We stopped by for a quick brunch before leaving the city and had a great experience! We made a reservation, but there was still a short wait before we were seated. Considering it was a Saturday around 11 AM and the restaurant was already packed, the wait was understandable. We didn't get a chance to try any drinks this visit since we were hitting the road afterward, but the drink menu looked great and we'll definitely be back to check it out. For brunch, we ordered the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich, and it absolutely hit the spot! Adding jelly took it to another level. It was so good that I wanted to keep eating, but I had to stop at half because I didn't want to be too full for the drive. It was truly sensational. Despite the busy brunch crowd, the atmosphere and service was great, and we had no trouble finding street parking nearby. The entrance is on the side of the building where I walked up and saw tents . Although It was drizzling outside there were customers seated there to eat . You're giving a choice to have a reservation or not . From reading other reviews the wait time can be lengthy. However , I took a chance and decided to try without a reservation. As I walked into the small foyer area I was able to walk right in and be seated at the bar . I couldn't leave without getting a photo on the social media wall . The staff at the bar were so kind and attentive. I ordered a pink lemonade, veggie sausage and waffles with fruit . I hate to say this because everything from upon entering was just so nice . But I didn't like the waffles . They were super sweet and tasted like frozen grocery store waffles . I'm sorry , but it's the truth . The veggie sausage was one link which reminded me of tofurkey. I was able to taste the catfish and it was divine! They're known for chicken and pancakes, fish and grits , peach cobbler, pescatarian and some gluten free options. It was just good vibes there . A reservation for a party of 3 was made the Saturday prior to the Sunday we wanted to go. We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated promptly-- this was a great sign to me! Once seated our wait staff came over and introduced herself. She also wrote her name on the paper table cloth- cute idea! She took drink orders and then returned to take our food order. Really enjoyed brunch at High Noon Brunchery! The deviled eggs were so good, I just wish there were more than four. We shared the chicken and pancakes and added three extra wings, which was the perfect amount for two people. I genuinely love this place and I've been here a handful of times -- but I always leave feeling like it could be so much more. Let's start with the space. The building itself is pretty dated. There's only one bathroom, right in the middle of the entrance, with the bar to the right and indoor seating to the left. The layout just isn't doing the experience any favors. But the real conversation is the menu. They have a lot of options, and the presentation sounds amazing, but when the food hits the table... it's honestly very basic. Most of it is stuff you can make at home for a fraction of the price, the portions aren't that big, and the flavor is pretty generic -- nothing truly wowing. So thoughtful!! On top of that, our food was all delicious!! Food was amazing!!! We got there right before closing. What does that mean?? What that means is normally the food may not be as fresh or good as if a patron was there earlier. Well that was not the case here!! The food was fresh and delicious. My wife ordered the Catfish, Grits and Eggs (scrambled with cheese). The catfish was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, crispy and hot. The grits were very creamy and not the bottom of the barrel since they were closing. The eggs were cooked immaculately. They were light and fluffly...like eating a cloud with cheese...:) My wife also had a side of french toast...WoW...there were 4 huge slices of perfectly cooked french toast with a light coat of powdered sugar. I had the short rib and grits. Short rib was seasoned very well. They were cooked down really good and had a nice broth that went well with the creamy grits. I also ordered a side of small waffles with fresh fruit toppings. Waffles were very light and had a nice sweetness to them, to the point where syrup was not needed. I could swear the waffles were made with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch type batter or something...whatever it was...it was great. For drinks, I had a hot irish coffee...very rich and creamy...to the last drop. The service was so good, they made a fresh pot of coffee...just for me. The ambiance was appealing and again...the customer service was PHENOMONAL!! Pros The pancakes were some of the best pancakes I ever had! They were soft on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside. It didnt need syrup at all. Tasted like dessert! Delicious! Our waitress ANGELA was great! She was fast, amicable, and very knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. She had a great personality and made us feel very comfortable as a new customer. I visited High Noon with my family on a week day. Super cute restaurant & everything is pink! There was a decent crowd & the staff was very accommodating to our semi large party. I had the Catfish, Eggs & Grits. Everything was sooooo fresh and delicious!! The fry on the fish, PERFECTION! I would get it again with a piece of white bread and hot sauce lol. The sauce they brought with it was very delicious as well. I also ordered the breakfast potatoes, but they weren't that great. There are vegan and nonalcoholic options. Amazingly, there are more alcoholic drink options than food. I was alone so I sat at the bar. Warning: the side salad is not a salad. It is diced red and green bell peppers, two types of onions, on a bed of spring mix. The mustard vinaigrette was good but I would never have ordered it had I known it was not a green leafy salad. The cat fish was highly seasoned but I feel like it needed to be because of the bread. The Brussel sprouts highlight was the parmesan which I could not taste. They were drizzled with what tasted like sweet and sour sauce. My drink was a salted caramel iced coffee.It was very good. We did a sister's brunch here so that I could officially ask my sister to be my matron of honor. It's located in downtown Douglasville and street parking is easy and free. The restaurant is all pink, however, wearing pink is optional though. Our waiter was Adrian and he was really cool. We started off with drinks and an appy. I was in the mood for an espresso martini but since they didn't have that, I went with the Japanese 75. My sister had their Pink Bellini. Both drinks were decent. We had their fried green tomatoes for our appetizer, which were delicious! I will say, if you are looking to be healthy or you're on a diet, think twice before eating here. lol. Portion sizes are LARGE, so be prepared to take some to go. My sister had the French toast breakfast sandwich and I had their catfish, eggs, and grits. We both enjoyed our meals. My French toast was divine with a perfect cinnamon balance, being soft in the middle, and a little harder on the edges, allowing the syrup to slowly seep into the center. I love the spicy chicken sausage being offered along side traditional meats(many options here) but few consider chicken. So I just walked out of the place. Estitically pleasing exspecially for the valentines holiday unfortunately I tried the vegan options they had both were pretty bad. Flavorless plus I got butter on my toast. Which the manager or owner wanted to make it ok by saying our toast doesn't come vegan. I definitely recommend making a reservation and making sure your whole party is there. Although we had to be rescheduled, they were very accommodating and fast at seating us once our whole party arrived. While we were waiting, we just took pictures outside. The patio area is very cute! I was able to finally experience the full menu for this brunch spot! We were served by Ellie and she was super sweet & attentive! We went when it wasn't as busy (I think because of the recent inclement weather) but it was still pretty crowded. I would definitely make a reservation & or arrive early. If not; be expected to wait! Their website does say there's typically a 45 minute wait. The restaurant is super cute and little more snug so he mindful of that. There's seating inside and outside! It is tented with heating so you wouldn't have to worry too much about being cold during this winter season. There's not an official parking lot since this is more of a downtown area. However, there are many spots next to/across or overall around the restaurant area. Now let's jump into the food! All of our dishes were very tasty! The Lobster Bites as an appetizer is 10/10. My only complaint is I wish it came with more I was craving french toast and it definitely hits the spot and satisfied my cravings!
