Service - 5 Stars had many questions answered and service was good. Food & Price - 1.5 Stars... $90 for 3 pizza's cool now i am prepared to taste a top nudge pizza who competes with those who are able to charge these prices. Honestly it is not worth it, we were 5 folks and we all without exceptions hated the pizza; the cheese was terrible, the flavor combo was bad, crust was mehh.. it was so bad that we did not want to keep it for second day leftover. the margarita was dripping in sauce, i mean you pickup a slice you tilt it and you get dripping sauce. the honey pepperoni was terrible too the flav. combo was with that melted "cheese" was just not it, felt heavy and creamy but missed the pizza flav. I see many have added 5 stars for the pizza flavors, honestly i am shocked, i get friends and family usually help out with initial reviews and 5 stars, but please listen to me, you need an overhaul quickly before more low reviews pile up. Also - do not charge $90 (tax incl.) for 3 pies, that price point is not for dominos nor Neon. I wish the owner the very best, i hope they improve and succeed, but as it stands its a no go. read more

No doubt in my mind, this is justifiably 5 stars. No question about it. Here is why. You truly get an amazing quality of pizza for the price. I have been wanting to give them a try for a very long time and it was absolutely worth it. I ordered the Sweet Heat (w/ pineapple) and boy, oh boy. Let me start off by saying that the ratio of toppings on the pizza were perfectly balanced. Most pizza places half ass it when they add toppings and each slice was filled with the right amount of toppings. Brownie points for me there. But the star was the Fibonacci Pesto. Wow, what a master craft of a pizza. I could not take pictures because I devoured it all. Please order from here. You will be so glad you did. read more

This review is strictly for the establishments poor customer service and how unfairly we were treated... Tonight, went to The Famous Bar in Glendale for some drinks, dancing and fun. Neon Slice had a mobile pizza cart set up selling single slices. We got a bit hungry and wanted to support a small business vs grabbing food from a local "corporate" food joint. My BF ordered us 2 slices of pizza. We had already paid when got asked by another of our party for a third slice. Not a problem.. When my BF asked the server/owner to please heat up a 3rd slice while we waited to pay, he was told he needed to wait because he already got 2 slices and there were a few other people in line he wanted "everyone to get a slice and taste their pizza". My BF agreed and waited... however, the employee taking orders had a customer who had then ordered 5 slices and was not told the same.. she was not cut off at the 2 slice limit like he was nor did she have to wait to order anymore slices. All five of her slices involved pepperoni which is what he was waiting for. The employee taking payments had charged my BF already for the extra slice when the owner told her they over sold and were out. Moral of the story, management does not know how to properly serve customers and makes rules and caps for some people but not others. Thus leaving us shorthanded of the extra slice we paid for while another customer got 5. We asked for a refund and the owner/brother acted surprised as if they did not handle their customer service properly. Disappointing to say the least, and because of their poor customer service, we will not be returning to their store front nor ever buying from them in any form. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Top notch pizza pie spot in the Valley on the borders of Burbank and Glendale. We had the honey burrata 16in pie and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the ingredients. It was a mix of sweet and spicy and the crust was dynomite!! Def will be back but be aware they are part of a larger kitchen filled with bakers and others so we had to go to the back alley to pick up. There was no sign but they were very gracious and brought us the order to our car. Super nice! Plus we got a free cookie and pizza charm!! Thank you!! read more

I've been wanting to try this spot for so long, and I'm so glad I finally did! The pizzas are incredible -- flavorful, perfectly balanced, and made with so much care. The team (a very sweet young couple -- I think!) couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. I called about 30-40 minutes before closing, and they assured me it was no problem at all. They even made an exception and let me do a half-and-half pie with their mushroom and pesto vodka flavors. Then, of course, I remembered the cookies and called back to add those too -- every time, they were so kind and patient. On our drive over, we hit unexpected traffic from an accident and ended up arriving 20 minutes after closing. I called again (third time!) to apologize, and once again, they were incredibly understanding. When we arrived, they brought out our order, told us not to worry because they'd kept our pizza warm, and even came to say hi to our pup in the car -- such a sweet touch that honestly made our night. Now, onto the food: the pizza was legit amazing! The crust has real flavor and a perfect texture -- sturdy enough to hold up but never dry or bland. They even include a round cardboard insert in the box to keep it from getting soggy -- small details like that really show how much pride they take in their food. And the cookies... oh my god. We warmed them up at home, and they had that perfect crisp outside with flaky seat salt and a gooey, rich center -- just heavenly. My only tiny complaint is that they contain cornstarch (I'm allergic), but honestly, that didn't stop me. Totally worth it. I didn't take a picture because I was too excited. From the food to the thoughtful service and those little details (like the cute pizza charm on top of the box!), this place truly stands out. You can tell it's run by people who care deeply about what they do. I'll absolutely be back -- counting down the days until my next order! read more

Hot honey and burrata. I really want to try more flavors but my wife and I can't get enough of this flavor combo. The pizza is cooked perfectly every time. The slices are NY style in that they are on the bigger side, but with no flop on the undercarriage. So so delicious. I hope they can open more nights because there are some Wednesday's when we really want pizza haha. Ordering online is super easy and the pickup spot is really novel too. Neon operates out of a shared kitchen, co-op type space so there's 20ish other restaurants cooking there. Park around the back and walk into the pickup area. They bring the pizza out right on time. Can't recommend enough. Currently my favorite pizza in Glendale, definitely top five in LA. read more

Because of the quality I feel really good even after having a lot, since it's huge it's a great value! This place is a 10/10. They knock the Detroit style and NY style out of the park. I'm from Queens and it use to be tough getting good pizza in SoCal. Not anymore!! Thanks to the neon slice they are bringing justice to the Glendale area. Service is impeccable. They get your order out in a timely manner. This is the real deal! Perhaps the best pizza I've had in LA. Every bite was truly perfect. The hot honey and gooey cheese works magically together. I'm not a crust person and I devoured it. The crust was perfectly charred and chewy. Glendale really needed a good pizza place, but this is truly amazing! Don't question it, just get this pizza and you won't be disappointed. Looking for a really good pizza while visiting Burbank, we literally happened to find Neon Slice. They are operating out of a shared commercial "ghost" kitchen space, producing LEGIT Brooklyn style pizza. We ordered the Fibonacci adding pepperoni. It was sensational! The tomato sauce is bright and zesty, with high quality toppings, and a crust that is perfection. Although we devoured the pie fast, the bottom crust never lost its crisp deliciousness...a hallmark of superior technique. Neon Slice is absolutely worth the stop! wow seriously such good pizza the sauce was perfectly tomatoey and crust was the perfect thin and stable enough to hold. we got the burrata honey one and i can actually taste the sweetness from the honey. a lot of the times i feel like it gets lost or they don't put enough. also my bf never eats his crust but it was so good he ate all of them!! the chef waited until i was there n ready to pick up and kept the pizza hot in the oven so it was fresh as possible. so considerate. we went on a whim after work and didn't fully realize they're a ghost kitchen but ordered right then and there and it was ready in fifteen minutes. will definitely be coming back for more!! read more

The pizza is amazing, why get some chain pizza thats soggy and doughy when you can get a pizza that tastes better has a thin crust and isnt doughy. It was my first time back since the event. Got here about 30 minutes before closing time. There was only one other customer at the time. Free parking behind the restaurant. Comfortable inside space with interior seating plus exterior patio seating at the front and side. Restrooms are available. Only one gentleman staff was working. He said he was the manager on duty. Thanks Eddie for your service and help. During my order, I found out that their pizzas have a base cost which was about $19+. Depending on what flavors you want, they will charge $6.00 for each flavor you build your own. I wanted half Hawaiian and half Vegetarian. Custom Medium would have cost me $31+ rather than $23+ for Medium Hawaiian Style only. I ended up with the latter and also got a regular Vodka Sauce Pasta. Total bill came to $38 including tax + tip. I enjoyed the pizza very much. Crust was thin. Sauce was tasty. Plenty of ingredients on pizza. Square cuts versus slice cuts. As for the Vodka Sauce Pasta, it didn't taste the same as before. This time it tasted bland as if it had plain marinara sauce only. Slightly disppointed about that, hence, 4 stars! I don't know when I'll be back to La Canada Flintridge as I'm usually not in the area frequently. When I do visit again, I'll have to try their other pizza flavors and pasta plus chicken wings. We went with a classic pepperoni pizza and my other go to, the pesto and spicy chicken sausage pizzas. As someone who eats limited pork, I love having the chicken sausage option. They never skimp on toppings either. Get on their mailing list because they always have deals and specials. Parking is on the street or in the back.

He gave us perfect recommendations, especially for me, for which I have several autoimmune diseases that require a gluten and dairy free diet. Once we got our food, we were also pleasantly surprised! It came out in a timely manner, and was all made to perfection. The garlic knots (which were recommended!) were divine! I haven't had garlic knots in years because I've gone gluten free, and these felt like real dough. The brown rice flour pizza was also incredible and tested just like the real thing (even with vegan cheese)! All-in-all, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be back very soon. We even live about an hour away, but will be making the trip simply for the lovely service and excellent food!

I will be coming back again because it was great pizza. And I will be either changing this review to 5 stars, or making a more threatening complaint.
