Fantastic pizza! A neighbor turned us on to Hideaway, and we've now done takeout four times... legit one of the best pizzas around. Their red sauce is perfect. Their dough though, damn! It's everything!! That slight dough sweetness and they give a good amount of crust which is great because they aren't shy with toppings and cheese so that crust offers a great different bite. For takeout you pull up front and they come to your car both to take payment and bring out the food. Kudos to management and the culture they've created because every employee we've interacted with was super friendly and knowledgeable. And conscientious... one called us after we had just placed a complicated order online, she just wanted to verify exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend! read more

If i could give 0 stars i would, i got seated with 2 other co-workers did not get acknowledged for over 20 minutes, walked out the restaurant and they had the nerve to say have a good day i felt very frustrated and bothered due to the fact that we wasted time out of our lunch break that is timed and did not get to sit down and enjoy a meal. read more

Waited over an hour for my pizza. Watched everyone that arrived after I did eat delicious food. I was very patient. Krista came over and asked me if I was okay bc she knew I was waiting a long time but never acknowledged it. Just a simple are u okay. Still I waited 30 more minutes after that. Finally I asked to box the pizza to go bc I didn't plan on spending my entire evening after work hanging out at hideaway. Krista shrugs her shoulders and says well they are just pretty backed up in the kitchen. Shoves my boxed pizza in my face and tells me to have a good day. I just feel like there was a better way to handle that situation and acknowledging that I was waiting for over an hour would have been nice. Mgr never stopped by and said anything either. The place itself is huge and the decor is awesome. The service is well lacking not because the servers are rude or trying to be unattending but because they are so busy. Good luck getting napkins, extra plates, ranch or refills, you'll be done with your meal by the time it arrives back after request, and again the servers are doing the best they can. As for the food we ordered a plain old can't go wrong pepperoni pizza and one of their specialty pizzas The Pollinator. Let's start positive the specialty pizza was very good. Everything about this pizza delivered. However the staple pizza good old pepperoni failed completely. I've honestly had better Little Caesars. I say this because this is exactly what this tasted like a Hot and Ready. If you are going I wouldn't recommend the weekend and I would try something out of their speciality menu. read more

The two hosts were not welcoming and did not seem to know what tables were available or whether sections were open. Have been to Hideway Pizza four times since it opened here. On the first visit, the service was horrendous, but we reasoned that it was still new with employees being trained. Although the pizza and wings were good, the service was slow with orders coming out 10 minutes after others at our table had been served. On two other visits, the service was better, but the food was mediocre. The chicken sandwich and meatball sandwich were both rather bland and not at all worth the price. Two evenings ago, both food and service were poor. Our server never checked our table once the food was delivered. The "In Between Salad" was soggy and consisted of mostly tomatoes. The lasagna was simply some of the worst pasta I've ever tasted. Cheese on top was burned and there were no "layers." Instead, it was minimal pasta and meat with thin sauce that could've been eaten with a spoon (had a server been around to offer one.) While I can recommend the pizza and wings---the dine in experience and other dishes/sandwiches are disappointing at best. read more

We had the privilege of visiting Hideaway Pizza on Friday. We have driven past this newly opened restaurant many times thinking it must be a good spot to try, since there are not many sit down restaurants that offer pizza as there primarily menu item. Did some research and found out the history and loyalty following from there roots in Oklahoma. We were NOT disappointed! I would say we were ecstatic at the whole experience! Our server Lauren was wonderful in taking the time to explain the Different pizzas, appetizers and other menu options. We started with there "world famous" fried mushrooms! Oh my , these were just as delicious and tasty as advertised. By far the best we've ever eaten. We ordered the hand tossed crust pizza with all of our favorite toppings. The pizza arrived quickly and was phenomenal. The amount of toppings were amazing the red sauce was spectacular! We were so pleased with this experience that our new favorite restaurant is Definitely Hideaway Pizza. Even the Manager Patrick stopped by to say hello and to see if everything was good. Where's the damn sauce? medium Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza & absolutely zero sauce. Dave Portnoy would have a field day with this place... Says on the pizza box famous since 1957... What are they famous for, sauceless Pizza? These chains rarely get it right... only 3 main components to a good pizza - Crust, Cheese & Sauce. Missing any of these components & your pizza basically sucks, as did this one. Crust ok, cheese ok, Sauce - zero. How much sauce are they instructed to put on their pizza? 3rd time I've eaten here & same experience & no option to choose extra sauce. Will not be a 4th time & rarely give good or bad reviews only when it deserves it. read more

Worth the wait! I tried Hideaway with my parents because one of my friends works as a hostess there. Sooooo good; great 'za! Our server Ian was excellent (and cute)! Definitely prepare to be patient, though. We joined the waitlist before leaving home which is about 20 minutes away. We probably waited an hour in total for our table but were tended to immediately, and appetizers came out quickly. We enjoyed the garlic knots and Caesar salad with chicken. The Caesar was to die for, and chicken was tender and flavorful. Although, the marinara sauce with the garlic knots was a tad sweet for my preference. Pizzas took a while to come out. We ordered a small Pollinator and large Capone. Pollinator was a delicious flavor explosion in my mouth. Oftentimes I'm not a huge fan of white pizzas (no tomato sauce), but the Pollinator was filled with a myriad of complementary flavors! The banana peppers went with the hot honey so nicely, but my slice still wasn't too spicy. Our Capone took a WHILE to come out, and the manager came and apologized and gave us $20 worth of coupons to use for our next visit. (She offered to take the pizza off our bill, but we would not have that)! This was definitely an example of a situation well handled. I loved Capone; so delish! Definitely worth the wait. Overall, my experience at Hideaway was a 10/10. Even though we had to wait, the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend visiting Hideaway; it is the best way! read more

Alec was amazing, he was so friendly hard to find people like him, greeted us right away even opened and held the door for us... we also loved our server a young guy dark hair and dark mustache not where you found two great guys' The manager was great he tried to accommodate us being outside and was windy, really nice staff! Pros: Great, fresh, hot pizza. Attentive, smiling service. Inexpensive drinks during Happy Hour. Multi-level restaurant with cozy bars on each floor. Clean and new facility that is nicer than a pizza place needs to be. A large menu. Plenty of free parking. Cons: The front door doesn't face the highway, making the entry the last place you would look. The second floor, while the walls can be opened in nice weather, is louder than a gymnasium. We will definitely return. The pizza was fantastic. The sauce was not candied and the dough was not overly laced with garlic. read more

We have gone twice in the two weeks it has been open and both times the pizza and wings were spectacular! They have an abundance of servers so you get all the attention you need. The lighting is too much especially at downstairs bar. My wife thought she was at Chuckie Cheese. Dim the lights. Overall we will be once a weekers! read more
