I got a make your own Ahi tuna poke bowl and the milk boba tea, and they were both delicious!! I am a big Poke bowl fan since trying them in Hawaii, and this place did not disappoint. The bowl was a little too salty, both otherwise everything tasted very fresh and delicious. The tea was also excellent. The workers inside were very kind when I came to pick up my order, will come back again!

This is their second location and I'm probably the last person to eat raw fish, but I saw they offered chicken, and knowing that had to be cooked, we decided to get half the experience lol. Savannah was so helpful when we ordered. We had never been here or their original location, and she walked us through everything, answered our questions of what some ingredients were, and was just so patient with us. Thanks Savannah! I did a create your own with brown rice, carrots, corn, edamame, green onion, and sweet onion. I got a little crazy and went with the spicy chicken and spicy aioli sauce topped with toasted(?) garlic. Over all, I was pretty happy with the bowl. It's a little weird for me to have the chicken cold, but I did feel like I was eating a deconstructed sushi roll. The crunchy veggies stayed crunchy and the softer veggies were firm and not mushy. I heard if you want a sweeter bowl, try the sweet soy sauce. I also found out they do bubble tea! I went ahead with the lychee although I did ask they go easy on the boba. The lychee was delightful as you get little pieces inside too not just flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'd get that again, but I'd have to try the honey dew first. Last but not least, they offer military discount and even have a sign at the end of the ordering line to let you know.

The build your own bowl was soooo good! This is spicy tuna with sushi rice, crab, avocado, carrots, sesame seeds, jalapeño, green onion, and crispy onions.

They're not playing! I've never been to this restaurant pre-coronavirus but they have this figured out for minimal contact.

Ready, set, here we GO!!! I love that they have this in their menu: Pronounced Poh-Kay, rhymes with okay. Today is Sunday, Got take out from Poké. Created my own bowl-yay, Got noodles and veggies, it's practically a Monet. So tasty, healthy and ate that whole bowl with no delay. Seriously, would I lead you astray? Check these guys out...Tina Fey (you think of another word that rhymes with Poké, okay)!!! All poems aside, this place is yummy. They have this social distancing down and hand sanitizer on the double. Thank you!!! I really like that I got to create my own bowl, I think I probably would've chosen a "house bowl" if there was a vegetarian one because I feel like they're better at creating flavor profiles I may not try on my own. The bowl was flavorful nonetheless and just the right portion. I'm so happy we get to add another local restaurant to the repertoire with healthy options. Thank you!

The food is always great here! My wife and I frequent Hello Poke, usually on a weekly basis. The food is always fantastic, good portion size, and the service is always great. The employees have come to remember our orders and are always friendly with us. They also offer a military discount which is extremely commendable and helps out a lot. The prices are high, but it is worth it due to the quality and quantity. Since they are the only poke place in the Augusta area we don't have much to choose from. But they are decent so come try it yourself!

I love Hello Poke!! The staff at this location are very friendly and efficient. They also DO NOT skimp on any of the ingredients. It is always fresh and tasty. I usually order pickup through Grubhub; for whatever reason, Grubhub doesn't update when the pickup order is ready and it's usually ready much earlier than it says so I would recommend calling if you're concerned.

Good portions and prices are decent. A better alternative than the standard burger and fries eateries.

Do they serve ramen? I didn't see it being offered on the menu but someone posted that they had one months ago. Thanks!

The food still felt authentic and full of true Hawaiian flavor. Coming from a family with roots in the Big Island and Maui, I can appreciate when a place captures that genuine island-style taste and atmosphere. One thing that really stood out was how they start you off with fresh in-house made pork rinds, similar to how Mexican restaurants serve chips and salsa when you sit down. It was a unique and welcoming touch. We ordered the spicy poke, Spam musubis, and a mixed BBQ plate with two scoops of mac salad. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The mac salad especially had that classic island-style taste that's hard to find done right. The staff was friendly, the decor looked great, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting feel. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for authentic Hawaiian comfort food.

Service was quick to seat and take orders. Love they give complimentary pork rinds to snack on. Friends order masubi - spam nori wrapped rice. Nice. 3 for $9.50? I see different prices online vs menu. The shrimp tempura was okay for fried shrimp. And friends garlic fried chicken was good. I had the double meat plate. And wanted small but they charged me regular charged for $30. 3 slices of short ribs extra $6 up charge for 3 pieces ?! and 1/4 lb of pork belly bites. Also orders kimchee of cucumbers and cabbage. Nice flavors and not overly spicy. I do think they forgot to give me my rice. For $30. Thought this was a bit high for what I got. Food is delicious. Service. Good. Just not sure of how the portions are created for platters. My fiends dish for one items were under $15. Oh well...shall keep an eye on portions and prices in future. Will still go back but así es toy what get for the price I am paying. A. Small order vs regular order.

When I pulled up and saw that they were connected to a convenient store I knew the food was going to be great. There was a line of about six people so I decided to see if I could place an order online. Initially it said my food will be ready in 12 minutes but after placing the order with GrubHub the time frame went to an hour. I was upset because I was starving but I decided just to wait it out and I'm happy I did. (I should've gone to the drive-thru, but I didn't know they had one at the time) When I went to pick up my food I saw that they had a drive-thru. The food smelled wonderful. My food was piping hot OK the grits were creamy like I like them and the salmon patties were crispy and not too dry, I didn't care for the eggs though because I'm not a big egg eater. My daughter got the breakfast scrambler and she devoured it right away. The service provided at the window was top notch! They made sure that we had everything that we needed and they had really great spirits. I will definitely be going back soon

I purchase a meal with French toast eggs sausage and grits and I loved it. The Grits actually remind me of Stow cone grits from where I tried a place in Evans a long time ago. If you haven't tried this place out I recommend you do but make sure you bring some cash because they do a service charge if you do debit or credit. Overall absolutely worth it. :)

My wife got the black eyed peas jambalaya and two of us got catfish platters, one fried and one blackened. My wife didn't eat a lot of her meal because she said it was too spicy, but she's a spice wimp so I'm not holding that against the restaurant especially since I never tried it. My daughter's blackened catfish was very salty. Our fries were very salty but good. My catfish, fried, was excellent. I would have liked to give a 3.5 but couldn't and my fish was so good I just couldn't give a 3. I'd eat here again but only fried catfish for me. I could see myself eating here at least once a month. Bonus: after dinner take a walk along the waterfront.

There is plenty of parking. I'm not sure why it's called "at the river" bc I didn't see a river. There is inside and an outside enclosed area for seating when you enter from the parking lot. It is decorated like a casual bar and grill. My server was in training but friendly and worked alongside his trainer head server. For beverages, I ordered the oyster shooter and that Bloody Mary did not disappoint. I also had a Black Raspberry Margarita. This seems to be a thing in Augusta for Margaritas as well as this was the 2nd restaurant I went to and had this. The other place was better though. But let's talk about the food! The catfish was super tasty. They gave me fries although I didn't order them, and of course I still ate them. I had a side of baked potato salad. I should've asked why they're baked, but that was just okay. I had the TASTE OF BEAMIES- chicken & shrimp gumbo, black eyed pea jambalaya, shrimp and grits, my fav's in order were the chicken and shrimp gumbo, the shrimp and grits, then the black eyed pea jambalaya. I also ordered the 1/2 dozen Rockefeller oysters and they were amazing. The hush puppies that came with them were just okay. Overall, I enjoyed this meal.
