She arrived promptly the evening of our event and was readily prepared. She and her assistant were very friendly and efficient while navigating through a property even we weren't familiar with (the rental home). I was impressed with her bubbly and positive attitude. It was quite cold that evening -- in the low 40s -- but she put on an incredible show for us. Highly entertaining with her sense of humor, ability to get our guests involved, and her impressive skills at the Teppanyaki grill. And the food tasted great! The hostesses said only the manager knew how to do gift cards despite them running a literal gift card promotion and having a giant sign for it right in the entry way. They said they would ask the manager to come out of the back multiple times, but every time they returned to the hostess stand they just ignored me instead of saying something like, "I let the manager know you're waiting." So literally no clue if they even told the manager or not but I got tired of standing in the crowded entrance. Big zero stars from me and what you would expect from a literal Benihana chain.
