Purchased a 1960s area mid century modern house in the foothills with original windows. Received bids from all the big companies but none of them could do all the windows. The house has several unique fixed panels that could not be built the traditional way. Austin our sales rep did a great job walking me through the entire process and being able to accommodate all of our unique windows. Since we are in a high fire zone we had the required fire stuff with proper permitting. Majority of the windows we used were fabricated by hometime with some of the larger sliding doors by Milgard and the fixed panels sourced through hometime. On install day the crew that included frank, Nate and joseph were very accommodating as my wife and I work from home. Ordered a sliding glass door and roller shades. Installers removed my old sliding door and installed the new one this morning. They were both respectful and efficient with their work - cleaned up nicely too. They made sure that the new door frame seamlessly flowed with newly installed LVP. Recently had an excellent experience with Hometime W&D. They replaced 3 tall, glass block windows that were leaking with equivalents in frosted glass. Israel & Vincent arrived right on time and did an excellent job. Took them less than 3 hours to remove and replace the windows. The installation looks perfect and they did a great job cleaning up the debris. My wife and I really like the look of the new windows. However, we wanted to wait to see if they would leak before writing a review. During the recent tropical storm Hilary, we got over 5 inches of rain in our area. The new windows definitely do not leak and have solved the problem we had with our old windows. Overall, we're very happy with the install and the installers. Very professional and efficient. We still have a rear entry door and a set of French doors to be installed by Hometime and expect we'll receive the same great service. Highly recommend Hometime. read more

Had a zero pressure window estimate from Edeer. Price was awesome compared to other companies. The product they manufacture seems to be good quality. We had 10 new windows and a sliding door installed at our home. Installation day went smooth. The two installers, Eduardo and Carlos were very accommodating to our family with two young children. They worked efficiently and the workmanship seems very good. All windows and the sliding door operate super smooth. They clean up after the work is done. It's been about a week and we've noticed our home is more comfortable throughout the day and the outside noise reduction is a nice surprise. We didn't get the noise reduction package either. I'll recommend Hometime Windows and Doors to my neighborhood and family. Hometime replaced nearly all of the windows and a slider in our home, and it's hard to overstate how happy we've been with them. We had several estimates and, yes, their pricing is extremely competitive. But we would have gone with them regardless. Austin, who walked us through the project from the beginning, was incredibly patient with us, answering all of our questions and taking care to raise questions himself that we would not have thought to ask. When we visited the showroom, we found the same sense of warmth and helpfulness. The installation could not have gone more smoothly. The windows are beautiful. And more than that, Israel and Jacob and Lucas were so attentive to detail, making the windows and the moulding inside and out look like part of our home. They, too, had ideas that we would not have had, and executed them. And they, too, went above and beyond. We had some windows enlarged, and I expected we'd have some stucco damage, for example. The installation was so clean that there was hardly any damage at all. And on top of that, Jacob took it upon himself to patch some up -- definitely not part of the contract, or any part of what we were expecting. Beyond that, we just plain enjoyed having them in our home. They're thoughtful, helpful, kind people who are obviously very, very good at their jobs. I'd never consider another company after this. It's what I told the owner when he called on the afternoon of the installation (Another amazing thing here -- that kind of personal touch). We installed multiple sliding doors and multiple windows and after a month or so we are still admiring the change the install makes on our home. From aesthetics (exterior/interior) to performance (sounds/insulation) the windows are high quality and exceeded our expectations. He removed his shoes and was able to work with our somewhat cluttered environment to obtain all of the measurements that were needed. He did an excellent job, the windows fit perfectly. We actually canceled this company due to some unexpected circumstances. After a few months I was able to get ahold of them and re-schedule our install. First, Jaime, the sells rep was very understanding and very responsive. He came back and work with us right away. He definitely understood our needs and worked with us. Then, we get a schedule install with precise timelines, the arrive at the schedule time and got to work right away making sure they got the right windows and measurements. Watching Eduardo and Carlos work was like watching Mozart composing his best melody, well synchronized, you can tell they know what they are doing right away. This gave us peace of mind as we watch'em complete the work in a record time. I do not recall the name of the 3rd person that came to support them later with the blinds install, but he was also very professional and knowledgeable. They all work clean and organized. And they did an amazing job, we are very pleased with this company overall and DO recommend their services to our friends and families.
