Prices are way too high and I had to take my car back three times for the same issue which was a bad fuel pump in which he charged me 1,000 dollars and to this day does not work adequately and for some reason my speed odometer is not responsive one day after I picked up my car the third time. I asked to know the order number of the fuel pump installed because obviously what he is doing is buying very cheap products and selling his services for triple and Muhammad the owner along with Mark denied to give me the order the number and said, "We are not responsible for the broken parts we just buy them we don't make them." Muhammad has raised his voice at me numerous times when I questioned him about the broken fuel pump and has even went so far to cuss me out and hang up on me. I used to take my cars to the GM dealership for service because I wanted to make sure that complex repairs would be done right the first time by highly experienced certified mechanics. However when I started going to High Tech Foreign Auto Care about 10 years ago, I noticed that High Tech is MUCH BETTER at diagnosing problems and doing high quality repairs vs. the dealership, even though it costs a lot less. Since then I've been going to High Tech for everything, small to complex. The guys are very honest and never recommend anything that is unnecessary (unlike the dealership which is very shady). Mohammed has been in the business for many years, very knowledgable and hard working, I got to talking about his experiences and he has worked from the bottom up, starting his own family business about 22 years ago after working for some of the bigger chains. I found out about this place through a recommendation from a friend when I brought up that I wanted the hood of my car vinyl wrapped. I called and got quoted a price that was cheaper than all the other places that I asked. Immediately I was skeptical of the quality of the work but decided to go for it anyway. I made an appointment to have my hood wrapped and showed up at the shop. I didn't have a ride so I hung out there while he wrapped my hood. Overall it was a fun experience, he explained everything to me while he was wrapping and paid good attention to detail. Overall I was very happy for what I paid and the quality of the work. No wrinkles/air bubbles and straights cuts and had it all done in about an hour. Just got a sweet wrap on my car hood, roof, trunk, and lights. I saw that the clear coat was coming of so i decided to try the vinyl way and have zero regrets. The owners son is the one who does the vinyl and he is verry careful not to scratch the original paint even though it wouldnt matter if he did. I cant wait for the rest of my paint to come off so I could have a reason why I should wrap the rest of my car.
