Coconut mango boom every single time! It's soooooo good! It was raining and I still wanted it. I thought because it was raining, there wouldn't be a line. There was a line and a ton of people coming in and out! We ordered through the app and it was super easy and convenient.

I seriously crave Heytea's Coconut Mango Boom at least one or twice a month. It's so refreshing and light. Love, love, love the fresh cut mango and coconut milk jelly. It's the perfect drink on a hot day or any day for that matter. I want to try their other drinks, but I always end up getting the Coconut Mango Boom. The place isn't very big. There is no seating inside. I also never have a problem finding parking. I recommend ordering through their app. That way, I time it so that when I arrive there, my drink is ready or almost ready. And they have a rewards system, so I usually get $1 off my order.

HeyTea in Irvine is very much a grab‑and‑go kind of spot, and honestly, it leans into that identity well. There's no real seating, so don't come expecting to hang out with your drink--this is a quick-stop destination for people who know exactly what they want and want it fast. The good news is that the setup works. The shop is efficient, the line moves quickly, and there's plenty of parking, which is a small miracle in Irvine's busier plazas. It makes the whole experience surprisingly smooth, especially if you're just popping in for a drink on the way somewhere else. I ordered the Coconut Blue Mango, and it was the highlight of the visit. Refreshing, tropical, and not overly sweet--basically the kind of drink that makes you forget you're just standing in a pickup-only storefront. The flavors are bright and layered, and it's exactly the kind of thing HeyTea does best. If you're looking for a place to sit and chat, this isn't it. But if you want a high-quality fruit tea with zero hassle, HeyTea Irvine delivers.

I love the mango coconut boom it's very creamy and just the right sweetness. I love their sago also, it's soft and goes well with the mango. The grapefruit boom is good too, however I think it depends on the Grapefruit they are using, since I tried some that are quiet bitter. This drink and refreshing and light. There's a long line and it would be better to order online this will save you probably 30minutes. Or what we did was we ordered and just went to 99 Ranch while waiting. Overall, service is okay, the drinks are good too. The space is quiet small as well so people tend to stand outside.

I had heard a bit about this place but was hesitant on how good it would be based off reviews. I really wanted to try the pistachio cloud jasmine coconut though and oh man, I'm so glad I did! That thing slaps! The jasmine tea with coconut water is a merry blend and the pistachio cheese foam didn't taste artificial at all. It added a nice touch of saltiness to the drink and was so yummy. There was a bit of a wait but I was wow-ed by my drink that I will be coming back regularly. The king jasmine guava was sold out.. so I will have to try that next time. Note there isn't any seating area and this is a grab and go spot.

My girls know how much I like boba and new experiences so for Mother's Day they brought me a refreshing coconut mango boom with Mango pieces, jelly and sago. The drink was very good and the pieces of mango in the drink hit the spot. I also tried my daughter's mango cloud and it was equally good! Will definitely be back!

I have been here before but this is my first review! I really wanted the Coconut Mango Boom as that seems to be the most popular drink but my husband is allergic to mangoes and wanted to share a drink. However I ordered the Grapefruit Boom and added cheese foam on top. The drink is so good and you can taste how fresh the grapefruit is. I can see why this place was busy as people kept coming in to pick up their mobile orders. Service was friendly and they were pretty quick despite how busy they were. It's a tiny place with nowhere to sit so it's definitely a quick pop in for drinks.

Since it's so popular, I had to give this spot another try! While it's still on the expensive side, I can definitely taste the difference in quality, especially with the tea itself. The king jasmine latte has a refreshing and floral flavor, it's one of the best jasmine lattes I've had. The wait can get insanely long, so I would never go during peak hours. They also have an online app which makes pick up easier, and they also have coupons and rewards. It's a very a small shop, but I do wish there was some outdoor seating available.

I highly recommend getting the Coconut Mango Bloom! There's a reason why this drink is so popular--it's really good. It's very refreshing and perfectly sweet. The best part is that it's lactose-free, so I can drink it all day without worrying about being lactose intolerant. This drink also has very low calories, so you can enjoy it guilt-free if you're watching your diet ;) I also appreciate their online ordering system. The place seemed packed when I came, so ordering online can definitely save you time.

Was in the area with my daughter heard this place is good so we drop by decided to try it. We order matcha and milk tea boba and it was really good. Here you order at kiosk and you just want till they call out the number. Service is, they're pretty fast in making the orders. When we got here around 4:00pm it was little busy. Ambience is ok no place to sit and no table and it's a small place.

I got their in season pistachio cloud king jasmine! I got least sweet and I felt like I really should've added some boba or jelly. It was nice matcha like flavor but I preferred the king jasmine cloud tea from last time! It was a beautiful day. I had a great time coming here and enjoying the sun and morning energy I asked if I could sweeten it after trying it and the barista was nice enough to help me! I'll be back!

This place has grown on me over the past year, and now I can confidently say I'm an avid Heytea fan! Their drinks are so yummy and creative! It's always busy here, but for a good reason. Pro tip, order on the app to reduce wait times. One of my favs pictured is the brown sugar boba milk tea, which is the perfect sweet treat! Believe it or not it's actually not too sweet, for a brown sugar drink, and I think you can further reduce the sweetness if necessary. I love the cream tops at Heytea, which are always soooo yum!!

Coconut Mango blue, mochi yingde black milk tea
    Claudia H.

My most frequented heytea shop when I'm in socal! Today we got the coconut mango blue and the new mochi yingde black milk tea. The mochi yingde black milk tea was really good! The mochi was kind of grainy, like kind of almost felt like there were rice pieces in there, but in a good way. I wonder why they stopped having oat milk as an option though, I wish they still had it

There were about 3 people ahead of me in line and a few waiting for drinks, but I was able to order and get my drink in around 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and checked in with us while waiting in line! I ordered the Matcha Two, which comes as a matcha latte topped with salted matcha vanilla cream foam. The foam was velvety and creamy. The matcha had a smooth, earthy flavor with subtle sweetness. Oatmilk was the default choice, and while I usually think oatmilk can overpower matcha, it worked well in this drink. It is a little pricey for 1 drink, but that also seems to be the norm these days for specialty drinks. This is more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to hang out. There's no seating, just a bench inside, and everyone waited outside since the interior is on the smaller side. Parking was easy when I went. Overall, a pleasant experience for a yummy matcha drink, and I'd definitely come back to try more of their matcha menu!

Yes, the line can get long sometimes, but the staff does such a great job moving things quickly while still being friendly and attentive. You never feel rushed, and they're always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. Their new guava matcha is AMAZING! Super unique and refreshing without being overly sweet. I've already convinced a bunch of my friends and family to try Ayer and now they're hooked too. Even my dad, who visits Vietnam often and is very picky about coffee, said he liked the coffee at Ayer even more. I've also purchased their Saigon blend to make Vietnamese coffee at home, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me on how to brew it properly. You can tell they genuinely care about both the quality of their drinks and the customer experience. Ayer deserves all the hype. Easily one of my favorite coffee spots ever.

Drinkable but not worth coming back for. Last time I came in alone and had a Flat White that was terrible and I dumped it out. I did not have time to ask for another but I'm sure they would have remade it. Wall Writers is located in an office complex but in a good way. There is plenty of free parking and in the afternoon and on Saturdays you can park right at the entrance. The restroom is located in a separate building across the courtyard and watching people search for it can be mildly entertaining LOL It is a nice place to work with plenty of natural light and a wonderful patio for enjoying nice weather. I thought the whole thing was gross. NorCal's Phin Cafe is way better, along with the other Vietnamese egg/ube/pandan/etc coffee places that have been hype on social media lately (Phin Smith does not have some of these flavors - they're behind!). - Coconut Coffee The marbling is kind of cute, but the flavor is not potent or good enough. We've had plenty of coconut coffees pop up in NorCal and Phin Smith's coffee was meh. It was just missing creaminess, sweetness, coconut flavor, wasn't too strong on the coffee, and had a little extra water/crushed ice dilution. If rating this itself, it'd be average to below average. We had to add their self-serve simple syrup to make it taste better. We usually don't need to add anything when ordering at various places in NorCal because they actually get it right. - Peach Breeze Disgusting, one of the worst beverages that I've ever consumed in my life. It literally just tasted like someone opened canned peaches and added water to it. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING. I also asked for half ice and a majority of the thing was still large ice cubes. I don't drink coffee, but I'm not sure if I would have liked their other drinks on the menu considering their best selling coffee was barely satisfactory. Other than the subpar drinks, the inside had some sticky spots and could use some cleaning with actual cleaning product. Lots of people seemed to be enjoying themselves on their laptop, and I saw a few people buy their coffee bags. I liked how there was a cute motorbike outside and on the logo. I'll also add an extra star for having reasonable prices, so I didn't feel scammed after drinking this horrible concoction.
