in? Regardless, the wait was about 90 minutes Though not bottomless, good mimosas and other cute drinks. I ordered the potato tacos and those were so delicious especially with the sauce and lettuce on top. Biscuits were good and they even brought out a birthday treat about 10 minutes within us arriving haha. The real star is the Sunday dj. He truly kept the vibes up and going! My oh my he is a star. Great customer service from the manager on duty as well. Would recommend to others that it worth the wait! The mimosas won so apologies for not a single picture. read more

I really like the herb fried chicken and waffles or the herb friend chicken Benedict! Amazing food and tastes and the service is usually amazing too! The inside is so lively with even a live dj sometimes so if you like it more quiet, just be aware if you go on the weekends! If you like a lively atmosphere then this Place is for you! If I could give negative stars I would Let's start off with calling and pressing number 2 for a Togo order but u can't it's only on line. So maybe update that to start. Now the issue I have is how carless the chefs are here. If there is a gluten allergy why the heck would u place a cannoli on top on a gluten free pancakes??? Someone please explain to me how that would even make sense ??? People have food allergies and cross contamination is a real thing !!!!!! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner,after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.

The mashed potatoes were soft, not chunky, my side of corn was very buttery and NOT served in a bowl of corn water, and my cranberries were from a can (THE BEST KIND, and yes I WILL FIGHT YOU on this).
