So where to start.... I went to see a 2021 Pilot SE they had and because it was lowest in price from other dealers. I went on a Sunday with my boyfriend. We walked around the dealer found the Pilot I was interested in. We were there for 10-15 minutes and not one sales person approached us. We walked by several sales people but they were too busy chatting and smoking. So we left. I get a call from them a day or two later because I was looking online and sent my info. Ariana called me and set up an appointment and promise to give me a better experience. We go again and the experience was still horrible. The sales person we met didn't seem like he wanted to help us. He didn't make much conversation with us and when it came to making a deal he was directing us to other people. He didn't seem interested at all. The manager was rude AF. He was literally like this is the deal take it or leave it. It was a horrible experience to say the least. I took my 2008 Honda Civic LX to get a 95k service tune up' what I got was work that wasn't even done but charged for it' and on top of that unnessary work that was describe as needed attention like my front and back breaks. They stated break pads wasn't replaced and was done by Firestone and they said the break job they did was not replace the break pads' then took to independent mechanic stated I was over charge for some of the installed parts and charged for certain work but not done. Called prior to arriving asking if they had any dealer markups on a vehicle I was interested in, was told by a lady on the phone that they had a 3k markup which to me is quite a lot still but I took a chance and headed over. When I got there the gentlemen helping me was nice but right away wanted to start throwing numbers out there when I haven't even test drove the car to see if I actually even like it. Then we asked him about the markup and he said 4.5k so I told him what the lady had told me on the phone that they only have a 3k markup. Then the manager comes and try's to work out throwing numbers again and tells me their markup is actually 7.5k , at this point I was just don't I knew they were tryna take advantage of me. Came here to get an oil change. I came early for my appointment and got seen 15 minutes early without hesitation. This dealer has been bought out by Keyes, so they are no longer Miller. Anyone who came here in the time when Miller owned this honda has no access to their previous maintenance records as they took it with them..weirdly.. although I am sure if you go a great lengths to get them it is possible. This dealership does not honor its advertised prices. You see a deal and go in only to find out that the price is $1000 more than the advertised price. The lame reason for the $1000 increase they give you is that they have installed an enhanced alarm system. The alarm system they want you to pay $1000 is an add-on to the factory alarm system that the dealerships use to make it easier for themselves to manage the keys for all the cars they have on the lot. It costs them around $50 to $99 but they make it sound like it's the best alarm system there is and it will protect your car. They tell you that the alarm company will pay you $2000 if your car is stolen and not recovered. Does paying $1000 for$2000 coverage make any sense! Car is already covered by your auto insurance. Also some of the sales people are really mean spirited. They tell you the price is not negotiable but once you start walking towards the door, they come running after you to negotiate. I have bought about a dozen cars in the last 25 years but never did I have such an unpleasant experience as I did at this dealership. It stayed with me for couple of weeks. Extremely disappointed by the service at this dealership. I was in between the Honda Civic and the mazda3 hatchback and came to this dealership to do a last test drive of the Honda Civic and find a new car. I came and looked around and nobody came up to me. I finally went to the service desk and asked to test drive a car and they said they would send someone. I waited for half an hour and still nobody came. I went back to the service desk and they said they're finding someone. I told them how long I had been waiting and they had no reply. I waited for ten more minutes and then decided it wasn't worth it. I am almost positive that none of the sales people came to me because they thought I was too young looking to be serious about buying a car.... If they don't want my business then they won't get it! I've been leasing my cars (every 3 years) from this dealership (formerly Miller Honda) for over a decade now and referred many family members and friends. As of my last experience with the Finance Manager (very rude and no customer service skills) , I will not step foot into this dealership ever again. I came in to purchase a new Pilot and instead of returning my leased vehicle to them I had a interested private party who wanted to purchase my used minivan by paying off the payoff amount (residual amount). I had already spoken to Honda Financial couple days before to see what my options were and they told me that I can do this transaction at any dealership. I called Keyes Honda spoke to Julie and confirmed that they only charge $500 to act as a broker if I want to sell my car to a third party and she said we will waive the fee if you go through Honda Financial. I said that is fair and totally reasonable. We came in and the buyer decided to finance with Honda Financial expecting no fees to be added to the vehicle. When they brought the documents I noticed they had included $1,300 extra on top of my payoff amount. Plus $2,800 extended warranty fee and $800 GAP insurance which I said we are not interested. I asked him why the markup, he mentioned to me that Honda Financial is charging a Title Transfer fee, not the dealership. A BIG SCAM!!!! I called Honda Financial today and confirmed that they do not charge title transfer fees and reported them. Long story short ....AVOID THIS PLACE - They add unnecessary fees (markups) to make a extra buck. They don't realize they are losing customers - STAY AWAY !!!! I wish they had not taken over Miller Honda. I'm going to Galpin Honda today to purchase my Pilot and return my Minivan. They will never see me again. read more

Sketchy employees all over this place. I made the mistake of trusting some of the employees here (STEVE, VICTOR, LOUIS) unfortunately these were the people that failed at assisting me in getting a car. They promised a lot of things and didn't follow up with their promises. I waited an entire 3 weeks to receive the papers I signed after requesting them multiple times. After they noticed we had an issue with the transaction all the employees that we tried to reach would dodge our calls. This is the first negative review I have ever written, but I had an incredibly negative experience at this dealership and I want to inform anyone who is being contacted by this company. After receiving a vast number of phone calls and emails from this Honda dealership regarding a Vehicle Exchange Program, I called Camille Willis, one of the most aggressive of the sales callers, to let her know I was not interested in turning in my 2018 Honda early and/or sign a new rental agreement for a newer car: I do not use my Honda and haven't since February 2020 because I work remotely and also obviously because of Covid. Camille suggested I make an appointment to have Honda buy back the rental before my lease was up in April 2021. I was skeptical because I couldn't imagine what their incentive would be in making the rest of my rental payments between now and then. I asked her why Honda would want to make my monthly payments and she explained that 2018 Hondas are in great demand right now. I let her know very clearly on that day and the four other times she called to confirm my appointment that I was not interested in a new lease because I am not using my car and that I have not been out of my house since February due to the fact that I am autoimmune compromised. She let me know that the best case scenario is that Honda would make the rest of my monthly payments without any cost on my part. She said this each and every time we spoke on the phone. Long story short, Camille acted as if she didn't know why I was there once I came in for my appointment she scheduled. I reminded her she had been reaching out to me for four months with interest in taking my Honda before the lease was up. She immediately handed me over to Michael who checked the mileage and within three minutes came back out of the dealership to let me know I need to make all of my payments until the end of my lease in April; they are not interested in the car. I confirmed with Camille multiple times over the phone, let her know this was my first time in public since February because of my illness, took a day off work, paid $200 to have my car detailed, and drove 30 miles out to Sherman Oaks to be told I needed to pay off my rental payments before they would take the car? I was in shock. I asked to speak with Camlle, who came outside 10 minutes later and quickly explained there was a language problem with Michael and the car was being appraised at this moment. After 15 minutes, Michael came out again and said I would need to pay Honda $1450 and they would consider taking my car. What? That was the total of my payments remaining. The worst part was, as I got angry and started explaining how upset I was that I had been lied to by Camille and Honda, Michael started walking away and dismissing me saying, "thank you, thank you, thank you" To add insult to injury, I saw him remove his mask as he walked back into the dealership and started laughing! Why would he laugh at my circumstance? I am an educator who needs every penny I earn to make rent. Camille and Honda reached out to me. They asked for my car. And I lost a lot of money, time, and put myself at some health risk to be laughed at. I never would have expected such a terrible experience at Keyes Honda. I'm not interested in any kind of response unless it's a simple apology. Keyes Honda is not only misleading the customer, but is also dismissive and disrespectful. At the very least after this experience, I will never rent another Honda again. read more

My first visit was horrible, Bill never showed up to my appointment, after Camille bailed on me. She was the one that wanted my car to trade in for a newer car. So get this, they would've gotten MY car PLUS a sale. So I left, I then get harassed numerous times over the phone by STEVE. I answered and he apologizes and assured me that he'll take care of me if I give them another try. The first visit left a sour taste in my mouth so I wasn't as excited. Then he asks to remove my Yelp review and that I was going to drive off with a new car the following day. WRONG! He was asking for $4000 down, I wasn't expecting to give anything down so he then brought the down payment down to $1400. I was never told how much my car was valued at, he was just going to pay it off and roll over the negative equity to the new contract. It'll all seem fishy, scammer like, and unprofessional!! Stay AWAY from this dealership. I recommend the DCH dealerships, they'll treat and take care of you as family. Here, they just want money and can care less about your well being. Besides the fact that the prices went up and they didnt wash my car, i was most bothered by the fact that they could not find my cars history anymore. There systems arent up and funcianal yet she said. This sucks because i had my bushings replaced there recently and now that i went for and oil change thier own mecanic recommends these to be replaced again. I asked the advisor if i was still under wareanty and she said she couldent check the system, only way was to bring in my receipt...
