STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I leased my car here 3 years ago and had a bad experience. However, I decided to give them another shot this time around that was a big mistake. I went in to purchase out my lease. I knew my residual amount and had done research before going in and I knew that the dealer could not charge me more than what my residual was worth. After going over the numbers and my interest rate I noticed that there was extra fees. I asked what that was for, and the financial service representative, Greg told me that they were fees that Honda charged for buying out my lease. It did not make sense to me but I trusted him BIG MISTAKE!!!! Once I came home to look over my agreement I see that the $995 is not from Honda instead he added a service from NITRO FILL .I looked into this service and it is basically a roadside assistance which I already have. I never authorized this nor did I agree to this. I was so upset that I was lied to.Honda does not charge you extra for buying out a lease. I am so upset that a corporation this size still allows their financial service to do this. I trusted Greg because he is not a sales rep instead he is suppose to just help me with the final paper work and not add on services I did not request. I called back the next day and he gave me the run around for a few days and he finally provided me with a email address to have this taken off and of course the email did not work. I am a full time nursing student and I don't have a lot of free time or money. I hate that I now have to find time to see who can help me resolve this when this should have never happened. I wish he would of just been honest and tried to sale me on the value of the service instead of lying to me to adding this without me knowing. My wife and I walked in to Honda wanting to test drive an Odyssey. Diuon took us for our test drive. He explained the different option sets, and really made sure we had a good understanding of it by the time the test drive was complete. We weren't planning on buying, but my wife fell in love with the Odyssey right away, after trying other vehicles, she thought it drove more like a car than a minivan, and the features she wanted would help her feel comfortable driving a longer vehicle. The problem, they didn't have the color she wanted. Instead of hammering us on something they had on their lot, Julio jumped in and with the dealership management, made an effort to find her what she wanted. Then the negotiations began, or I should say lack of. They gave us an offer that was better than I was expecting to pay, there was no four square paper in front of us and hours of negotiation. Just a number at the top with what they were willing to mark down the vehicle for, even though they were dealer trading for us, and different payments listed , with what we were willing to place as a down payment, if putting anything down at all. My mind was blown. Julio and Diuon even went out of their way to explain the leasing and financing options to my wife in depth, since she didn't understand it. We agreed on a payment option, and Diuon himself went to go get the car. Then we got to finance, and were offered different packages of car protections and prepaid services, I was expecting to be arm wrestled to the ground to choose one, but instead he gave us the best prices and said if we want it, we can get it, if not we don't have to. I asked him questions about each, and he broke them down for me, it turned out to save me a lot of money so I opted in for the Gold package. I have never experienced such a horrible customer service. I was exchanging my lease 2021 Honda Accord with 2024 Honda Accord that has only been driven 9500 miles. I am very satisfied with my sales person Vazrik Goorjian. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, kind and professional salesperson. I am extremely satisfied with his service. i would rate his service 10 stars!!!! I have been Mr. Goorjians client for many years. I always see good in everything and never put negative comments for anyone but I have to write my experience so higher Honda managers and Honda family knows who to hire at Honda. I am extremely shocked from my experience with the finance department GREG DASHNAKYAN. I went to the dealership and I completed all the steps with the sales, and once I was ready to finilize my deal I was sitting and waiting 2 hours or more to just go to Finance department. I got to the dealership at 5:15 pm and stayed there until 9 oclock. After waiting 2 hours to enter the finance department I walked in finance department room . MR. Greg didnt even look at my face, he didnt even apologize or said anything. I asked about a long wait, and he was very rude, unprofessional and he was talking with the worst attitude. I asked his name, he told me GRIGOR, then I asked for his last name !!! HE CLOSED THE FILE, and spoke in a aggressive tone!!!! saying I am not closing this deal go out. Then I came out, spoke with Mr. Goorjian, he aplologized, told me he is going to take care of everything and then No manager, no one came spoke about the rudness and unprofessional behavior of their staff member. Basically Finance department MR. Greg is getting paid to work and his job is to explain to customers agreements and answer all the questions but he didn't do anything!!! , because I asked for his last name and long wait.!!!! Since I had my mom 75 years old and daughter, I did not want to make a big deal and cancel the deal, I just signed the paperwork with Mr. Goorjian. I shared upfront I wasn't going to buy that day because I was still looking at my options but the manager was still being aggressive (like many others in the reviews have experienced) and pushing me to buy. He kept directing the conversation towards my dad and my male friend too even though they didn't have a part in the decision making process. They weren't speaking to him or asking questions, so it honestly felt like the manager was just trying to speak to the men even though I was the one buying. He also assumed I would need my dad to cosign with me. Clearly the assumption was made because of my age, but I actually make more than my dad. He wouldn't know that since he was busy being condescending af. He was condescending as he tried to explain why they had the best deals too, as if I would be stupid if I didn't buy from them. Arrogance doesn't sell! I said I'd come back the next day, and I really was going to but after thinking about it overnight, I really didn't want to give my money to sexist salespeople who tried to make me feel small. I took my business to another Honda dealership, got a better deal, and was respected and affirmed the entire time. Buying cars is already an unpleasant experience. They pulled a car right out of the workshop that had just come in because we wanted a specific color. We had gone to the Hyundai down the street and it was much more stressful and pretty sassy with us. Not only was Honda explicit in the pricing, but they were personable and made us feel comfortable. Not too pushy to get any expenses we didn't want. They not only matched our banks interest rate but took it lower. They were able to lower the monthly because of their relationship with the bank which indirectly lowered our interest rate again. By the end we were only paying about a 2.0% interest rate. Things started off so promising. After reaching out to 4 dealerships, I thought I had finally found one who knew how to treat a customer with respect. I got a call from Camille, who was very polite and accommodating. After letting her know what I was looking for and getting a general idea of cost, I let her know that I already had a quote directly from Honda. I made an appointment to test drive the car, so she sent me a text message with all of the details and also asked for a copy of the quote I had, which I sent. I then got a phone call that morning from Victor, confirming my appointment with him. I told him my appointment was with Camille, and he said, "Yes, with both of us" Turns out he is just super shady, but that's not Camille's fault. I had expected the car that I told her I was looking for to be at the lot when I arrived, but it wasn't. It turns out that Camille sets the appointments for the sales consultants, so my consultant was Brandon. Brandon and I drove over to the auxiliary / overflow lot to get the car I was going to test drive. There were at least 5 of the same car I was looking at on the lot; same model, trim, color, so one would assume that they would want to unload them being the end of the month AND end of the model year. After my test drive, I met with Hagop, who seemed pleasant and agreed to give me the same rate that I was quoted, plus 9.5% sales tax on the monthly price. I still had a couple of other cars to test out, so I let him know that I'd get back to them, and he gave me Brandon's business card. Nobody followed up with me in the meantime except for an email I got from Jessica asking if I had anymore questions. I replied and asked her to send me a copy of the quote that Hagop provided to me verbally. I did not get a reply, so I texted Camille asking if Jessica was no longer there. She told me "Jessica is our AI system. She's not an actual person" Ok how in the $&@&$ is anyone supposed to know that? Don't ask me a question if you don't want an answer ‍ Ok, Camille, you were OK up to this point. I'll give you a pass. She asked me what the quote was that I got. I again sent her the quote that I had previously sent and told her the deal that Hakop told me. She replied with a quote for $200 more a month. Apparently it was $7200 more over the course of the lease term because of $1000 worth of dealer installed additions. Hmmm...that math doesn't add up, Camille. "This is not a dealership quote. The fine print explains what is excluded." Yes, Camille, I can read. But Hakop told me he'd match it. The whole thing. Seems like something y'all need to work out internally.
