The employee was smiling waiting for us down at the counter. We put down our big water gallons right in front of her, and she kindly greeted us. She grabbed them and rinsed every single one of them out, before she even filled them up with fresh water. We had six big water jugs to get filled, and it was 30cents per gallon to fill them up. They have regular water and they also sell alkaline water for an additional cost. The owners were there on that night, and they were both super friendly! They definitely won our business! Which is sad because it's right down the street. I have a very sensitive nose. And extremely picky about drinking water. If you can't detect the mold, just ask yourself if you have any minor health issues that started when you began getting water here. The last thing our bodies need is mold.​ Look into it. There are a few water and ice businesses that have great water. This location at University and Greenfield is the worst by far.

They have bandanas (not sure why unless they are cooling) and they have drinks, thrifty ice cream, AND snow cones but this place is kind of dark and seems dingy because of the darkness. It was dark because about half of the light bulbs were out. It didn't look planned either because it was random. Everything was nice, easy, and pleasant - up until 23 minutes before my delivery window was to close. At 4:37 pm I received a text message letting me know that they were sorry to have to inform me that the driver stopped by and decided that the delivery might be too challenging..... to which I had to ask what was challenging about using 1 of 3 elevators and a hand truck to deliver (clearly using one in your picture on your website)... no response. I tried to call the office and got an automated message letting me know that I had reached them after hours (they close the office at 330pm Monday- Friday). Eventually the owner(?) Clay reached out to me with a "solution" .... They wanted to leave the water bottles at the bottom of the stairs and have me deliver them to myself.... (Still charging me the extra delivery fee for apartment delivery) - in this same message he blamed the lack of response earlier in the day on his office staff - citing he asked them if they followed up with me. No thanks... it's clear this small family owned company can't accept new customers and can barely service the ones they have. You can honor your promises as a small business owner even, that says more to me than any review ever could. I'm thinking that I likely dodged a bullet with this one, but wanted everyone else to have the opportunity to make an informed decision.

If they carried beer and cigarettes I would say they are a full on convenience store. Now like most water stores, it seems a little on the "older looking" side but it seemed clean inside and they have lots of water stations. The kid working was super friendly and nice and very outgoing. Just look at the pictures and you will see they carry a LOT of different drinks, snacks, and that good ol thrifty ice cream and even some bottle stands, jugs, and bottles.

They sell regular water and for an extra cost they also sell alkaline water. Water runs at 30 cents a gallon and I believe the alkaline is $1.30 a gallon. The inside is big and clean. They sell water gallon accessories and also sell different size jugs. Before filling up your container they do clean it out for you! You also get a free alkaline water bottle with any purchase!
