Phone delivery order for Thanksgiving dinner.

We ordered off their brochure at our hotel. The food did not arrive hot. The market price lobster for $34+ was disappointing/ where was the lobster meat? I saw and tasted basically shell. The shrimp came heavily battetef and looked like an overstuffed onion ring. The sauce was tasty, Their white rice and Happy family entree with chicken, beef, shrimp and scallops with vegetables was the best of the main dishes. The saving grace were three fortune cookies, 2 paper plates and 3 wooden chopsticks.

    great drink

clean, organized and tasty food, 10 out of 10, 1000 rating service, I don't have much to say, just come and try it, for those who like Chinese food it's very good

Got their lunch special takeout which was a pretty great deal for only about $12 they gave a generous serving of pork fried rice and kung pao chicken. The food came out quick, only waited about 5-10 minutes after ordering. The inside has a bar with sports playing as well as some small seating tables. The pork in the fried rice was juicy and fatty and the fried rice was not dry. Note that there were some ridges in the takeout container so it may seem like more in the photo, but it was still a generous portion. The crab rangoons were not greasy and felt like they were baked, good amount of stuffing. Will definitely be back to have their lunch special deals!

Ho Win is the Chelsea / Everett staple of American chinese food. This place always hits the spot whenever my family and I just want some good old American Chinese take out. What more could you ask for ? Delicious fresh hot food and friendly service is what you'll get here. Definitely a forever local favorite.

Sometimes the best meals happen completely by accident!…read more We actually ended up here by default because the other place we were planning to go was WAY too busy. And honestly? I'm so glad we came here! First of all, the service was wonderful, and the view was just as amazing. But let's talk about the food... Of course, I had to get the lobster roll, and WOW -- I was in lobster heaven! There was SO much lobster meat packed into that roll. I got it with hot butter, which came on the side, so I could dip every delicious bite. Absolutely perfect! The fries and coleslaw were pretty good too. My sister went with the clam chowder and chicken salad. The cup of clam chowder was HUGE and delicious. She was kind enough to let me have a few bites, but that's where her generosity ended because she happily finished the rest. She also really enjoyed her chicken salad, especially since it was light on the mayo, exactly how she likes it. All in all, this little "backup plan" turned out to be a great decision. No regrets whatsoever! We left full, happy, and very satisfied. Definitely a place I'd come back to!

Wait time was about 45mins for a party of 2 on a Sunday around 6p with an increasing wait time. My mom and I ordered the fish and chips and both agreed it was lacking in flavor. The clam chowder was delicious and arrived hot. The fish and chips were lukewarm at best, coleslaw was ok, it has raisins in it, that was unexpected, but wasn't too bad. It's a small restaurant with a 90min limit on tables, food comes out quick. Overall, I'd return for clam chowder and a hot lobster roll that was suggested by the table next to us.

Let me get the one negative I have about this place out of the way - NO AC!…read moreIf you happen to want to try Giacomo's, make sure it isn't humid or overwhelming hot like how it was for my family and I, otherwise you will be suffocating. I felt horrible for the chefs in the back and the staff who were working amidst the flames in that heat for hours, wow. However... given the circumstance and the appropriate weather, Giacomo's might just be one of the most scenic and atmospheric spots in all of Boston's Little Italy in the North End. I can promise you, if you're looking for good quality Italian food with no fillers in portioning or shortcuts in meal quality and preparation - Giacomo's is for you. Some of the best bites of food I've had in recent memory from any place I've been to period! The joint and the staff have such class and professionalism, it's an experience all to itself. I will be back next time to sample more of their delicious and famous seasonal menu items and wine pairings. Cash only spot as of right now and I'm unsure if they plan on changing it, so be mindful of that.

Ordered bruschetta, meatballs and clam chowder for apps, clam linguine, lobster fra diavolo and penne bolognese - and everything was really good. Sauces are made in house and you have the option to pick your pasta, sauce and seafood option or select from an extensive menu. Food was flavorful and came out piping hot. Service was friendly and efficient. We were seated downstairs and ambiance was casual. Cash only and they have an ATM machine inside. First come first serve, lines can look imidating but moved pretty fast. Overall, if you are looking for delicious Italian food Giacomo's is a solid option.

I can't get enough of their monkfish Marsala, usually ordered with the black squid ink pasta. There's always a line out front, and it's worth the wait. When I had the chance to bring a colleague at the end of the trip, he ordered the same dish and loved it. This is not a fancy place and it isn't trying to be. It's seriously good Italian seafood with epic portions. Go easy on the bread they bring with olive oil and spices because the plates are huge. I can rarely finish a full meal after an appetizer, so I usually just order the main. I'm excited they now have a location in Pasadena, California, which is convenient for my work travel. I can't wait to try it. PRO-TIP: there are a couple other locations nearby. Same good cooking. If you don't want to specifically eat in the original location, then it may be faster to pivot to Daily Catch Takeout Window at 331 Hanover Street, two doors from the original or the full service Waterfront site at 65 Atlantic Avenue which is an 8 to 12 minute walk from the original location through the North End streets.
