5 stars for great place, service, and of course, great pizza! They have usual toppings that other pizza places have, PLUS unique ones that most don't! My first time here, I got their bulgogi pizza, tasted pretty good. Although I thiiink it could be a bit better if they marinated it better. Other than that, it was pretty good overall. Our to-go order was ready even though we arrived a few minutes early. The bulgogi pizza thin crust was yummy! We live a little bit away, so we tossed it in the toaster oven when we got home to warm/re-crisp it. The sweet and spicy wings weren't really spicy at all and had the flavor profile of sweet and sour pork chops from a Chinese restaurant. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed them. I personally dipped mine in a bit of sriracha to add a little bit of a kick. Food orders here are not cheap, but are reflective of the quality ingredients and preparation. read more

Talk about a super friendly employee. I called in completely unsure of their menu and offerings. The guy who answered the phone (sorry, didn't get his name). Was super friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what intersection I was at (for delivery) and offered 20% discount for gluten free day. The bulgogi pizza itself wasn't amazing. Meat was too sweet and the sauce lacked character. After a change in ownership, from "Big Mama & Papa Pizzeria", I was inquisitive about the new pizza joint owned by Koreans. Something odd to ponder......Koreans being Italian's..... just doesn't work. I ordered the Hello Pizza Special replacing the olives for jalapenos. The sauce was lacking in bold flavors and the cheese....well, the cheese just wasn't there. I needed more cheese!!!! Don't people know me by now??? Perhaps I should've gone for a simple pepperoni pizza, but I wish I had ordered from Domino's that night. It's bland, but the crust is nice with some chewiness and crispiness. If you go during lunch time you get a personal pizza for $6-$7!! This was my first lunch stop after arriving in LAX and staying in Pasadena. For an appetizer we got the fried mozzarella sticks which was a bit disappointing. My friend actually ate half of the stick and it was all deep fried dough, the bite she took had no cheese in it. We got the "Golden Potato" pizza (sweet potato crust pizza with bacon, sour cream, onions, and potatoes) and the "Bulgogi pizza". I really loved the "Golden Potato" pizza it was delicious. I think the sweet potato crust really made it unique and I liked the change in pizza crust. The bulgogi pizza wsa a bit disappointing. They ground the bulgogi so it just kind of looks like beef on your pizza. When I ate the pizza I couldn't even tell it was bulgogi on top of it. I wish they would have made the bulgogi a bit more flavorful. We went on a Thursday afternoon and there was no one in the restaurant. I'm not sure if we missed the lunch rush or if there is even a lunch rush. I enjoyed our pizza's and if I'm in the area I'd definitely go again for the "Golden Potato" pizza. read more

We really did want to like it here, but maybe with some time.... Ordered two pizzas, which were pretty small. Thin crust style in case you're wondering. Garlic and Mushroom and the Bulgogi Taco, both of which were way too salty. The Korean spicy wings were tastier, and had a nice crisp to them. We may try a couple more pizzas, but then again, maybe not. Fortunately the employees were on the nicer side when I stopped in for pick up. read more

Hello Pizza always gives outstanding service each time I go, and COVID hasn't gotten in the way of their amazing service. I tried ordering from GRUBHUB but my order got cancelled due to the driver being rude towards the workers. So they gave me a call and offered to deliver it themselves even though they don't offer delivery services. I felt bad since it wasn't their fault the GRUBHUB driver was being rude so I told them I would pick it up myself. This is our new local favorite pizza place. Although they do not deliver all the time but we do not mind to drive and pick up our food in order to enjoy their pizza. We have not dined in but we always did take out. Delivery is fast and although it is about 10 mins drive to our house the pizzas always arrive hot! Even dominos which is way closer cannot compete with Hello Pizza on that area. So far we tried Potato pizza, Bulgogi, Garlic and Mushroom and Cheese. We liked all of them but our absolute favorites are Bulgogi and Garlic and Mushroom. They are very tasty with generous amount of cheese. Yes we like our pizza with lots of cheese, maybe that's why this place is very perfect for us. My only complain is that in our last order although we set delivery time to 7:30pm on Eat24 but they delivered it at 7. Love love love their wings! I've only been here a couple times, and I've been getting their korean sweet& spicy wings, and their soy sauce wings (my personal favorite). I love how saucy the wings are! The only downside on ordering wings is that it does take about 25-30 minutes to cook. I also ordered the garlic mushroom pizza because they had heir daily special. And each day of the week they have specials on different types of pizza. Customer service is awesome. The cook (I'm assuming the owner, not sure) is super nice! My kids were invited to a birthday party that was held here a week ago and they had a blast... They loved their experience of making their own pizza... All the staff were so energetic, friendly and so caring... The staff learned all the children's name within the hour and called the kids by their name which was impressive. Not to mention the surprise guest (PIKACHU) that came to take pictures with the kids. Since the party, my youngest has been asking me almost daily to have her birthday party at "Hello PIZZA". Great place. Love introducing people Hello pizza- always get the Yukon potatoe and the bulgogi pizza. Always a hit with guests. Brought their wings to a party and they went quickly. The service is professional and their local mom and pop shop shows. They have pizzas delivered before they opened coming in early to make them. And most recently I called- again before they opened and said the pizza would be ready. I could pick up early since he was already there. Can't recommend this place enough. My family likes to order the regular Potato Pizza which is bacon, corn, potato wedges, and onions cooked on top of a tomato sauce pizza.
