I did find it a little weird that our waitress asked us to wait until she got our drinks before we could hit the breakfast buffet. The buffet was $13 (I think) and it was well stocked and the food was good. Maybe 6 main items, but all were tasty... especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. (If you are like me, who likes his bacon a little underdone (not crispy) you will love the bacon.) The buffet itself is a bit of a bottle neck because they have pancakes, fruit and some desserts on an added table on the end, which makes an "L" in the buffet line. This creates a back up at times at the buffet, but it's only a bit of a hold up. One of the people in my group ordered off the menu and she said her French Toast was very good. The food arrived pretty quickly, which was nice because she had food timely enough that she got to eat, and finish eating, with the rest of us. Would recommend this restaurant for its buffet and for those who want to order of the menu. I wouldn't let the busy parking lot keep you away. Things moved pretty quickly.

We had two great bartenders working during our visit. They were friendly, efficient and handled the busy bar well. Our group had drinks and ate at the bar during our visit. The menu isn't huge but offers something for everyone. A dining companion had the chili (with noodles) and said it was okay. They did like their BLT. The olive burger and garlic cheese curds were great according to another companion. Two of us had the fish dinner. For $18 it was excellent. Three shrimp, three pieces of perch and a nice fillet of walleye came with a large bowl of German potato salad (good, but mom still makes the best). At the end of the trip, no one in our group went away hungry or thirsty. As I've pointed out before, the exterior may not have been pretty but you don't go for the exterior. Our food, drinks and service were solid; it is definitely worth a try!
